The good: by far the best customer service I think I’ve received from any business I’ve been to in ages. I recently came to this store on a fluke just to see what Cricket offered and wasnt really in the market to buy at the time but when i spoke to Cesar that first time I was sold that this was the place to go. By the way I live in San Diego! So when I called to speak to Cesar he assured me I would be taken care of and that he would handle the number port and have me ready by time i showed up. So two hour drive later sure enough he did what he said he would, and got me the phone i wanted plus saved me $$$$$… So would i recommend this place? No Brainer! Cesar is the man! Awesome customer service! Its good to feel like people actually care about you not just getting you to spend hard earned cash… Now the bad: absolutely nothing!
10÷10… Thanks Cesar my boost nightmare is officially over!
