I would have given 5 stars but the girl that greeted us did not look like she was happy to greet us no smile you would ask a question just one and she continue to talk to co worker i believe her name was Shania or Shan. Besides the non welcome feeling the waiter and managers and the food were outstanding.

Had a great time with our party of eight… I did not hear one complaint as dinners came delicious and drinks came fast. Our hostess was fabulous and watched over every person she took care of. It’s was a busy night and we never felt forgotten or rushed. We love getting together with friends. This is on our list of places to come back!!!

Really cant go wrong here for the money, probably the best steakhouse in the area. Cheaper than Outback or other high end steakhouses with just as good if not better steaks. Could have a little more of a selection of soups and veggies, and gets very crowded on the weekends. Can get noisy and the birthday chants are old loud and annoying. They should probably stop with that already. But like I said for a an above average steak dinner alone and excellent service a great deal!

I’ve been to this place many times, and every time I’m satisfied. The food is delicious. I love steaks and appetizers. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is great. If you love steaks, then this is the place to be. You may also want to try their chilli. Because this place is so popular, it is a good idea to reserve a table. The place is great all around, folks!

Service was really good. Two managers came to check on us and our server made sure we had everything we needed. My husband’s water had something on the inside of the glass… our server brought us a new one immediately. My husband was very satisfied with the food and said it was the best ribs he’s had in a long time. As for me, the food wasn’t bad but I was not totally satisfied. The shrimp was really good to start off. The seasoned rice, however, had good flavor but was overly seasoned and oily in my opinion. The sweet potato with the brown sugar and marshmallow wasn’t bad either but I honestly prefer the one at Boston Market. I ordered the apple pie for dessert; there was nothing special about it… just a warmed up slice of apple pie and a scoop of ice cream. I saw the reviews before we went so it could be that my expectations were too high for this restaurant. In my opinion, it is not a bad place to dine but it would not be my first choice in the area.

Fast seating Tues. eve around 5:30 pm. The table had a big, gross, white, mushy food chunk left on it & the booth seat was covered with crumbs. A member of the bus staff working at the next table watched me wipe the leftover crap off without a reaction. Nice. One dirty app plate was quickly replaced without griping or disdain by our waitress. The forks are hilariously cheap-looking — worse than some school cafeterias use. The fresh baked bread gimmick isn’t all that great. It smells good, but it’s too sweet to begin with and then you get some kind of whipped cinnamon honey butter with it, served in a tiny plastic disposable cup. It’s somewhat too dessert-like for a complimentary starter and a little weird for a steakhouse, IMO. Also, there’re some really dry and crumbly-looking peanuts in the shell in a bucket on the table. Naah. We didn’t even touch them. The side salads were not made to order and were really basic, but fresh enough. The blue cheese dressing was lacking flavor & there wasn’t much of it in it’s unsophisticated plastic take-out cup. The NY strip & Dallas filet seemed to be of a good quality, and had good flavor, but both were prepared rare instead of medium rare. There was some unrendered fat on the strip, for example. Ugh. The mashed potatoes with gravy were nothing special, but didn’t seem powdered or canned, at least. The sautéed mushrooms were excellent. The service was really good. The price was fair. The noise was a bit much to begin with, and then there’s the actual birthday whoops, hollers & yells provided by staff. Not relaxing.

This place rocks as always. You wait for everyone to arrive before getting seated, pick your steak, get your ticket, and order your drinks at the table. Our waitress Sara was extremely nice. At the table, you are served unlimited fresh hot buns and sweet honey butter. You also have a bucket of salted peanuts. We had a large party of people and Sara didn’t even need us to ask before bringing baskets after baskets of hot bread. We ordered our steak and how we’d like it to be cooked plus two sides. Normally we’d get the onion appetizer too but that’d be total overload with our steaks and sides. My steak came out perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, and extremely tender and juicy. It was topped with a generous amount of mushrooms and onions and served with loaded baked potato and chili. The chili was one of the best I ever had. It was super cheesy, savory, and chunky. The loaded potato was topped with sour cream, cheese, and diced bacon. Everything here was fantastic and I love the occasional dancing that the waiters and waitresses do. The manager came out to greet us at the end and asked about the service, something that doesn’t happen very often anymore. I was glad our family came here for dinner and we left feeling happy and stuffed.

We discovered this place a few months ago and been here 3 times ao far. Everything is so delicious. The roles are nice and soft with cinnamon butter, you can even ask for some roles to go. Too bad that we have to travel about an hour to get there.

