Ward and Shauna are great to work with and provide superior workmanship. I had a very unique and complicated antique car carpeting project that required the binding of only ‘some’ edges of carpet pieces that I had cut to fit my old car (authentic replacement carpets for my rare vehicle are not available anywhere). There were also areas that needed velcro and vinyl strips sewn in to the carpet pieces. I was worried that one of the details might get missed, but when I brought in my carpet pieces, and described the project, Shauna took very detailed notes, and when all the carpet pieces were done they were all exactly correct! I had a very unique project that I was unsure who I could find to do it, but I was very lucky to find Kelley’s Carpet and Rug Solutions. I couldn’t be more pleased with Ward and Shauna’s work. They really do provide «Solutions».

After a couple years I finally was able to get a couple carpets made to fit my dining room and entry way just perfect. I could never find anything to fit their awkward size so after getting some questions answered from Kelley’s carpets I decided just to have my own made. I could have never found anything as perfect as these and as high quality. The finish work turned out absolutely beautiful.

Ward and his wife were an absolute pleasure to do business with. This family business is a rare gem in that not only do they obviously value good old fashioned customer service, but their quality of work is exemplary. I was a long time customer and «over-​payer» at DA Burns. I spent a fortune for mandatory cleanings, when I only needed already clean rugs cut and bound. The last time I called DA Burns to pick up a rug they had previously cut and bound (that unraveled within 6 months), I asked if while they were there they could pick up another smaller rug with it to deliver to a new location, after irritation from the receptionist she said they would pick it up with a $ 25 handling fee. Cut to Kelley’s Carpets, Ward’s response to the same question; «No problem and no fee.» He even switched out an old rug from another studio of mine as a favor. The rug they cut and bound for me was perfect (the best I have seen) and they even added extra measures to ensure it wouldn’t unravel. From now on I will bring all my business to them.

Highest quality in Washington for precise cutting and binding of rugs. I was impressed with the mitered corners and professional finish. It was easy to work with Mr. Kelly and I would recommend him highly for finishing and installing rugs and carpet. Price was better than some more established names around Bellevue. Has years of experience.
