I was recently referred to CVH through my insurance for home health services during my lengthy recovery from surgery. I had to wear a Wound-​Vac, a wound therapy machine, for six weeks and needed dressing changes every other day. It was a challenging situation made much better by the quality services I was provided by my team of nurses. They helped me understand my condition and gave me moral support as well as practical advice for healing. Peachy, Julius, and Beverly are great people whose sense of humor, warmth, and patience made their visits less uncomfortable as the weeks went on. I especially appreciated the communication I had with Beverly even when the main office sometimes made mistakes. The reason for the 1 star deduction was they had a scheduling hiccup and seemed to be clueless on how to resolve it though Beverly graciously offered to come in on her day off if need be.
