Amazing! Our waitress Heather was funny and helpful. Service was excellent. Highly recommend Pork Belly Benedict, Bacon with spinach, tomato, chèvre cheese scramble, grilled cheese, goat cheese toast and shrubs.

I loooove the industrial interior of the restaurant. The food display and taste was on par. Although I didn’t really like their grilled cheese. I thought it was a bit bitter. The prices are a bit pricey so me and my friend just split a dish together. The fries was delicious. :3

Aside from the amazing beer, the food is excellent, on the small plate menu they have what’s called A plate of Bacon, I ordered it to see, just what is a plate of bacon ! It’s amazing cold bacon glazed with honey and sugar and something else not sure, but it was great, are you kidding me cold bacon! Dam Good, I had the Mac & Cheese my wife had a chicken club that made me want to be a chicken so she could eat me. This place is very cool, has a great whisky menu, and of course great bacon and beer

It was the worst service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Or better said: it was no service at all. Saw the server three times: 1) menu 2) check 3) pen Runners gave us more service than the server. Really need to step up the service. I will not be coming back.

BOOM!!! You see the stars? That’s real. Lol. Very nice ambiance. Very nice décor. Very intimate. Yet, not so much at the time. Seating for just drinks, or appetizers, and then seating for meals. And the meals?!! Are AMAZING. Our server was super personable. The bartender is right by the door. He greeted us also when we walked in. It’s nice to walk into an establishment and be greeted right away. The cool thing about the bar, is it is close and intimate. No distractions. No TVS. No nothing. Just a bar top, a bartender, and alcohol. At the bar, you actually talk to people instead of texting people on your phone. Very nice. There is downstairs and upstairs seating. We got lucky. We came around 3pm(during happy hour) while waiting for our flight. So the place was pretty empty when we walked in. But it quickly started to fill up. This place gets busy. And I know why. :) We ordered happy hour drinks. I ordered the strawberry Collins which was pretty good. My hubby ordered some kind of specialty beer which he fell in love with so much, he googled the manufacturing to find the beers so he could get some more. Lol. So the food came out fast, hot, and delicious! Our sever was super cool. Very knowledgeable on the beers, whiskeys, and the food. We took all his recommendations and they were spot on. Very simple. This place is not super cheap. But you do get a value for what you pay for. Good environment, good food, good drinks, and good service. And did I mention the food was AMAZING!!! Lol. Yessssss

This review is about a month late but… better late then never! We were exploring the world of Belevue when we stumbled upon this place and their kick @$$ Cocktail menu!(which I will be back to try in depth) But what really caught my eye at the bar was a bottle of Cynar!!! YAY! They have all the means to make my favorite beverage, something I haven’t found here yet! It all begins with a Bitter Giuseppe–(the sexiest cocktail in all the land) If you haven’t heard of it and you’re a fan of sours or bitter drinks, like Negroni’s, then give this cocktail it a go and«Hold on to your butts!!!» Cause its kind of amazing! Scott came by and asked for our drink orders and I asked him if the bartender would be willing to make a the Bitter Giuseppe… our server Scott say yes w/o hesitation ensuring us that if the bartender didn’t know they would just look up the recipe. What I loved about this is that the bartender took his time to try a few variations himself before serving it to me. ITWASPERFECT!!! Over all the food was yummy and we had a great night but what will always stick with me is the amazing service! Kudos you have a great staff!

Haven’t been to Lot 3 in a few months, but today’s brunch was worth the wait. We shared the egg, bacon and avocado sammie(served on a croissant), and we added tomato — yum! We also shared the malted waffle — holy cow, that is a piece of sugary heaven in your mouth. The whip cream isn’t needed, and the bourbon maple syrup is sweet heaven. We had a side of andouille sausage with the waffle — the slice it up well, and it is savory, perfectly flavored/salted, and simply scrumptious. I barely left any for my love to eat! My BF also ordered a cinnamon roll, and after a crazy crossfit workout he devoured all but a bite. Downside: the reason for –1 star = their breakfast potatoes need work. They cut ½ the pieces too small and then over fry them so they turn into bad-tasting bits. Ick! Also, really cold and drafty I. The space today. Otherwise, four thumbs up from our table of two.

