For food court food, this place is pretty good! Friendly staff, clean dining counters, timely arrivals of food, and good prices. I came here for a lunch date with the boyfriend and was pleasantly surprised! I had the kids menu option, which is a pretty big cheese burger that comes with a side of fries and a drink(all for 5.99)! The reason I think their main menu burgers are a little pricey is because each burger has a hefty 1⁄3 lb beef patty: O I’d say that’s pretty worth $ 10 with added toppings of mushrooms, cheese, and their house-made sauces(which all taste extremely creamy and amazing). Definitely coming back here when craving comfort food.

My kids chose to try the wings and fries order. First of all refills should be free not 50 cents. The fries were ok but the wings were disgusting. The wing was raw and flavorless. Will never buy again!

Wanted just fries but they have a $ 5 minimum to use the card so ended ordering biscuits and gravy, but I’m glad I did. The fries were bland, I will not order em again but the biscuit and gravy was good!

Ordered the shrimp, egg, avocado and tomato scramble with hash browns and toast and was overall not bad. However the big deterrent came front and center on the plate. The avocados looked like they should’ve been thrown out instead of plated. See for yourself. Located in the crossroads mall, this is a pretty standard American diner with diner type food available for breakfast and lunch.

A 3 star doesn’t mean that it’s a bad place. Given a 3 stars, especially for a food court restaurant, is really really solid. I enjoyed my last two visits here at this Crossroad Café. I like to eat by the bar although during the busy times, they are understaffed and don’t have enough time to favor everyone. However, sitting here and eat give you a chance to watch them cooking right in front of you! I ordered myself a Corn Beef Hash breakfast meal. Everything was cooked right and the price was reasonable(around 10? I don’t remember). I say if you’re craving for American Breakfast and too lazy to take an hour to prepare your meal, this is a solid place to go. I got full and happy after the meal, and it was fun watching them cooking :) Ps. I wish they provide better Jam for your toasts(Orange Smucker’s is fine, but the other flavors were so bad…)

Unilocal and other websites list the hours for Crossroads as opening at 7am. I went on a weekday at 8am and they were not open and there was no sign of anyone doing prep or anything in the back. There were no signs saying that due to «___» they would not be open for the day. I would have liked to have given them a try but apparently they are not open the hours they have said they would be. At least from other reviews it doesn’t look like I missed much.

This is the first time I am wishing there were an option to give 0 stars. Everybody here is super rude. I have gone there a few times when I am at the mall because my kids are picky eaters and chicken strip is one thing they would eat. Each time my experience is worse than the previous one. I mean these people are not just rude they have a downright mean streak. I stresses me to give examples but I should. Today there was a huge delay in chicken and my kids were hungry. I asked if they could give them fries first while chicken is getting ready. They refused saying this is not how they run restaurant.

If you like frozen foods that are reheated and regurgitated for you then this place is great for you! As a foodie looking for diner fare while hungover I was utterly disappointed at the luke-warm home fries, omelette, and chicken burger. The microwaved chicken patty was spongey. They have better products at Mc Donald’s.

Beyond disgusting. I went to this place with a dear friend of mine because we needed something quick to eat and this was the only place that we assumed would serve smaller items. Here are a few of the reasons why I would lick a hobo’s foot or a grow a tiny half-wiener than go to this place ever again: 1. Wildly overpriced food that is basically just grease. I was literally paying for grease. 2. Garlic fries have no fresh garlic in them but instead have cheap ass garlic salt. There is a damn QFC that is a literal 30 second walk from the café. Get some garlic — it’s not that hard. Use the money that has been stolen from myself and other customers. 3. Why are the regular chicken fingers so small? Why am I paying them my hard-earned 10 dollars for this disgusting ass re-heated frozen food? DOYOUALLTHINKTHISIS A GAME? I wish I could give this place zero stars because then you’d all understand how terrible this establishment is. Anyone who gives this place more than a one star has no taste buds, is a senior citizen or just doesn’t understand the meaning of decent«diner» food. Aside from the terrible experience of eating salty grease, there were a ton of nerds sitting around. I felt secondhand embarrassment. I mean, seriously, download the OkCupid/Tinder apps and start boning people. Get out there and live your lives!

Anyone who complains about this place just doesn’t have good taste in food. The best turkey club sandwich around hands down! Been coming to this place since I was about 10 and the club sandwich has always been amazing to my taste buds yet the exact same. Not to mention the family that runs this place is super cool and down to earth.

