CLOSEDFORBUSINESS. Don’t bother trying to come here. It doesn’t exist anymore. No information is posted anywhere online about this, which sucks when you’re trying to try a new place out, you go, and see this wonderful little dinky sign telling you they closed.

My sister and I are visiting our brother in Bellevue and I wanted to try a local restaurant with a groupon and came upon this restaurant. However, by the time we got to the place tonight, there was very little selection left because they were changing menus tomorrow. So we all ordered the Italian melt which hit the spot. Made with crushed meatballs, cured pepperoni, mozzarella and chopped basil marinara and it tasted delish, a cross between a pizza and grilled cheese sandwich with kettle chips!

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. They were in the middle of a kitchen remodel so only had a limited menu. Fine, so we ordered a pepperoni flatbread. It tasted worse than a microwave pizza. It was soggy, greasy and quite frankly disgusting. I’m actually convinced it was microwave pizza as there’s no way it could’ve come out that soggy if it were grilled or baked. Thankfully, they took it back(I’ve never had to send back food…) and removed it from the bill. When ordering beer, 2 of the taps were out for whatever reason. And on a Saturday night, there was only 1 bartender and 1 server. Why were they even open? Only positives were that the server on staff was friendly and courteous, and we were able to sit on the outdoor area with our dog. Otherwise, I have never felt stronger about recommending AGAINST a restaurant.

Hubby and I went here with high hopes. They had refrigeration problems and therefore had extremely limited menu offerings. Ok, I understand that. But then, the husband orders a vodka martini and it comes out kinda light brown colored. Odd. He tastes it and it has bitters in it. He took it back to the bar and the bartender tells him it’s a «classic» martini and that he should have ordered something else. Well, we’ve probably ordered about 1,000 martinis at bars everywhere and this definitely was NOT a classic martini of vodka or gin with a whiff of vermouth. Then, the waitress brings out a replacement and says that she«guesses we didn’t want the classic martini». When did vodka and bitters become a classic martini? I don’t need to pay money to argue with someone half my age. WTF ever happened to customer service?

Food was fine, not memorable or exciting. Sunday happy hour really wasn’t any big deal. Half off signature cocktails was good for price point but the cocktails didn’t taste like they had liquor in them. The service was with maybe 2 stars. It looked like there were two servers there but one was hiding behind the counter and I saw her eating when I went to the bathroom. The waiter seemed in a hurry to get us out. He wanted to take menus away after we ordered an appetizer and drinks. They have Beecher’s mac’n’cheese but it doesn’t taste like the stuff from the Beecher’s store. It looks like they use the patio for outdoor seating but they didn’t have any seats outside. And the tables are soooo tiny. All in all, it’s decent but for foodies or big happy hour fans, I’d skip it.

Last night I attended Working Women & Wine Wednesday. While there was only one winery(or wine representative), the tasting was only $ 1 and the wine rep had three very good wines that we were able to taste. I was surprised that there were only a few vendors onsite but considering the small space, I think it worked out nicely for them. The food and drinks were exceptional! They have an oustanding happy hour with half off cocktails and $ 2 off beer/wine. The food was very tasty, we ordered caprese flatbread(the pesto sauce was a nice touch), thai chili shrimp with a pineapple salsa(cooked to perfection, very tender and not overcooked and dry) and pulled pork sliders(two sliders with a mountain of pork on them). We also ordered their señorita cocktails with el jimador tequila, so so so yummy and fresh, a perfect spring/summer beverage. The service was above and beyond. All servers were super friendly and as busy as they were, they checked up on us frequently. The GM, Ric, was great and checked in with us as well. We will definitely be back to enjoy their outdoor patio when it gets warmer!

Terrible. Sat there for 45 min and the waitress ignored us the whole time. We were hungry so we gave up and had dinner at another place. Tables were also dirty with no one cleaning them up. We won’t be back.

I went to 1 Hundred Bistro & Bar and enjoyed the french dip sandwich and appetizers but didn’t get more food than that. However, I wish to be more impressed with the décor and atmosphere. I know they just opened, but I didn’t like their makeshift speaker setup which looked very unprofessional and was turned up way too loud.

We dine out in Bellevue quite regularly, I must say we were most disappointed with this place. The room lacked atmosphere and had a kind of cold feel about it. There was a private party going on in the room off from the main bar that spilled into the main area, this added to the atmosphere of the place and I couldn’t help thinking what it would have been like without the people in their for the party. So for a Saturday evening it would have been spare. The Menu was very poor, I didn’t really get what they were about, it went from wings, to tacos, to a continental cheese plate, to Italian soup and burgers to ribs Tec … not exactly what I would call a Bistro !!! The Italian Wedding Soup was good but lacked seasoning and none on the table. The Artisan cheese and meat plate was poor, just two cheeses, a Brie and some Blue cheese that was so bland I had no idea what it was, it could have been mild cheddar if I was blindfolded. The dried fruit was dry … so dry it was hard and really difficult to chew, the meats were OK. Drinks were mixed well and not too strong like you get in some places. so very good. I can’t see us returning, as if I want ribs, or tacos or a burger I would go to a place renowned for that type of food I see what Bonnie means about the owner … sat at the bar drinking with his friend and not the slightest interest in any customers. Our waitress was really good though, very personable.