Came here for brunch on a Saturday morning. We had reservations which I highly recommend as it seemed to fill up pretty fast! Service was phenomenal. Our server was super awesome, funny and totally personable. Not to mention she kept the bloody Mary’s and mimosas coming! 5 stars for her. The bacon jalapeño Bloody Mary was one of the best bloody Mary’s I’ve ever had. That’s a must! We ordered the cinnamon roll and the goat cheese, spinach, mushroom scramble. Super disappointed with the cinnamon roll after reading so many great reviews on it. I’m hoping it was just an off day but ours was definitely dry and not moist and gooey like I was expecting. The scramble was great and the breakfast potatoes were probably my favorite part of the meal. Perfectly crisp and seasoned while maintaining its soft texture inside. The scramble had a choice of bacon or sausage and although we ordered the sausage, I would opt for the bacon because it’s just that good! Almost a candied taste with a slight hint of maple. It was bomb! Will definitely be back. Not giving up on that cinnamon roll!

This place has a great environment almost makes you feel like you’re at home. Love sitting on the couches eating chicken & waffles and drinking some of the best bitter drinks in Bellevue.

I came on a Thursday night for a late night dinner with my girlfriend. It was raining and super cold outside, so I was craving on their tomato soup. The place was empty for Thursday night, but service was little bit slow. It took her briefly 15min to take our order. The tomato soup was very creamy and delicious so as Cuban Berger :) I just didn’t like when waitress who didn’t even serve our table yelled at us «HAVE A GREATNIGHTGUYS!!!» And she grabbed check from our table without looking us. I’m sorry we didn’t know you are closing 12am on Thursday. But I will be back.

Lots no. 3 is walking distance from our place but not only that it’s a great place for brunch too! We have come here on weekends and the food never disappointed us! Also great customer service!

Very nice place. I went here after a Christmas party. When we arrived they were doing a «late night menu.» I really liked the look of the place, and how chill it was. We were taken upstairs to a nice table. We ordered two left hand stouts(in the bottle), and the mini sliders. We got two pb&j with bacon, veggie burger, and pork. I enjoyed the pb&j and the pork slider. The veggie I could take it or leave it. Service was fast. Great location and very close to the Bellevue square and the Hotel we stayed at. I would recommend tis place highly if you are in the area.

Very modern interior and good customer service. The tomato soup wasn’t creamy enough for me and the fried potatoes were(over-fried?). But then again, it could just be their own recipes. My egg scramble was a little undercooked and the food portions are small. They have two couch areas and lots of space at the bar for walk-ins. The restrooms are unique.

Brunch: Lot No. 3 has been one of my go-to brunch spots in Bellevue. I usually get the feta cheese/vegetables scrambles, and the omlettes have been great. It comes with a side of house potatoes, toast, and choice of meat, but I usually substitute the meat with fruit or a side-salad. The fruit salad has a good beery variety and the macaroni side-salad is actually pretty good! The scramble is made fresh and the combination of the spinach and cheese is wonderful. Also, the potatoes are some of the best potatoes I’ve ever had. I’m not too sure what seasoning they use on the potatoes, but their seasoning, combined with the fact that the potatoes are lightly roasted, make for an amazing meal! Dinner/Drinks: I came here for dinner once and they have interesting dinner options. I got the salad, and it was pretty good with variety and tons of vegetables. I’ve heard great things about the chicken and waffles as well. They have a good wide selection(I got the Reisling and had no complaints), and their cocktails seemed interesting, but I didn’t try it so I can’t say much about that. The atmosphere: I love how the place is laid out. I had to make a last minute reservation the staff was SO accommodating about our large 18-person group. It’s actually a fairly large place but the restaurant still maintains a cozy atmosphere. Recommendations: Coming here for the brunch items and any of the omelets(with the potatoes!)

Great time here on a Wednesday night for happy hour(9 – 11 pm) — so down for $ 7 cocktails and $ 2 off all glasses of wine & beer! Loved the posh hipster ambience — try to get second floor seating if possible(better view). Food-wise, we liked everything we got: 1) Pork belly slider — very good, would get again. Personally thought it had too much bread vs. meat, but the meat was tasty and had a smoky flavor. 2) PB&J slider — overhyped on reviews imo, just tasted like a norm pb&j with a strip of bacon… 3) Pretzel app — yum, especially with the dip. No complaints. On to the drinks — they have a pretty good wine selection. Can’t speak to others, but I enjoyed their Malbec and Riesling a lot. A friend got a Seattle Sazerac — beware, that stuff is STRONG with four types of liquor… he liked it though.

