Consistently delivers over an hour and a half late, with luke warm pizzas that look terrible. Tonight the pizza had the pepperoni under the cheese and half the cheese off the pizza. I wouldn’t mind about the pepperoni but I asked for it on only half the pizza because I’m a vegetarian do biting into that was not a plus.

Everytime I order from this location, they don’t meet the expected delivery times. In fact, I placed an order on Saturday just before 5pm, with a 20 – 30 minute delivery time according to the website. 645pm rolls around, no pizza. I call, and am told that they cancelled it because someone answered the door and said they didn’t order… we’re a business. They went to a HOUSE. We’ve used the same address in the past(twice) with them, no issue other than pretty late. Then they say it’ll be delivered in 2 hours. When it is YOUR mistake, why are you making ME wait? Pushing me to the END of the line? It’s a block and a half away, but we can’t leave the store empty to pick it up. I call sunday. twice. Always told the manager is out. I call Monday, and am told sorry, we’ll make sure that refund is back on your card, and was provided an 1130 delivery time, as the first driver is in at 11. OK? 12:20 I call and am told my pizza is just in the oven? That’s almost an HOURLATER than the delivery time I was promised. I’m not normally one to complain on a venue such as this, but this has gone beyond a complaint to the store. This needs resolved, and by more than just a simple FREE order. I manage food service stores — and I couldn’t imagine putting a guest thru this.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this branch. They deliver pretty fast considering how many orders they tend to. But the food is always hot when it arrives and the delivery guy is always very friendly.

Terrible experience. Wasted my time driving over there to be turned away because I wanted to use a $ 100 bill because it is all i had on me. No where on the site does it say the stores do not accept anything over $ 20. Pathetic experience from people I have spent at lease $ 150 on in the last month. I will take my business elsewhere, and recommend anyone reading this does the same.

The pizzas are okay, however even with orders placed hours in advance the deliveries are late 4 of 5 times. We are a business who schedules around meal times and, as such, the inability to actually get the product here when requested makes the service not only useless, it gets in the way of our business. Food wise? 3 stars. Nothing special. Not horrible. But, overall the inability to schedule deliveries makes this a one-star experience. We are currently looking for a new supplier for our Friday pizza day. It appears that a guaranteed 170 pizzas a year isn’t really that big a deal to this store. Now that the pizzas has arrived, they are runny, watery, and undercooked. And the store isn’t answering its phone. And now that the manager has answered, she absolutely doesn’t care about the problem. Her only response to my listing of the late deliveries, undercooked pizzas, and loss of business was«Thank you for your call.» Not even an apology. Unbelievable.

Worst Dominos ever! Horrible management, horrible service & i’ve been a regular customer for 3 years now. My friend even worked here at one time! They treated their employees like garbage, forcing my friend to fill in for 2 – 3 people in a single day, never giving my friend a break. They were short on staff all the time. Even when my friend wasn’t working, they forced some poor boy to do everything in the kitchen. Everytime i went in to order, there was about 3 delivery people going in & out of the store but there was only one person making pizza at a time. The food before my friend started working there was decent, even during but after my friend quit, it tasted terrible. Probably because the staff was newly hired & didn’t get proper training i assume. The pizza prices were the best however & i really loved the taste of dominos. But if management can’t be reasonable & decent, whats the point of supporting this chain? Even if my friend didn’t work here, i had problems with management & service from the start. They couldn’t find my coupon code i had used online, charging me the full price of pizza even when their coupon was plain to see on their website in full view. They refused to use it when i called over the phone when the website stopped working! And let me tell you, has soooo many issues! Error message after error message! I gave up after having 23 different error messages while ordering pizza in a year. Their site is broken! When it came to delivery, they were always on time. Their drivers are probably the most speedy people i’ve ever seen! So i salute them for all of their efforts since pizza hut was 1 hour late from their given time & that was last month in December, not even a football day and it was around 9pm at night. Now back to the service. Whenever i went in to order a pizza, the staff that use to work there, use to talk really loudly & talked about alot of personal things. They probably didn’t last long for a reason. Not to mention they were really slow at making pizza. One large pizza took almost 40 minutes to make and there was only 2 people waiting for pizza with me. Overall, i will never again be supporting this specific store nor their chain ever again. I have gone back to papa johns & pizza hut.

If I could give this business zero stars I would. We ordered a pizza on line on Thursday night, using the coupon that said 1 large pizza, any toppings, $ 10.99. There was no mention of a limit on toppings. When I went to check out, the price was $ 1278 plus tax. So I elected to pay at the store, so I could question the price. When I arrived at the store, the kid said he had never seen the coupon, and couldn’t answer my question. He asked his manager and she didn’t even come to the counter until I asked again about 10 minutes later. Then she played with the computer and told me that the coupon was for 5 or less toppings, which if that was the case, it should have been mentioned on the online coupon. So I told her to take 2 toppings off and I would pay for that. This was at 930 pm. She then stated that they would have to remake my pizza with 5 toppings and I would have to wait for 35 or 40 minutes longer for them to remake it. They could just have charged me the right price and given me the pizza they had already made instead of wasting it. I will not go to this or any dominoes in the future. They should have better customer service than that.