Been here at least a dozen times and always loved it, but after tonight I think we’re done. As far a chain steakhouse goes, Texas Roadhouse is always a good call. I’ve been to several locations while traveling for work and everything is always consistent. Tonight, the Bensalem(our hometown location) failed miserably. First, we called ahead for seating; we had our baby(5 months) and wanted to make sure we times everything well so he was fed, happy, and would hang out for an hour without disturbing other guests. The hostess reiterated several times over the phone that call ahead seating wasn’t a reservation, but would help with making sure the wait was shorter. We were penciled in for a 7:15 arrival. We came at 7:05 and checked in, after us a family of four came and were told it was a 30 minute wait(we weren’t given an estimate) at 7:40 we were getting a little aggravated and carrying a car seat with an infant was getting difficult in a busy lobby. As my fiancée was about to go up to ask how much longer we should expect, the family that came in after us was seated. My fiancée inquired about the wait and was told we would be seated as soon as they had a table available for us and pointed out that we were only«9 minutes» past our expected seating time(no idea were that number came from). Shortly after we are seated, in a table right next to the family seated before us that arrived after us. Nice. At this point the baby was up but content, but was obviously going to need more devoted attention than we hoped for while we ate. Whatever, were parents and this is what we signed up for. He was fortunately great and enjoyed the big TV in front of our table. Fast forward a little, the food. We ordered two apps and two entrees. We’ve been here plenty of times and know what we like. we started with fried pickles and the app combo, the pickles were great– the app combo was missing the sauce for the buffalo nuggets and the potato skins were burned. For entrees my fiancée got the chicken critter salad and I got the chicken critter entrée, I was busy with the baby when we placed the order and hadn’t picked sides so I opted for a double order of fries. When our entrees came out I was confused; what I had looked like a kids entrée. The chicken critters were 1⁄3 the normal size and the portion of fries wasn’t even half of a regular order. It looked like a handful of chicken nuggets with a small pile of fries. The fries were under cooked and the chicken tasted bland instead of the normal peppery deliciousness– my fiancée pointed out the same thing. I can honestly say that in all our trips to Texas Roadhouse we typically order the same thing, and end up leaving with our entrees boxed and have a meal or two from it. This was the first time I’ve ever ate the entire thing. It was insulting to see what they served. The kitchen here really fell off the boat. I immediately suspect they’re under new management or something. To add insult to injury, I asked the server if she put my food in as a kids order and she said no, but pointed out that they didn’t include the second fries. I didn’t want them so I passed on the offer to bring them out, but still. That was just ignorant to look at the food served and not admit that they skimped big time and brought out some chicken nugget looking tenderloins I’ve been here enough that I know our server has been working here a while and knows better. Aside from my complaints about the back of house and probably management, the servers are always awesome. Everyone is friendly, and make you feel welcome. It’s a shame, because I doubt we’ll ever come back

This is a restaurant that I drove by over and over again. I never thought of going to have dinner. Until Valentines day. Called ahead, and was told to call hour and a half before arriving. So that’s what I did. Arrived at 5pm. Was seated at 5:05pm. Fastest seating I’ve ever got at any restaurant. If you are planning on waiting to be seated. When walking in to the right there are peanuts and more peanuts in a barrel to eat while waiting. But be careful the floor looks like a peanut shell mania. And when you get seated more peanuts in a bucket… Enjoy! So after I was seated I was welcomed by the manager because it was first time. I was giving a paper to fill out for a survery and receive coupons. Then I was welcomed by a very nice server«KRYSTAL» That brought bread and butter over to the table. I got raspberry iced tea. That was good. With free refills. For appetizers I got the cactus blossom. With dressing. One of by far best appetizers to get. For entrée. Got the 8oz sirloin with shrimp. And 2 sides, was loaded baked potato with house salad with Italian dressing. Everything was good. Service was good. Food came out fast. Prices are good. Not much more to say then I’ll be back hear in future for dinner. And hope to have the same experience!

Texas Roadhouse is a throw peanut shells on the floor style of steak house. There’s a bunch of steak house chains that say it’s cool to throw peanut shells on the floor. I don’t get why that’s a feature. I just leave the shells in a pile on the table. I went there on a Friday night a couple of weeks ago with a buddy of mine. It was packed. It must have been birthday night or something, because every five minutes or so the waitstaff would start clapping and doing a birthday cheer thing. So it’s loud and festive. One of the employees seemed to be on permanent clap squad detail, having this hilarious glee about his role as master clapper. Our server was also friendly and attentive. As an affordable steakhouse, meaning you can take the family there without slaying your paycheck, the steak is fine for what it is. I had a 20oz or so porterhouse. The meat felt a little«treated» like you get at just about every peanuts on the floor steak house.

