I reported the bad situation of this store to Starbucks management, and they committed to share the feedback with the store and make sure to make improvement. More than a month had passed and it didn’t improve by much. Flies were still flying in the bakery cabinet (although not as much as last time), and the line was still moving ridiculously slowly.

I am updating my review as I have been here a few more times, in the afternoon and the staff and service was excellent. Still not perfect in the morning but the afternoon crew deserves 5 stars, the morning crew and lack of staff and wait till take away one star. Solid 4 stars after coming back another four times since my first negative review.

I come here pretty often, great service and atmosphere!
I know some of the workers and they seem to like it here.
It’s pretty busy since it’s the bigger Starbucks of the two here in this plaza but it’s a nice place to come get work done. (:
There was one time I ordered something off the secret menu and it was really bad. They made it again to see if it was their mistake, but it was really just a bad recipe. I felt bad asking for another drink so I kept it, but one of the workers noticed and offered to make me a different drink. These were all Venti and the workers were really nice about it. (: talk about good service.

As a T-​Mobile employee I’m often here twice a day. Mornings are great, however the afternoon service at this location has gone downhill over the past several months. Slow, no sense of urgency among most of the employees. It’s not uncommon to wait ten minutes for a drink when it’s not even busy. There are often 5 or more people behind the counter, but only one on the register and one on the bar. Standing and waiting for a drink while employees restock shelves and socialize is incredibly frustrating. If the line is to the door, the second register should be open and taking orders. It seems very poorly managed as of late. I have started walking past it to the second location, next to Sidelines. You can do better!

Starbucks employees act as self righetous idiots. zero customer service. With a very low volumne of orders they still served my sandwich in a tiny packet where in the sandwich insides were completely fallen out. when i asked for a box they looked at me like i was asking for a kidney…

The service here has always been great. Very friendly staff just as expected at a Starbucks. The line moves quickly, even when it is super busy; the lag is usually caused by indecisive customers answering with «uhhhhh…mmm…» when asked «what can I get started for you?» Please, you didn’t have the decency to think about it while you were waiting in line?
I enjoy getting their Turkey Pesto and Tomato Mozzarella Panini here. It’s just yummy goodness on a cold rainy day. For some reason, some times the panini is not toasted correctly and it becomes tough and difficult to bit into, but most of the time it comes out slightly crisp on the outside, and not too hot that you can’t sink your teeth into right away.
I would recommend coming to this location versus the one on the corner as this one opens later, and is usually got more staff, so the line goes faster.

It’s a nice location with wi-​fi, clover machine, good amount of seating (outside seating too), free parking, etc. etc.

This is one of the busiest starbucks I’ve ever been too.
Bonus points, my coffee was was not brewed right on the clover. So I went back to the barista and the «brew master» was there and made me a new cup right there and asked if it was not good he would make another. The coffee tasted fine after that. It’s a pretty busy starbucks, I wouldn’t suggest getting a clover when its rush hour.

There are two Starbucks stores in this plaza. This one is sandwiched between QFC and Bartell Drugs and it’s the nicer of the two.
This location has very little seating and is often overcrowded, likely due to the proximity to T-​Mobile HQ.

This is my least favorite Starbucks.
It gets crowded, and the line goes all the way to where you are trying to sit. The area where you pick up the coffee gets really crowded, it is right next to the door, and you end up with a bunch of people bumping around like balls inside a pinball machine. They should close this one given that there is one about 300 ft away, but it does seem to do a brisk business.

This is a very standard Starbucks. There’s plenty of seating and good light. Interesting note, there is another Starbucks in the same strip mall… oh Seattle, you do love your Starbucks’.