I absolutely love this place! The service, food, drinks and everything else is phenomenal. Very nice and accommodating staff. I especially appreciate that the owner, Ric, is always there. He’s very invested in making 1 Hundred Bellevue’s new prime spot! Keep up the good work! I will continue to be a regular here!

I’m a huge fan of wine bars/bistro’s. When Bellevue became home to a new bistro I couldn’t wait to try it out. I went on fat Tuesday with a friend there was a DJ, super cool ambiance. We shared the ahi poke, flatbread and shrimp, delish! We sat at the bar the bartender, she was very attentive and nice the service was super fast! Not long after our food order our yummy plates arrived. I had there pino, was also very good, there wine list was surprising I was very impressed. I definitely recommend this bistro. Great job so far guys keep up the good work!

My wife and I just moved into the building above this bistro. We were excited to see the place under construction and was able to visit now twice in the last few weeks plus a takeout order. Good crowd, nice ambiance. Service is quick, friendly, and attentive. Drink and wine selection good. Food was very good. Read that to chef was from the Four Seasons property in AZ. My wife is now an addict for the crab dip. All plates we have sampled have been terrific, fresh, decently priced. They are also serving a breakfast for 13 bucks on the weekend, will try that this weekend.

Love this new local neighborhood bistro! Its a refreshing addition to downtown Bellevue, especially if you are tiring of the usual Joeys or Suite type lounges. The décor is simple and cozy. The HH specials are wonderful, 2 – 6 $ drinks and super cheap appetizers as well. I still have a lot to try on their menu, but my favorites so far are the: prosciutto/goat cheese toasts, the charcuterie/cheese plate, the truffle mushroom flat-bread, and the spicy prawns! We also just checked out their new brunch buffet which they do on weekends, and it was great. There is a man tending the buffet line to custom make an omelet upon request, crispy bacon, savory potatoes, and a large assortment of fruit and pastries. Perfect simple affordable brunch(pairs well w/a bottle of champagne and a carafe of oj)

I have lived in Downtown Bellevue for four years and am a cheerleader for all of the amazing restaurants and bars that we have in our little part of the city. Every week I gather up a group of my friends and we hit a local happy hour and are rarely disappointed. One year our goal was to hit every single happy hour in the one mile-ish radius that is DT Bellevue and we did! I have seen many restaurants come and go and am beyond excited when we have a new place to try. We loved Grand Cru and were sad to see it close down, it had my five stars! When I saw the signs going up on the space, i scoured my trusty sources on Twitter and Facebook and found that 1 Hundred Bistro & Bar was opening soon. I called the restaurant and spoke with Ric, who I believe is the owner. I made a reservation for a party of eight for February 12th and he assured me that the bar has a Happy Hour menu that includes drinks and food, it would be posted by February 11th. Today, February 13th, it is still not posted, granted it is the morning. When we arrived at the location at 5:30, there were plenty of people sitting at the bar and a couple of people in the private room that seemed to be having a business conversation. The rest of the bar was pretty empty and the server said we could sit anywhere, I asked if we could sit at the only table that could hold six people and she said we could. I told her I had a reservation for a party of eight and if this was the table that was set up for us, she said sure. Since the place just opened, I am going to give them a break on this. I asked for the happy hour menu and the server told us they had beer and wine on happy hour. I clarified that I was told when I called that the bar had a happy hour menu that included food, she said they did not. She said there was some type of issue at the printer, so they did not have the menus printed. I understand, there can be issues when a new place opens. No problem. Tell us what food items are on happy hour and we will figure it out. This was a no go, no food on happy hour, period. I told her I would contact the rest of my party and direct them elsewhere, since there were plenty of places within blocks that did have a happy hour. She came back and we were offered a 20% discount off of the bill, which is kind of silly, we just wanted to see the actual happy hour menu, that is why our group came to this specific place at this specific time. I hit the restaurant up on Twitter as I called, texted and emailed my friends to meet me at another venue, Blue Martini which now has HH until 8, yay! The person representing 1 Hundred Bistro on Twitter, I assume the owner, insisted that they have a «very competitive» happy hour with $ 5 food items. I tweeted back, show me, we would love to see that. Still nothing. We were tweeted«First round on us. #customerservice». I respectfully disagree. #customerservice would have been to tell us what items were supposed to be on happy hour and honor that. Under promise, over deliver — not the opposite. I was not too impressed with the #customerservice at 1 Hundred Bistro & Bar or the limited menu that I saw with my eyeballs. Hopefully the full menu and the happy hour menu(with food!) will be available soon and we can check out what promises to be another fabulous happy hour venue in DT Bellevue. My review will be updated accordingly after my next visit.