Great place we have been there before. John Clark our waiter was great! He is so personal and pleasant to have as a waiter. The food was great beer was cold, wine was flowing. We had a great time and great experience. Eileen the Manager stopped to ck on us which we thought was a good touch. I would have to say this is a great spot. Please go here, it’s a little crowded but worth the wait.

I’ve recently reviewed the Texas Roadhouse in Sicklerville and had an awesome time. While I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants or reviewing two of the same restaurants. This deserves a nod. Because of the server, Colin. Colin, if you’re reading this, tell them to give you a raise. Lol. I work in retail, so good customer service means EVERYTHING to me. It means being pleasant, attentive without being overbearing, kind and knowledgeable about what you’re serving. Colin was all of that plus some. I’d have to say he was the best server I’ve experienced in a very long time. I ordered my usual, the catfish platter with green beans and seasoned rice. Along with a Coors Light. The only thing I’d probably say is that the fish portions were way smaller than I’d received in Sicklerville. But I’d have to go back to that location to see if it was just the size of the catfish there or just perhaps what I’d gotten at a different location. My date wasn’t sure what he wanted and Colin suggested prime rib, steaks and their ribs… He went with the ribs. Which literally fell off the bone! Food was awesome. They open at 4pm. i was wondering why the place was packed with folks at 5. then I flipped the menu over and saw that they have 11 dishes on a Early Bird special from 4−6pm. For $ 8.99! May have to try that soon! Colin, keep up the good work. :)

I pop in here once in awhile for early bird specials. I don’t frequent chain restaurants much, but I’ve been known to return here. Nothing crazy fancy or overly special. The food is decent. The rolls and butter are probably my favorite thing about this place aside the service. The steaks are decent. You have the option of picking your own, but I let them wildcard for me. It does get pretty busy, but the staff has always been extremely upbeat no matter how crazy it gets in there. Definitely a good place to bring the kids if you’ve got them!

This Texas Roadhouse is still 1000 times better than the one in Millville(in my opinion). My family arrived around 700(give or take). It took a couple of minutes for the woman upfront to address us. I’m not sure but she may have addressed my mom before that and I just didn’t hear her because it was rather loud. A man led us to our table, he was very friendly and he kept questioning my mother about if this was our first time there and other things. A moment or two after being seated, our waiter Andy arrived to take our drink order. I’m 23 and look younger which obviously I did get carded when I ordered a frozen margarita. The margarita was expensive but refreshing. Turns out they charge you an extra dollar for it being a strawberry margarita.(6.50 for the margarita, 1.00 extra because it’s strawberry). Andy was very attentive which is a big step up compared to the Texas Roadhouse in Millville. Bread and butter: the butter is absolutely delicious with the fact that it has cinnamon and it may have a hint of honey but I’m not 100% sure. The bread is always warm when you get it. Pulled Pork Sandwich: hearty, the BBQ sauce had a hint of sweetness to it. The bun was slightly toasted which made It perfect. Chicken fingers(sister’s meal): tasted a bit off. They looked as if someone had ripped actual fingers off of a chicken. They were kind of dry. Her words for them were«they may have turned me off of chicken fingers…» that is honestly saying a lot for her, since that is mostly what she gets at any restaurant. I still wish I could have embarrassed my dad since it was his birthday today. I would have had a good laugh. I’ll definitely go back again for another pulled pork sandwich and go back to maybe get my waiter’s number.

First time here and thoroughly enjoyed it — start off with complimentary freshly baked bread rolls with sweet butter balls which were banging and melts in your mouth. For appetizer, got their fried blooming onion which was good but greasier than my usual liking. For my entrée which I shared with one other person, I got the full slab of ribs(10 – 12 pieces) with two sides for only $ 19.99! Meat literally falls off the bone and bbq sauce is spot on with tanginess and sweetness fused together. Meat portions here are generous although side dishes are smaller than what I expected. Side dishes include French fries, corn, baked potato, sweet potato, chili, or veggies. Overall service is very attentive, friendly, and upbeat. Highly recommend calling and reserving as wait for walk ins were an hour to an hour and a half. Otherwise, highly recommend if you’re looking to fill that bbq or steak craving!

BBQ spare ribs is awesome. If you’re thinking about getting the sweet potato, get it loaded! Its covered with marshmallow which makes it sweeter. We tried a couple of the steaks, sirloin was alright, best I think was the prime rib and the filet medallion. We were stuffed afterwards! Call ahead for this place! You won’t regret it! The service was really attentive as well. They noted down my table size incorrectly and fixed it right away giving me another table! Also you get to pick your own steaks right at the front.
