Wingstop

Food was good, they got my order wrong, but it’s ok. Food was good regardless. The only problem I had with this location, there is no changing table in the restroom. I had to change my baby’s and had to go across the street (out of my way). I love Wingstop wings and so does my baby, but I wish they added a changing table to their restroom to make it more family friendly… It was really weird when I went in and there wasn’t one there. Hopefully they’ll add one soon?

All I can say is salt. Salt, salt, salt. This was so horribly salty, neither my friend nor I could finish our food. The Parmesan they use has about the texture of sawdust, so we really regretted getting the parm fries. Got the lemon pepper and the garlic Parmesan flavors for wings. Lemon pepper was definitely our preference.
If we’d liked the food, it was reasonably cheap.
Service was pretty meh. Didn’t ask if we wanted for here or to go, just gave us to go. Food took a really long time to come out, probably over 15 minutes. If I’d wanted to wait that long I’d of gone to a sit down place.
50 cent boneless wing day also apparently doesn’t mean that 20 wings costs 10 bucks. I’m very confused. 13 bucks for them??? I’m not really sure what the point of that promo is if it doesn’t mean that 20 wings cost 10 bucks? I had to ask what the person at the counter said many times (too quiet), but I appreciated they offered water cups just off the bat.
Bottom line: food was borderline inedible salty, the Parmesan is like sawdust, and the service was pretty poor. No thanks!

Honestly, it was alright. If you are expecting saucy wings, keep looking. I thought the rubs were very salty and I had the Lemon Pepper, Smoke9, and Louisiana rubs. The fries were okay. They tasted like sweet potatoes even though they were russets. I think they sprinkled sugar on them in their seasoning salt. It was very weird tasting. I tried it and I will not be back. The fact that they had beer was there saving grace. Sorry guys.

I used to love coming here. I was trying to use a gift card I got from my birthday! Unfortunately they said their Machine was not working! How do you sell someone a gift card to your establishment and not be able to use this. When I asked when it would be back up? She stated we don’t know when! I was my money on my gift card back then!!!

My favorite wings flavors is garlic Parmesan and lemon peppers .
I also like the potato. It is a light sweet and little salty.

The wings at Wingstop are pretty comparable to a place like Buffalo Wild Wings, but you don’t have the sports ambiance. The reason why I am giving this a 4-​star rating is because it was one of the few places open until at least 11 pm in Bellevue when I was in need of a late dinner stop.

This is a place that serves wings and beer. I’ve never had wings that blew my socks off so this is what I expected. Staff were friendly, beer was cold.
If you want wings, don’t go out of your way but this will do what you want.

We tried two flavors, they were okay to good but the chicken wasn’t tasty or tender. Service was too slow (20+mins) and the place as well as toilets were overall dirty

I would give them zero stars if I could. Placed the order online, said will be ready in 30min. Called to confirm in 30min, said will take another 15min. we waited another 30 min to go pick it up, and the order is still NOT ready.
THIS HAPPENED TWICE as well. And the service staff and don’t seem to give a F***.
Seriously, don’t offer any online/​take out service if you don’t know how to give a proper one.

I’ve been here 3 times and 2 out of the 3 were terrible experiences. They always got our to-​go orders wrong and missed items so

I order 10 wings. I want all flats. She doesn’t tell me there’s a charge. And the biggest thing I don’t get is she charged me for all 10. I’m left to assume she was gonna give me 10 drums??? Uhhhh ok. I’m pretty sure her name wasn’t Jose but that’s who she gave me the receipt under hahaha sorry Jose!

However, called 5x over 2 hours, apparently not enough people picking up the phones on Super Bowl Sunday. Ended up purchasing online.

Epic fail on Super Bowl! Pre-​ordered for a 1:30 pickup. Showed up at 2pm and they told be it would be another 1−2hrs wait for my order. I cancelled my order and had my money refunded.
Staff was very helpful and friendly they just allowed more ordered than they could actually make.

:(I love wings and I was so excited to try this place since there’s no Buffalo Wild Wings in Bellevue, but the mango habanero was way too sweet, it tasted like mango syrup with added sugar and no spice what so ever. The lemon pepper was way too buttery. The original buffalo was actually really good, wish it was spicier but at least it was tasty. And the barbecue, I don’t remember whether I liked it or not. When we first got there we weren’t sure if you seated yourself or order first and there is no one around to ask another customer had to tell us what to do and we yelled for someone to come up front to help us. Whenever we needed something the staff was nowhere to be found. and they don’t do any substitutions for anything.

[Take-​Out Experience] The thing about Wing Stop is you can make orders online which eliminates the hassle of calling or waiting in-​store. However, that is not the case with their ordering process — you will need to wait a about 5 minutes or so in order for them to make a fresh batch of fries. I am personally not a big fan of their fries as they have more of a rustic taste and even with seasoning I felt they were still not your traditional golden fries. The wings were good and I really recommend the mango habanero if you can handle the heat. This is an average place where you can really dig into your wings but to me, there were not any wow factors.
I was not a big fan of waiting for a takeout order for fresh fries because making them while I was there did not make a difference for me. We do like the place overall and will continue to come and plan our trips in advance if we order in a hurry.

Website says they close at 11pm.
Called in before 1020pm several times and no one picked up.
Drove there and got there in 5 minutes. Their sign says open and when I went in they claim to be closed…
If you’re going to open a restaurant and say closed at 11pm, you shouldn’t close by 1030pm.

I’ve been ordering online for pick-​up at this location for quite some time and have NEVER had any issue with my order. I place my order online, and 15 – 20 minutes later I drive over and my food is either ready or I’m waiting 5 – 10 minutes for my fries.
My food has always been consistent and have yet to receive a wrong order. I haven’t tried eating in here or ordering over the phone (people still do that?) but I can say their online ordering process is a breeze.
I’ll be back. In fact I’m craving some wings right now.

I wish we had a BWW in Bellevue, but we don’t, so I settle for Wing Stop. I usually eat here instead of ordering to go and let me tell you, the tables and chairs are ALWAYS super sticky.
The wings are pretty small compared to most wing joints, but they are very flavorful. I’ve tried many flavors and I’ve liked them all. My favorite/​go to flavor is the Garlic Parmesan. Mmmmmm!
If you’re going to get wings from here, order before hand because it takes them a while to cook the wings. This way you can walk in and your food will almost be done cooking.

Overall, Wingstop is a decent place to pick up some wings. I have always gotten my order to go, though, since it is always freezing inside the restaurant.
I like the fact that you can order from their app and schedule a time to pick up your order. I normally get the 15 wing combo, where you can choose two different types of wings (easier since my wife doesn’t like spicy food), two dips, fries, and two large drinks (for about $ 22). I have had the original hot and the mango habanero, and both weren’t very spicy. Next time, I will try the atomic version.
I like the fact that you can customize both your wings (flats, extra crispy, etc.) as well as your fries (seasoning, how crispy they are, etc.). If you want something quick and easy, Wingstop is a good place to get your wings.

Love wingstop! I called ahead for the order, and picked it up. As, I arrived, I told them pick up, she knew my name and told me to wait a minute. Very friendly and polite.
