I have never been treated with such disrespect. As a loyal Gap customer this stores customer service and downright racism has me almost re– thinking shopping here

This is my favorite gap. Good deals and not too much foot traffic, non invasive people that work here too Which I love

Love the clothes and always find something for my kids. Full price or Great deals on the sales racks! Bell square had the worst costumer service. After my husband spent over $ 600 on one shopping trip for my son’s back to school, I returned 3(of the many) items that didn’t fit. The employee was rude and made me feel horrible for this and then treated me even worse when I asked for cash back, because of different cards. Alderwood and Redmond Town Center have always had great customer service! I’ll avoid Bellevue.

Seeing the other reviews here makes me glad that it isn’t just me when it comes to this Gap! I really do like the clothing they have and the quality of the clothes — the stuff in the store is always up to par with what I’d expect from Gap even. However, something about this store is lacking. There never seems to be much selection and it’s a shot in the dark if there is anything worth even looking for when I’m here. I’m a big browser-type of shopper, and there just isn’t much to look at here =/ Overall, it’s clean enough and there are employees busying themselves in the place, but you can have much better luck viewing the selection of items online than here.

It’s a hit or miss at the Gap usually for me. Sometimes I find great stuff but most of the time I walk in for 3 minutes and leave b/c there’s nothing for me. I think it is kind of sad how small this Gap is though compared to other Gaps I have been to. It’s even smaller than the one I go to in podunk North Carolina. Maybe the Bellevue folk are just not into the Gap… I agree that the place can be a bit of a mess too esp during sale time. I did find great deals over their Black Friday sales so I can’t complain too much. The time before that I came to buy socks(sue me, I only wear Gap socks) and they had their usual 3 for $ 15 deal. It didn’t ring up properly, so I mentioned it, and the girl was nice but it did take forever to fix. I was glad there was no one behind me in line or I’d have been irritated!

Is it possible to not even give a star when rating a business? If so, then GAP in Bellevue Square definitely does not deserve any stars(and if there is a 1-star rating then its because I had to give them a start. I walked in on Sunday, July 22nd to return some items purchased. I walked into an empty store with«SALE» signs everywhere. When I got to the cashier I had noticed there were 3 of them behind the cash wrap area. One of them noticed me and said It would be just a minute. I was the only one in line and 1 of 3 customers I saw in the store. I stood their patiently when finally this young guy asked how he could help me. I said I had a return to make. Instantly, the guy that told me to wait came from the other side abruptly jumped in and said to me «if its beyond 60 days then you we will only refund the amount its going for now…». It came out of nowhere and I was shocked at how rude and voice-tress he was. I turn to my receipt and read the details of the return policy. The Rude Guy was correct. I’m not one to argue, especially if it was my mistake for not reviewing the return policy. I had the items for a little of 60 days and haven’t even taken it out of the bag, I know I was never going to wear it so I didnt care for the price. I asked the guy who initially was helping me if could tell me how much it was going for and that I’d be fine with it. Rude Guy again jumped and took over the transaction and would make these jabs like«you bought this for $ 48, its going for $ 10.99 and we have a huge sale going on right now so it will be even lower» then he threw it back in the bag. After he was done price checking all my items, I thanked him and grabbed myself and left. I was so mad at his attitude towards me. He obviously didn’t like the fact that I requested to return items. I understand that the return policy has changed and The Gap has sales goals to reach. The action of the Rude Guy and how he handled my request was not classy and definitely not up to The Gap’s standards from what I remember working there in my early college years. They have lost a customer for life. And will continue to share my horrible experience with people who mention Gap Inc. I’d rather pay 10 times more for an item just for the consistent level of customer service. And piece of mind that I would be taken care of.

Going on a weekend was a bad idea, I know. It was a total zoo, and not the good kind where you get to see giraffes. While they did have some cute clothing, everything seemed to be missing in my size. I know my sister goes there to get her jeans, but they didn’t have anything for me. :o(

I like the Gap and all but what’s with the racks messier than Ross? I know it’s a sale, I can see your customers have no respect but still, the sizes were totally whack, the items shown on displays ‘oh, we don’t have them yet’ and in general, just a mess without much of a real selection or clear understanding where the men’s vs. women’s clothing were. Thanks, no thanks.

What a classy, classy store. I love how you can purchase all your basic needs and accessories right here. It’s absolutely wonderful! The v-necks here are my favorite because there are so many different colors to choose from, they’re comfortable, and go with anything! I also like their long sleeves because they are fitting and the sleeves aren’t too long and mid section too short, *cough cough* Hollister and Abercrombie *cough cough*. I can use them to layer with t-shirts and cardigans, or pretty much anything. It’s great! The plaid shirts here are super cute! I love the different colors and styles here. I’m definitely coming back for more!

Gap is the middle brand of the Old Navy-Gap-Banana Republic trifecta. With Gap being the one that probably appeals most to me. Old Navy is kind of a cheaper price point brand, while Banana Republic seems elitist. The location at Bellevue Square has had numerous changes recently. A couple of years ago, it closed down for a remodel and it looks like there have been some changes recently. It used to have two changing rooms, one for men and one for women. It looks like they have cut that down to one and downsized the location. What was previously a spacious Gap now seems a bit cramped. It also seemed a bit difficult now to decipher which section is for which gender when it previously was easy to tell by which side you entered through. There is a mixed sales section near the front of the store. I have found some good deals, but it always seems like a crapshoot at this location. I would say that I like this location a little better than the downtown Seattle one. I like the apparel at Gap, but it now feels like a trip to Ross in which I am searching for what I want.
