Just after moving to Bend, we went to this Arco to refill the UHaul. There were a few cones randomly placed at one end of the row of pumps, so my boyfriend asked it he could fill up there. The attendant immediately started yelling at him and being incredibly rude. He then taunted my boyfriend by saying«what are you going to do about it??» wanting him to get out of the truck and fight. What the hell? We just wanted to fill the uhaul up after a mega exhausting day of moving. Needless to say we got the hell out of there and filled up at the shell down the street. They informed us that it happens all the time. Zero class at this Arco, these attendants absolutely should not be working in the service industry. And if this is a recurring problem, I’d guess the management is awful too. Avoid at all costs!

Poor service. Inexcusable behavior. Attendants threatened us with a shovel when we asked if they were open for business. Jking or not… inexcusable.
