UPDATE. I am BACK at my favorite restaurant in the tri-​state area today! Will always give Longhorn 5 stars, but I did have a few complaints today. For one, the one cherry in my cherry coke kinda bugged me. I expect at least 3 cherries in my cherry coke, otherwise there is no sense in calling it «wild» cherry. One cherry couldn’t possibly be wild. But our server Megan definitely made up for it with her perfectly sliced lemons in the lemon water. She even knows to put my glass on a warm surface before pouring the ice water because the condensation just looks fabulous on my instagram posts! I ordered two meals today, the 6 oz sirloin and the sirloin Caesar salad and I was a little bothered by how much food I received. For the cheap prices, I expected two plates of food I could finish, but they gave me so much I could barely finish half of either. Not happy. Never been so full. No excuse for the gigantic portions. However I did receive a complimentary bottle of A1 from Michelle and a ton of coasters I can use at my house. The mashed potatoes were fabulous. Thank you Megan and Michelle! You are STEAK SUPERSTARS.

Two stars for Longhorn, I asked for La Crema red wine and got charged for Trinity Oaks, I like the cheaper brands myself. My server Adam was not attentive and was pretty condescending when I asked for an extra side of butter for my baked potato (that came out piping hot and absolutely delicious). I asked another server for it when Adam forgot, got his name and it was Jamar, and he was absolutely fantastic. When I go back I will request NOT to sit with Adam. I already have gone in and requested not to sit with one other server, female with short wiry hair. Other than that, pleasant staff, weird odor when you walk in, and grade A dishes all of the time. I will definitely be back to see Jamar!

Larry, our server, was very nice and attentive. We came in a bit late before they closed but we were still able to order. The employees and managers were talking from across the restaurant, not professional. We felt rushed, as they were cleaning right next to us as we were eating. Majority of the employees and managers were sitting at the bar watching tv. Not sure if I’d prefer going here again.

We went here on a Sunday night at 5pm but there was a 15 minute wait for a party of two. Waitress started out nice but after I had to send my drink back, her attitude took a nose dive. My cocktail took forever to arrive, 12 minutes, and most of the ice had melted. Very disappointed.

Stopped here on the way home from NYC. Good food (we were fulll afterwards). Service was efficient also. Overall above average for a chain restaurant and will come here again when in the area. 3.7 stars rounded up to 4.

Longhorn is a chain restaurant that’s not too bad. The problem with chains is they are hit and miss. I ordered a porterhouse, it was good, a little overlooked but still good.

Unlike most people that are completely against chain restaurants, I happen to appreciate them. This is especially true if it means I don’t have to make a mess in my kitchen, or when it comes to steak, taking out a grill and having to clean all that up as well.
I came in with a free appetizer coupon, that I was extremely thankful for because the prices of steakhouses tend to be a bit more than everywhere else. We ordered the sampler which was lackluster. I had high expectations for the fried shrimp, chicken taquitos and stuffed mushroom but they all felt like they were just dumped from a freeze to a fryer and straight to our table.
I ordered the parmesean crusted chicken with a loaded mash potato, it it was very tasty. It was not fried, but grilled. The potato was nicely loaded, although the bacon bits were definitely old and I had to pick them off. The entrée also came with a salad. The ceasa salad lacked flavor and dressing, all in all, very average.
The hubby ordered a steak which was pretty small, it came with mashed potatoes that were not in abundance either, so his plate just looked sad. He did enjoy his steak, but needed half my chicken to fill up.
Overall, I don’t think I will be returning. I like Texas Roadhouse seasoning much better and the atmosphere. This place felt like a lonely Western cabin owned by a wealthy rancher. It was neither romantic nor elegant, just uncomfortable and dark.

Walked in at 3:45 and was told there was a 45 minute wait!!! What? The room was empty. The servers hadn’t arrived? Seriously? Manager you might want to staff appropriately. Once seated the server was pleasant slow but pleasant. Food was ok for corporate food. Will probably it go back.

Worst dining experience to date. We ordered chili cheese fries and they came out burnt and without chili. We asked what happened and our waiter Adam said «oh they forgot the chili». He then brings out the smallest serving of chili I’ve ever seen. Our bill came and we gave our credit card and when it came back, we find out that our waiter used our credit card to pay for a different table. We complained and the manager Will wasn’t too helpful either. Seemed really confused. After 30 minutes of waiting, they finally figured out how to reimburse us for the first charge but then didn’t offer to discount anything after our chili fries complaint and being charged for the wrong bill. Will never go back!!!

