This is one of the worst Pizza Hut locations I’ve been too. They have dine in but you even have to wait to be seated by them. Sometimes they walk past you without acknowledging you are even there. Even with no one in line, it will take them 5 – 10 minutes to seat you. After sitting at the table, the service is slow and unfriendly. The workers seem not wanting to be there, and they do not check on you. We almost got up and left at one point but at the last moment they came ask us if need anything else, we just asked for the bill. The food is mediocre at best, maybe because the service sucks in my own kind words. The times we been there they don’t clean up the tables nor the floor. Surprised there’s no rodents begging to get in and clean the place themselves. If you really want Pizza Hut just order pick to go and stay away from the dining experience or lack of. Other Unilocalers I read from their reviews had similar experiences at this location. True story you’ve been warned.

This place is crazy, seems like the staff are just having a free-for-all, playing around with each other and yelling instead of helping customers. I guess there’s no manager here, and I feel sorry for people who were dining in. Luckily, I got carryout. The pizza was alright, but the only reason you’d come here is convenience if you’re hitting Shop-Rite or the Buy-Rite liquors that it’s attached to, otherwise grab a real pizza from somewhere else.

Hey, PH owner, this establishment is unmanaged. You have children who lack the skill set or training in Customer service, processing orders, multi-tasking. Absolutely no sense of urgency. Basically you are fortunate you haven’t run this place into the ground. I’d bet you’d have this place filled to capacity if you paid attention. Your establishment is poor to say the least!

If I could give this place a zero star I would because this place is a complete joke. My first bad experience was when I placed an order for pickup & they said it would be done in 30 minutes, when I got there 30 minutes later the girl at the cash register told me to give her a few minutes for my pizza. I sat there & had to wait for my pizza while the children so called«employees» were laughing, joking, listening to loud music. It was an absolute joke. My second bad experience I figured I’d give delivery a try. I placed a simple order for a large pepperoni pizza & bbq wings. My tracker said it would be arriving to my house in 35 minutes. 35 minutes pass no delivery, 45 minutes pass no delivery, an hour passes no delivery, so I call & the girl on the phone says I have to pick up my order because they don’t have an drivers. This place needs new management & definitely new employees, they were better off leaving KFC there instead of replacing it with this joke of a «restaurant».

I made an online order 02/05/2016 order# 316020516201400119590912 they said it would be 25 minutes… I went to pick my order up in the Belleville New Jersey store .My order wasnt ready there was a mess in that restaurant no waiters orders were all backed up and employees walking around making jokes after an hour wait I asked how much more for my order the employee just laughted and said she had no idea the orders are backed up I will never buy or recommend anyone to this restaurant horrible service and horrible workers stay away…

Located conveniently next to Shoprite making it easy to order pizza to go and then pick up a few grocery items. I have to admit along with other tellers, this place does have slow services and the hostesses are rude, which is why we never eat in. Ordering to go is different since you don’t have to deal with the employees so much. You can also place the order online and then stop by for pick up. They also deliver to several nearby towns but I prefer picking it up since it’s so much quicker. The pizza deals are decent and perfect for Sunday NFL for the family. There’s other family deals as well. Two medium supreme toppings for $ 15. You choose your crust. It’s the typical pizza, nothing fancy or wow. It’s Pizza Hut so naturally I don’t expect the pizzas to taste be NYC delicious.

Where do i begin… This place is an absolut dissaster. The place is so mismanaged. Too many people walking around in the kitchen even without their uniforms, so you dont know if they are just there hangin around with thier friends. Most of the guys working are dropping the«F» bombs all over with kids inside the premisses. Im done with this store, im not coming back here ever. Believe me if i could give this place zero stars, i would.

