Blonde girl and brown haired guy, both high school age did an amazing job on my car, it was covered in bugs from a drive all the way from California and back they did a great job and spent about 15 minutes scrubbing the bugs off the car and the then a solid once over! Great job! It seems they have gotten a much better staff since some of these reviews were made.

Car is dirtier AFTER the wash? I took my car in yesterday around 4:30. The drier was not effective in blowing the water off the vehicle. I didn’t notice how bad it was until this morning and went back to ask if I could go through again and after I would dry it with my towel. The manager said «Sorry I can’t just give away free washes».

Lousy initial wash before going into the automated car wash. The kids only rinsed, wooed down one side of the car, ½ of the windshield, which was full of bugs. Car wash did not thoroughly clean our car. We had to completely wipe it down afterwards to rid the front end of bugs. Not a do again!

Just had my car cleaned top to bottom. Looks great inside and out. Fast and friendly service. Missed a couple of spots inside the car which stopped me from going to five stars. Would recommend Red Carpet to all my friends

— The price for oil change is very comparable to that you get from the dealership.
— No need to make an appointment.
— They throw in a free wash with an oil change.
— They forgot to take my car in for the wash and I ended up waiting longer than I had to so they threw in another redeemable free wash for me.

These guys are always super nice and wash your windshield and back window every time — great customer service you don’t get at other service stations in Bend.
