Don’t eat here if you like hard shell tacos. Everytime we order them from this Taco Bell they come in pieces.

Taco Bell: «yes, at the window ask again».
Us (at the window now): «can we get hot sauce with what we ordered?»
Taco Bell: «yes, of course»
Open the bag, no sauce of any kind.
Us (Pull back through the drive through): «we just want hot sauce»
Taco Bell: «did you remember to remind us at the window?»
This is why fast food workers only deserve minimum wage & why it should stay as a MINIMUM, not $ 15/​hour. And mind you, this was actually relatively GOOD minimum wage service.
They were very friendly, both times.

I came here with my husband and friend after our rained out kickball game for a QUICK bite to eat. Unfortunately for us, this was not what we encountered. Upon entering, we noticed there was almost no one inside. This generally means faster service — but not this time. After ordering, Matthew & I got our food in about 5 – 7 minutes (still kind of long given the circumstances). My friend, however, did not get her food until both of us were finished with our meals and waited by the counter for an additional 5 minutes. The employees looked as though they were working in super slow motion. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell.