I was actually looking for the French Bakery for some breakfast in the Crossroads Food Court, but for some reason, it was closed. Instead, I sat at the counter at Crossroads Café and I was not disappointed. Had a nice veggie scramble with English muffin, hash browns & coffee. Nothing to write home about but good solid diner food(also appreciated that nothing was overly greasy). Run by two amiable guys that operate efficiently and whose easygoing banter create a pleasant atmosphere(I was dining alone). While I wouldn’t make a special trip from Seattle to dine here, I know if I’m in the area I can come here for a decent breakfast.

Crossroads Café is not really a café, but one of the food court stations in Crossroads Mall. You can eat at the lunch counter, which we usually do, or take your food to one of the food court tables nearby. It’s near the stage so if you’re there when someone is performing, you will be able to see and hear the show(for better or worse, depending). As far as the food goes, it’s fairly consistent diner food, cooked up on a grill while you wait. The breakfast items are probably the best, and the burgers are a safe option. I’ve had the Reuben several times and it’s good. The turkey club is processed turkey, which I always forget after a while, then order, then regret … stick with the breakfast. The choices in Crossroads are pretty hit-or-miss, but the Café has been there a long time and always been pretty reliable.

I think there’s a mistaken belief that giving 3 stars is like giving someone a «C» in a course. I think that«A-OK» is more like a «B-.» Such is the case with Crossroads Café in Bellevue’s Crossroads shopping center. There are different aspects of the experience that sort of balance out to 3 stars. First and foremost, the food was good, but I wouldn’t call it great. The service was perfunctory and efficient and the breakfast food arrived quickly. The pricing was a tad higher than what the plate called for, in terms of quantity and quality. However, they need to pay to for lease space in Bellevue, so I get that part. The reviews are mixed. As for the breakfast food, that constitutes a small part of their menu(shown in a photo). It seems that they have a whole lot of other hearty and substantial grub in terms of burgers and sandwiches which, at the very least, look interesting to my stomach. I really enjoyed the experience here, though. The Crossroads shopping center is still a crossroads of commercial activity and import on the east side of Bellevue, where the city is closer to its eastern edge on Lake Sammamish. The center still feels newish, there is at grade parking, it is unhurried, it is enclosed(remember, it rains here), and there has always been a food court with many international options. Lots of people appeared to be doing the breakfast or coffee thing seated in different nooks and crannies of this place and many seemed to prefer being under the skylights. I’m ok with Crossroads Café. What I’d really like to do is try their lunch fare. I’d come back. No problem.

Had the corned beef hash and has browns. While I do love their version of hash browns with cheese, onions, and green peppers. The hash was mushy and not crisp enough. It needed more time on the grill. I prefer dramatically having chunks of corned beef, this was the mush version. Still was good enough. Cleaned my plate and all :)

I tried a variety of breakfast items here. The pieces of bacon didn’t seem burnt, and the ends had nice bacon flavor, but the parts in the middle were insanely hard and crunchy. The biscuits were too dense and doughy, and the eggs were just«okay.» The one standout item was the hashbrowns; not overly greasy, with lots of great crispy golden parts, and cut to just the right size to give the perfect amount of potato flavor. I must have had some bad hashbrowns once, because I was under the impression that I just didn’t like them, but now that I’ve had these, I’ve done a complete 180 and can’t wait to try more. The prices are ridiculously high. $ 1 for each piece of bacon, and $ 2 for one scrambled egg. For $ 2, you can buy 18 eggs at the grocery store!

We’ve gone here for years, just now and again, for breakfast. Everything is pretty average, but sometimes that’s all you need. Nothing fancy – all the basics delivered in a reliable way. The fried eggs are always especially nicely done – perfectly cooked. And my daughter loves the grilled cheese, always. Tip: you can’t sit at the counter or within eyeshot of the restaurant and also have a Starbucks in your possession. which is kind of weird in a food court situation – especially considering the coffee that the counter serves is just really bad. oh well!

Tucked away inside crossroads mall, close to the center stage, is this gem. Food at Crossroads café is home cooked good. The soups are fresh, the salads are great and there are many breakfast and lunch items to choose from. Craving something sweet? The milk shakes here taste like those good old fashioned ones, Service is fast and friendly. . The owner is wonderful at greeting you and making you feel welcome. Make this a stop, if you are in the neighborhood.
