Telnexus

All of the attorneys at the office suite where my family law practice is located made the switch to Telnexus in December 2015. The internet speed has increased substantially; the sound quality of phone calls and the new features have significantly improved; and we were able to stay well within our budget. My overall experience has been amazing. The engineers and staff at Telnexus have been extremely responsive and taken great care of us. They literally respond within minutes of asking a question. No waiting on long holds to speak with an operator in a distant country when you need help, as is routine with big phone companies, and no schemes to charge you for products or services you don’t need. They are hands-​on and remain that way even after you’ve signed the contract, unlike many other phone companies that disappear after they get you locked in and only collect payments. I could not be more pleased with the overall quality of service I have received from Telnexus. I have personally recommended Telnexus to other law firms, whom continue to use their services and sing their praises. A phone company that actually cares about their customers! As a small business owner, I could not ask for more. I strongly recommend Telnexus!

I have to share our experience with Telnexus yesterday. The phones went down at my law firm LAZEAR MACK, [due to a temporary outage caused by our internet provider] and tech support from Telnexus was ALL OVER IT. They answered my email with a phone call, took them less than 2 minutes to get in touch. They worked on my station to diagnose the problem and did so efficiently. Once they determined there was no quick fix they had control over, they helped me reset the system so it came right back up when internet was restored. Sometimes all one can get is information, but it’s much better than floundering in the dark. The days of real customer service are often only a dim memory, but that is never the case with this company. Customer service is an AWESOME AND PLEASANT experience for Telnexus customers.

Our office has a couple dozen VOIP phones with service provided by Telnexus and it’s been great. Their support is responsive and I’ve found the zswitch virtual PBX expressive enough to configure our call routing needs with minimal effort. When we add extensions I just shoot an email to
and a couple days later a pre-​configured VOIP phone arrives ready to go. Perfect.

Our office had a great experience with Telnexus, in particular, with Cohberg. Our VOIP kept dropping and we needed reliable and consistent service. Jeremy called and ask me if I would like to lower my phone bill out of curioussity I said yes to him he promised to reduce my bill in half and he actually did it not only that with reduced bill he added a lot of other functions to my services like e faxing etc. if you are willing to cut your office phone bill significantly this is the company to go and very good friendly staff you take care of your business very smoothly without interrupting the service
