DELICIOUS!
Only open in the warm (summer) months, this BBQ shack is amazing! Though they only accept cash and are open until 7, it’s all worth the hassle. To begin, the Coop reminded me of my love for ribs. Smooth, fall-​off-​the-​bone meat that will make some one who eats like a bird (like me) turn into the carnivore of the century.
This time I opted for the pulled pork sandwich. A beast of a thing with tons of soft pulled pork piled high on a wheat kaiser roll bun. I can hardly finish it, but dare not waste the savory meat.
I’ll be returning soon with exchange students to show them the wonders of BBQ ribs.

Yummy bbq and friendly owners! I like the pork sandwich the best. They have giant stuffed potatoes, too.
They are open seasonally – April to September, so get there now!