I ordered a pizza and breadsticks for take out online. Dominos has an online tracker that tells you when your order is ready. So I arrive at the store about 10 min after I was told that I order was ready, and they were busy, which is to be expected on a Sunday. I told a lady in the kitchen my name and said that I had ordered take-out items. She kind of rudely told me that it would be about a 5 – 10 min wait for my food. Well after 20 min of sitting in their lobby, I politely asked when my food would be ready. The lady said, «Oh I don’t know, we messed up the order and it hasn’t been started yet.» SERIOUSLY?! I was waiting in their lobby(it’s very small and I was the only one there) for 20 min and they didn’t think to ask me about my food? So after an hour and a half after I placed my order online, I finally get my food. I waited at the store for about 40 min for take out that should have been ready when I arrived. Oh and all I heard in the kitchen were the cooks/delivery people complaining about how busy it was and how delivery orders were taking up to an hour(I waited 1.5 hours for take out). I’ve worked many years in the customer service and food industry, and yes mistakes happen, but YOUFIXTHEM and don’t ignore a customer in your teeny, tiny store for 20 – 30 min! AND one inch of slushy, melted snow on the ground does not count as hazardous weather conditions. That is not an excuse for being rude and slow. All in all, terrible customer service. Probably the worst I’ve had in years. Just pay a few extra bucks and order pizza from a decent place.

I had a very bad experience with this store at Crossroads. i tried to place order twice and it didnt work out. First, time the store immediately called me and said that they are short of crew which is understandable, so i cancelled my order that night. Second, time i placed an order, waited for an hour, pizza didnt show up. I called the store and the guy said that the pizza is half baked and its going to take another half hour to get delivered. So, we waited for one more hour and no call nothing from the store. We tried to call and there is no one to answer the call. So, all in all we were left to wait for more than two hours and thirty minutes hungry. Which is really bad. I cant even think of Domino’s any more in my life.

Tried out the Bellevue Domino’s Pizza on the day of the Super Bowl as it was an appropriate choice since pizza was synonymous for this occasion. Domino’s is located in a strip mall just above Crossroads Shopping Center. You turn left into a side street to reach it and is neighbored by a few other restaurants. I tried out their online order system. It is pretty comparable to the one that Pizza Hut has. At the end, it will give you an estimate of how long it will take for your pizza to be ready along with processing your payment(if you are paying by credit card). I was quoted an under 20 minute wait time which seemed too short. Alas, it did take a little longer than that due to the numerous other orders they were getting prior to Super Bowl kickoff. But the additional wait was not bad. Maybe about 10 minutes more. My suggestion is to leave the house when the status shows that the pizza(s) is baking if you are doing carryout. Due to the plentiful orders, the staff noticeably seemed overwhelmed trying to keep up with them when I came in to pick up my pizzas. The two medium pizzas, two toppings deal is good. $ 5.99 for each pizza. Domino’s definitely offers good value for your money. Though the taste of the pizza is a bit so-so. Can’t expect too much given the price, but I have to say that I prefer Little Caesars and Pizza Hut over Domino’s. I know that pizza is a gut bomb, but the pizza here does not seem to go down as well(too oily?). If you are looking for cheap pizza, Domino’s will do. But take note of the adage of «you get what you pay for» as it applies here.

Friday at 530, the wife and I decided we didn’t feel like going out or cooking. We normally don’t order pizza, but figured we wanted to try the new Domino’s recipe that all the commercials been talking about for the last year. We called them up, heard about a special for 2 – 3 topping larges for 16 bucks. That’s pretty cheap. We asked how long for delivery, they said 30 – 40 minutes. No problem, it’s a Friday night, we can wait. So we ordered 2 pizzas, each with our favorite toppings and another order of their boneless chicken things. We figured we had 30 minutes until the food got here… Wrong! We heard our doorbell ring just 14 minutes later. Pizza was piping hot. As for the taste, it was decent. Has a very garlic flavor. Crust was what we expected from a chain… blah. Toppings were ok. Overall the pizza was to be expected for 8 dollar pizzas. Not great, but good enough and plenty for leftovers this weekend. Chicken on the other hand was not so decent. The breading was mushy and was nothing more than your standard chicken nuggets. Save your money and go to BK or McD for about ½ the price. I am not sure if I would order again. Although the price was good and delivery was lightning fast, I prefer Pizza Hit and Papa John’s if I am going to order chain delivery pizza. If it weren’t for the fast delivery and cheap price, I would have gave it only 2 stars.

There was an ad online as well as tv regarding pizza. When I ordered and went to pick up the manager said they were not doing this sale… yet a diffrent place said the manager was wrong.

I specifically ordered Domino’s Pizza because they offer ranch sauce. When my order came the delivery driver had no ranch, didn’t care and left immediately. I contacted the store it came from and was told I didn’t request it(I wouldn’t have ordered from Domino’s if I didn’t) and it was all my fault. At this point I went beyond dissatisfied to downright irritated. Instead of trying to resolve the issue the employee hung-up on me. This has caused me to do something I have never done in all the years of delivery pizza experiences. Complain to the corporate office of Domino’s and write web reviews(OVERRANCHSAUCE) because of how I was treated, not my order being messed up.

I acknowledge that I should hate Domino’s with every shred of my being. However, I do not. WHY? I love, love, LOVE their extra-thin crust. As a person whose stomach doesn’t do bread well that loves pizza, that extra-thin, almost a cracker-thickness, crust is the dope. I like it best with pepperoni, green peppers, and onions. I’m kinda traditional like that. It’s too bad that I can eat a large one all by myself though; that thin crust translates into less ‘zza fullness at the end. The staff here is nice, online ordering is a joy(you can create an account and then don’t have to remember anything; it can and does keep track of your previous and favorite orders if you ask it to), and best of all, there’s order tracking so you learn which person at the store made your pizza, who stuck it in the oven(and when), and who is bringing it to you. It’s all very Big Brother, but it is also somehow REALLYFUN if you are a loser geek like me.
