Dunkin’ Donuts

Want to wait ten years while they take the order of the guy in front of you? Want to want another 5 years at the counter before they take your order, then another 5 to receive it? THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! Thee SLOWEST Dunkin Donuts in all of Brooklyn. I normally don’t come here for large chunks of time because the service is so sh*tty, without fail any time I decide to give it another chance they are slow as f*ck and 80% of the time mess up your order which is incredible considering they’ll take literally ten minutes to make just an iced coffee. Today was the last time I’ll give it a shot.
Took so long to take my order I ended up walking out and going to the bakery across the street– there were 3 people in front of me there yet I was in and out in under two minutes.

The service was horrible!!! They always skip my order and made me miss the train. I’ll never come back again. Remember u r not the only coffee shop in this area.

This location is across the street from my work and is usually occupied by high school students. There may be a line and you can’t sit down because it is crowded, but customer service is fine and food quality is consistent with other Dunkin Donuts.

Sometime all you need is a hot cup of coffee. The thing with me and with hot coffee is that when I need it, i just need it right now. So I love when the people are efficient with their job. This place has very efficient workers. They work like a machine, from the moment you ordered the coffee, you can see that some has already started working and making it.
Another important thing about dunkin’s places, is that no all of them are clean all the time. This place is always clean.

Grand Opening! This place opened a week or 2 ago and today is my first visit. It definitely has that brand spanking new feel to it. The décor is like any other newly renovated Dunkin’ Donuts with their traditional orange/​brown/​tan/​beige colors.
Staff is super friendly and you can tell they’re trying to build their clientele, which I definitely appreciate!
In regards to the food, taste and quality is like any Dunkin’ Donuts but that’s something to be expected in any franchise… No complaints here, everything tasted fresh!
This place seats about 14, just the right amount IMHO. Not too crowded, all seats were filled, I had my own table with my party.
Music is up to date, something you might hear from Z100, just right for most people to enjoy.

I’ll definitely be back, might even become a regular! This place is conveniently located across the street from the 79^th Street D Train Station!