I will say that Longhorn completely redeemed themselves from my last review.
Dined in with a friend and had a great experience. We both ordered different apps, drinks and steaks and almost needed to roll each other out because we were stuffed and content.
Service was great — friendly and speedy. Food was delicious and drinks were huge. I’d definitely be interested in coming back.
Word of advice — don’t order takeout from here. BUT definitely dine in and you won’t be disappointed!

Awesome steakhouse! I enjoyed everything from the warm bread, to my yummy flos filet to a very big chocolate stampede. My server was awesome with a great personality. We went with the family and she made sure out drinks were always refilled & dishes were cleared. The steaks were cooked & seasoned perfectly. She even went out of her way to bring a birthday sundae to my husband for his birthday! The stampede was huge & enough for 5 people. I will be back to the bensalem location! Great job staff! Best steakhouse around & 2 thumbs up & five stars!

Always satisfied even when I gotta ask em twice for extra seasoning but u can’t beat the steaks there or even some of the cheaper dishes place is awsum

I always get the Flos Filet, medium rare because it’s just that good. I can’t tell you about everything else because I only get the flos. Also accompanied by a baked sweet potato, butter sugar n cinnamon on the side, makes for a great meal. Of the chains, one of my favorites. Exceeds outback by a mile in quality!

This visit was nothing like the other Longhorn locations I have been too.
Slow service? Yes
Stale bread? Yes
Overcooked steak? Yes
Undercooked lobster? Yes
Refills on my soda? No
Once again, I made the mistake of not listening to the Unilocal reviews. I ignored them based on prior experiences with Longhorn in Arizona.
I’ll go back to the others, but certainly not this one.

Been here many times, and usually have no problems. But tonight I had a few. And after the waitress asked how things were, I told her the truth. Not her fault, the cook must have been new and miss managed. Manager on duty was nowhere on the floor. I doubt ill boycott this location, but if I have another bad meal with this manager on duty, I will never return.

I don’t generally make short reviews, but all i am going to say is that this is a steak place and they ran out of steak…

I actually didn’t mean to put a star up… I ordered take out an waited 10 minutes pass the time I was told to come get it. Meanwhile I gave 10 minutes in between each time I asked was my food ready an I was told the same thing each time. He’s bagging it up. I waited in a total of 2 hours an was very upset (MADDASHELL) the manager was also one who gave me the bagging it up excuse. An after my last where is my food, here it comes with an 10 bucks off coupon… RIGHT!!! RIGHT!!! RIGHT!!! Give me 10 off that’s the go to plan when a person gets madd free money will always make you happy… NO !!! while the girl behind the manager is telling her co-​worker «she just wanted a gift card». Can anyone say SLAAAAAAPPPPPP… no I didn’t do it but I could have busted her with that heavy ass bag they been stuffing for an hour. PPL OF LONG HORN BE HONEST AN CLEAN UP.

Too bad I can’t leave a negative 5 stars. Good food terrible service. I wish I could tell you my waitresses name but she hasn’t come to our table since she gave us our first drinks. Then she never brought out bread and I had to grab another waitress to ask for drinks which we never got. My boyfriend ate his entire meal with no drink refills and our waitress never came back to see if we needed anything except for the bill — others brought the salads and the side of dressing I asked for when I first ordered.
Again I wish I knew her name but she hasn’t come around much for me to even know.

I was surprised how good the meal & service were at Longhorn. I hadn’t been in years & years and went with a group of four last night. Everything was delicious, the steaks were cooked perfectly (if not just a tad more rare than ordered but that was OK), and our server was terrific. The manager even came to our table at one point to tell us our server had been called away for a few minutes for an emergency, and she wanted to know if we needed anything. A moment later the server arrived, very apologetic, and we sent him back to complete handling whatever situation they needed him for. We loved the communication and the seamless flow to our meal.
My only somewhat negative comment was the shrimp appetizer… itty bitty tiny baby shrimp… nicely seasoned… with a little bowl of Ranch dressing for $ 10. I thought that compared to Bonefish Grill’s nice sized Bang Bang shrimp (same price), these were not a good value.
Otherwise will definitely be going back!
