I am new to town and finding a hair stylist I like is much harder than finding a good family doctor or dentist. Luckily I struck gold with Leanne! She is new to town also but has been doing hair for 20 years. Tipped the scales on the love-​hate relationship I have always had with my hair. Absolutely recommend her and this salon to anyone.

You know those times when you walk out of a salon and think «I should have a hot date right now cause my hair is soooo pretty!». Well today is one of those days. Leanne Pasley knows hair, both cut and color. Mine is difficult and I absolutely love what she did. If you are looking for an artist — go see her.

Wedding Hair!!!
I hired Heather Oakley from Shag Salon to do my hair and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding. I planned my wedding out of state and had no recommendations of connections in Bend so I was very nervous about how to find a fantastic hairstylist for my wedding.
Heather was absolutely amazing. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone that wants perfect Pinterest worthy hair for a ridiculously affordable price.
I wanted a complicated Blake Lively look with long loose curls (that would last through a hot outdoor summer wedding and dancing) and a braid thing. She honestly had my hair look better than the photos I showed her. Of all the amazing beautiful things about my wedding and wedding pictures, my hair is still the number one thing that people comment on.
My wedding photos got featured on Style Me Pretty, and lots of people have Pinned my hair for their own wedding. If you live in Bend, do yourself a favor and use Heather! Also, she was way more affordable than most other people I talked to in Bend.
On top of doing my hair perfectly, she did all my bridesmaids hair. Since I was wearing my hair down, I wanted all my bridesmaids to have up-do’s but I was afraid they would love promy and outdated. I had 7 bridesmaids and she managed to have ever girl lover her individual unique hair and have them all look stylish and different. Se even wove little daisies in their hair, it looked amazing! She was also very timely and super sweet and helpful to have around on my big day! And again, very affordable for the bridesmaids hair as well.
I was very happy and impressed with her skill, kindness, cost and professionalism. Five stars from me!

Courtney is a miracle worker. I had been getting my hair done since i was 12 by the same stylist in alaska and when I first moved to Oregon I had a VERY bad hair experience, vowing to not get my hair done down here again until a mutual friend referred me to Courtney. I am so happy she did! I am very picky when it comes to my hair as i have crazy coarse curls, and I like to keep it long and bonde. Courtney always listens to exactly what I want and never have I left unsatisfied. She is a very good hair stylist as well as super friendly! The atmosphere is always comfy and relaxing which for me is pretty important. I will never go anywhere else again. Would definitely recommend!

Have been getting my nails done for several years and my first lady became very ill and scaled down her client list the second one sold her shop stayed for a while afterwards and then move out of the area. Gave me plenty of notice so I went in search. A friend told me about Shag so I called was referred to Tara and WOW does she do a good job. The best I’ve ever had and she is very professional and personable. Love what she does and she is the BEST.

Margie is awesome.
I have been going to the same stylist in Seattle since 1982. This includes the 21 years I flew down from Alaska to see her.
I don’t need to go to Seattle anymore for haircuts. Margie is a pro.
