Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stood waiting for acknowledgment for 5 straight minutes while two coworkers talked and essentially ignored us. One proceeded to inform us to hang on, while he made a drink after having ignored us… Was unfriendly. More time passed and the female coworker decided to finally help us-made us wait so she could shake whipped cream cans? We were the only ones there. Ordered. Male coworker spilled milk and barely apologized although it splatter on my arm and card I purchased. He walked away without checking on me despite seeing this. Seriously so disgusted with this service and lack of respect. Also he spent at least 5 minutes making another customers frappé. They continued to talk and failed to actually acknowledge customers-seriously by far the worst general customer service and even more so, it being Starbucks. I have been to Starbucks with extremely long lines while understaffed and I am STILL acknowledged and am met with friendly service. Will never return to this location. If I could rate 0 I would.

Only one lady working, so the service was kind of slow. But she was working really hard, and she’s so friendly! So I feel bad giving anything less than 4 stars. I’m also in no rush right now, so I didn’t mind the wait. My iced caramel latte is perfect too mmmm

Starbucks in a Target — classy. It is between the open mall and the front doors that keep opening and closing so don’t expect to be warm if it is a cold day outside. Next — my standard gripe to Starbucks — bring back the Almond syrup — one of the top 10 flavors(many places rate it in the top 5). I ordered off the menu — reading the terminology they used — Caffe Mocha(I don’t understand Starbucks language so I was taking no chance). I kept waiting for my drink to be called — finally I went up and asked — they said it had been here but they call it something different — Mocha Espresso so I didn’t know it was up. Perhaps it is my age but if the menu calls it one thing — isn’t that their term for it. What happened to customer friendly. The drink was sort of bland and although I asked for no whipped cream — it came with it. Service was not friendly and those that knew what their drinks were called had to wait longer than I would think is standard. Yes — I probably should not go to Starbuck but sometimes everyone else wants to go so I have no choice.

This specific location takes much longer than usual to prepare order, even with a small amount of customers in the store. Parking is also really difficult because its a congested area(not factored into review).

Gabrielle and Erica dislike their jobs you can clearly see this with the level of customer service they provide. I stood there 3 min before either one greeted me. No smile super unhappy

This has got to be the slowest Starbucks I“ve been to. There is usually only two people behind the counter, and sometimes I only see one of them making any drinks. The other person is stocking or something. All the while, I am in line waiting to give my order and to pay. Although there is a longer wait than most Starbucks, it is really convenient, as it is located inside the Target in Factoria. So far the drinks are the same standards you expect at any other Starbucks. I’ve only ordered the soy Chai tea latte though. I will be back to try others and to provide an update.