Took a journey over to Bellevue for a little shopping and decided on Lot no3 for lunch. We waited a bit for the hostess to return to her station and then were seated. Great looking menu and many tasty options. A pretzel started off the meal(some tasty pub mustard I might add as well) along with cider and a winter ale. Our wait staff swapped between the friendly hostess and an equally nice waitress. For the lunch entrée I ordered the portobello reuben with an accompanying side salad. This was one of the best grilled/roasted portobello sandwiches I’ve ever had. Usually I get a, once crisp, soggy sandwich that oozes marinade and is a mess to eat. This was NOT the case as the mushroom was grilled just right and the rye was perfectly toasted! The 1000 island and sauerkraut complimented well and made for a delicious lunch!

I’ve always enjoyed coming into Lot. N 3. My go to meal is the grilled cheese sandwich with the soup and salad. Plus the wine selection is great. I do have to say the last time my husband and I went, it was dissapointing. Service was lacking, grilled cheese sandwich hardly had cheese, and the coffee I ordered was below room temperature. Our server seemed clueless, rushed, and could care less we were there. She didn’t know the wine list or was able to recommend one from the list. I will go to my other go-to spots before heading back here.

I came on a Saturday night for a late night dinner. The place was pretty filled but I didn’t have to wait with my party of three. This establishment has a pretty cool ambiance. It felt kind of rustic and elegant. Lighting was kind of romancy but the scene seemed casual. The food wasn’t to great. I had their famous sliders(pb&j&bacon /gruyère cheeseburger; 5.00 ea and 2 with fries for 12.00.) They were out of the pork belly. It was alright. It was good but the portion was small. There wasn’t anything special about what I ordered. My pals got the portobello reuben(12.00) and the beef stroganoff(19.00) and even those were pretty average. Overall, this restaurant/bar is just alright in terms of the food. I might try this place again but I’m not really pushing myself.

I was somehow disappointed by the breakfast at this place. It looked very appetizing but did not deliver at all. My pork belly eggs Benedict was dry. Couldn’t get through it without drinking water along with eating it. The egg yolk was 90% cooked through. Fail. Because I love love love San Marzano tomatoes, I decided to try the San Marzano soup which was barely warm and tasted too acidic. Meh. It’s a pub type place so you would expect good pub fries here. Ordered their bistro fries and they were somehow limp one dimensional and uninteresting. The only thing I liked was the garlic aioli that came with the fries. We sat at the bar where the full menu is served; however, they never checked if our food tasted good after delivering it. Service fail. The hostess was friendly. Would not go back for food and I don’t drink so I guess I will not go back at all.

We found this place on Unilocal and finally tried it out. Does not disappoint at all. It’s been our new go-to place in Bellevue for fun and different finger food selection. Service has always been good. Ambience is always upbeat. Great spot potentially for a first date?! The bar is small and there aren’t actually that many tables for as popular of a restaurant as it is. There’s upstairs seating but it looks claustrophobic up there. The lounge couches are open seating and surprisingly comfortable to have your meal at. The food is good. Two of us always share about 4 to 6 dishes as they aren’t crazy big and many can be split between groups. — The chicken and waffles was good — Pictures didn’t look too good, but it was crispy and the waffle not too dry. — Get the trio of sliders — PB&J was good, more of like a dessert slider maybe though. The hamburger slider was seasoned and good. The pork belly was so so. –The plate of bacon was alright — ordered it once but haven’t ordered it again. Can find better elsewhere. — Crispy chicken sandwich. Meant for one person but we split it and it was delicious. Comes with a sriracha coleslaw stuff, good on it. — Goat cheese toast is one of my favorites. Just the right amount of goat cheese to cracker ratio. — Spicy Shrimp Dip. A lot of dip, needs more crackers. YEA, I know — normally the other way around but good and worth the money. Stay away from the brownie dessert — no good. Blah. And I love dessert. Overall — love this place. Drinks are good, food is good. Order a ton of stuff and just share with someone. Bill normally runs around $ 100 for two of us including drinks. Two thumbs up!
