Coach

Very friendly and helpful staff, kudos especially to Jamie who was super gracious and patient with indecisive me. Came here looking for a wallet that would fit my massive phone and cards. After trying a lot of options, bought one that I thought would work, walked out, and hated it. Had to brave it and walk back in to return. Super embarrassing! But with absolutely no attitude, just happy to help, Jamie made me feel not too stupid. I am still wallet-​less, but would shop here again anytime.

After my experience at Coach in Pacific Place Mall downtown, I thought it would be difficult to top the service and care I’ve experienced there. However, Coach Bellevue also has many friendly sales associates. Maybe it’s just the east coast stores being unfriendly and snobby, but my last 2 visits at Bellevue Coach have been successful! :)

i like coach products, but don’t have a local store to go to. i am able to call jenette & she gives me excellent servcice and any discounts as if i’d done my order online. i only buy a couple things a year, but am treated with the utmost respect.

they didnt always have what i was looking for. it was nice to have the SA remember me by face. they helped me order items before and had it shipped to the store for me to pick up. it was convenient since i worked in the mall as well. i hate the new font of the C for coach. the new C looks crappy

I think Coach’s quality has gone down — year after year I notice the purses looking cheaper and cheaper. Although, this is a designer problem, it seems to be that’s not the only thing Coach is scrimping on.
The staff at this particular store seems to have a superiority problem. I often feel like they think they are doing me a favor by «allowing» me to shop there. More than once I have walked out of the store shaking my head wondering what happened to customer service.
I don’t know if my opinion is tainted by the fact that 2 purses I bought there fell apart within 3 weeks of buying them –or– Coach legitimately stopped providing a quality customer service experience.
Short Story: Shop at Nordstrom. They have better customer service and can order whatever bag you’d like!

Coach in Bellevue Square Mall.
I’ve been here many times but I rarely purchase anything here. The employees here always put me off. They seem to think they have the bags that nobody else has. Listen up people, I go to Vegas on a regular bases and they have all the bags before you!
Place is nice and bright with the usual Coach bags. Center of the mall.

Good people, friendly as can be, and service that makes you smile back.