I never write reviews but I was compelled to warn people about this place. Never never ever come here, this place is so mismanaged. My husband and I just left this place after waiting for 15 minutes to be seated and the hostess walked past us at least 4 times before the family that was waiting before us asked the hostess who is the hostess and when will we be seated. The hostess just said hold on, and walked passed us again and came back to tell us the wait is 50 minutes once seated to receive an order. By the way the place was not at all too crowded and there were plenty on seats. Everyone waiting to be seated just walked away annoyed because this is something he could have told everyone waiting at least 10 minutes ago.

The pizza hut service in this location is terrible! I waited more than an hour for an order that I called in. Not only was there a long wait, but after I expressed my frustration the employee had the NERVE to argue back with me! I think waiting for an hour for a pizza order that was called in is ridiculous and I think it is even crazier that an employee would argue back rather than apologize for the inconvenience. I will say that the manager was pleasant and tried to apologize but i was completely frustrated with the service and the argumentative employee, I was unable to listen to her. The Pizza Hut company should review the customer service for this franchise and make a change!

I wish I didn’t even have to give this place a star. last night I ordered a pizza for delivery, an hour and a half later I get a call from my deliver driver who immediately starts speaking in Spanish, a language I don’t speak. due to that barrier it took him & another woman 20 more minutes to find my apartment. I tried to even call the location to speak with someone to help translate but they never answered.

This location is completely broken. Staff is in equipped to run the business. Sunday, October 18 at 7:00PM they are turning away customers due to lack of staff. Ordered pizza for takeout waited over one hour only after I was told it would be five minutes. From pizza hut standpoint it is nothing less than destruction of their brand due to incompetent local leadership.

Let’s be clear– this restaurant is receiving 1 star because I have to put something down. It really doesn’t even deserve the full star. The customer service is terrible. Every single employee is extremely rude and clueless about their job. They’re all ghetto and do not speak proper English. They all argue amongst themselves in front of customers. It was a terrible experience and will not order, whether it be for delivery or dine in, ever again.

this happened on sunday march 8th. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star but I can’t give 0. We ordered food around 5:30pm and are still waiting for the rest of our order and its almost 9pm. After calling multiple times they said the rest of your order is on the way. Never again will I order from this pizza hut, it’s the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with them.

Horrible Experience, As I’m sitting home 4 hours later I’m sick in bed with stomach problems. I had ordered wings, waffle fries and a personal veggie pie. Came out cold, cheese under cooked as well as the actual pie. After the ‘waitress’ came to check up on us 20 mins later we told her we didn’t like it and she offered up a new one we declined and they took the pie off. Never even apologized, but then went to check up on another table with the food we sent back, very unprofessional coming from a server myself. All I’m saying is everyone else’s pizza looked fresh and had melted cheese and ours was literally from a microwave. A day later still feeling very sick, no insurance to see a doctor. I’m NOT happy.

Having about a dozen Pizza Hut commercials shown throughout my lazy football Sunday, I was convinced to order a pie from my local Pizza Hut. An order for a bacon and cheese stuffed crust large pie with sausage was placed online. The online deal wasn’t too bad: a stuffed crust pie with a 2 liter bottle for $ 11. Got an email with an ETA of approximately 6:04. Being as this location is only about 5 minutes away, we didn’t rush to get there. Once we went inside, no one was there to greet us and we were left standing there for a few minutes until someone decided to look toward our direction… only to be told that our pie just went into the oven and it’d be only a few minutes. Although we ordered a bacon and cheese stuffed crust pie, we were told UPON arrival that they no longer had the cheese and bacon to make this type of stuffed crust and that a regular stuffed crust was in the oven instead. Being hungry, of course, we didn’t object. My main issue is they failed to ask and advise the customer if that change, how ever minor, was okay prior to actually changing the order. Twenty two minutes later. I finally left the establishment with my pizza. I understand that the estimated ready time is just that, an estimate; however, some system should be put in place where a member of the staff directly contact you to let you know of any delay(something my local Papa John’s and Domino’s do). The restaurant portion of the place wasn’t too busy and during my 20 minute wait, a long line behind us began to grow, waiting to be acknowledged, either be seated or notified of their order status. Overall, not a great experience.
