This place is so good there seafood is the best in town great and fresh. We just had a taco man come out to cater one of our event at work and the tacos were the bomb, best I have had in a while… really recommend this place if you are ever in the area.

Being generous with 2 stars here. Came here on my lunch break around noon. Didn’t order until 12:35, the line really was not big. They cannot handle busy hours. Do not bother with this place if you have somewhere to be. Just awful service and they treated me horribly

From seafood to lots of different tacos (cabeza, asada etc.) it’s a must if you’re in the area and want good food.

My family loves this place. We’ve tried alot of their food, and we have loved it all, everything is deliscious. Their Ceviche, Mulitas, Molcajetes, Tacos, and I personally love their Tamales.

This place is super
one of the best agua chiles around a must to try. You make it a different way than your average Mexican food restaurant place. Pretty much anything on the menu is really Mom you must try you cannot go wrong somethings can be pricey but hey you got to pay for good food it’s quality over quantity

First of all the service sucks… The first time I went I asked for 50 tacos and the young lady said that they didn’t have any tortillas left right behind her there was about 20 big bags of tortillas lol… So I left. Today I go back and order tacos and they looked like someone chewed the meat and spit it on the tortilla even though they looked nasty I still tried them and they were nasty .One star was for the
bottle of soda it was the only good thing and to top it off I bought tamales and they were cold they told me to put it in the microwave lol this place is a joke

Worse service !!! I had gotten ceviche de Camaron I need to re do it more lemon salt just had no flavor I really don’t know how some had commented that the ceviche was delicious you guys haven’t tasted good ceviche and asada tacos were not good and horchata was horrible Over all we only drank and finished a coke we left everything else just never coming back.

I’ve been coming here for more than two years. Today, I have to say was one of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I placed my order and not sure what was wrong with the cashier that took at least 20 minutes trying to charge me. At this point I started to get worried cuz she kept asking me to repeat my order. I knew something was wrong. I looked at my bank account and there were three charges, with different amounts. I told one of the waitresses and she asked the cashier how many times she had passed my card and she said 3. The waitress then walked away to take care of an order, so I left there hanging. I decided to go back and eat. I tried asking for a manager and there seem to be no one in charge. The first waitress said she was trying to call the owner but she had no luck. She gave my his number and told me to come tomorrow but that she would look for my receipt. She comes back and says there was none and that I didn’t sign it. I responded with yes I did because why would I? My mom was there and she backed me up. The waitress kept insisting it wasn’t there and wanted mi receipt. I gave her mine and then she says where are there the other ones, she was insinuating I ordered more than once, which I didn’t. At this point I am annoyed because they are blaming this on me, asking me why I was charged different thing. Why would I know this? I left with them saying to call the owner tomorrow cuz he would be able to look at the charges. I will update this once I speak to him. I definitely won’t be coming back. I wanted to warn people about this. I’ve worked in customer service before so I know how things work.

Horrible costumer service!!! Unfriendly staff. 2^nd time I go and unsatisfied with the waiters/​cashiers. VERY RUDE! They all look like there pissed off. Food is delicious, my advice? Take it to go!

I ordered a shrimp cocktail paid close to $ 20 and it only had 6 shrimp in literally! The cashier was so rude that when I pointed this out to them they basically told me there was no way there could only be six shrimp in there. As I tried to show her she kept walking away just arguing over the fact that there was more than six shrimp in there. So I left not worried either I poured the cocktail out on a tray made her count the shrimp looked at her and reminded her that customer service was keen to running a successful restaurant.

This is by far the worst place ive been to in my life! We ordered our food along w some friends from out of town the too a long time with our food after 30 mins we asked them how long it would be for our order the girl straight just told us that the food had not been started!!! my boyfriend politely asked for a refund from the cashier then the girl told him that it was his fault that the food had not been ready mind you people ordering after were getting their food before us!!! and that it was his responsibility to check how much longer I requested to talk to the manager but had yet to talk to one they refused to give us a refund until I threatened to call authorities if I could give this place a double negative trust me I would!!!

This place in a nutshell: Service sucks but the food is delicious.
Recommend: Botana Caliente (shrimp shrimp and more shrimp!)

I really don’t mind how much I spent on food I had order a burrito that was about eight dollars and all I could say it was the most disgusting burrito I ever had I don’t even know if it was real meat… The customer service was so bad the lady was so rude and I usually tip cashiers because I work at a restaurant as a cashier as well

I’m giving it a one because of customer service, totally Sucks!!! IF U speak Spanish ur cool… food was good though but make sure u go with a Spanish speaker. There tacos plate was not as advertised no salad came with it.

So at first I completely underestimated this place. Got tostada de ceviche de pescado and although the price was better, the flavor would NEVER beat Gloria’s.
It was late and I was craving marsicos so I stopped by. Got tostada de ceviche de Cameron to go… I’m hooked! Not that cheap, but it was worth it and totally hit the spot.
Would definitely go back, but I now know it’s one of those places where you have to find what you like as they don’t do everything well.

Me and my girl went to our usual mariscos spot in South Gate, Perihuete, but it was going to be at least an hour wait to be seated. We decided to go on a mariscos adventure around town and try a new place. I always drive by Mar y Sol so I suggested we give it a try.
The place progressively got packed with people so we thought we made the right choice. We both got a tosta mixta with a taco al pastor and a shrimp taco. Both tacos were good, but the shrimp taco was underwhelming. The mixtas had so much seafood, but the flavor was lacking. There was a lack of shrimp but with the shrimp shortage it is understandable. A shrimp taco, a taco al pastor, 2 tostadas mixtas and 2 sodas in a bottle came out to $ 32.57. If the food was out of this world I wouldn’t feel too bad about the price, but the quality and service wasn’t worth that amount.

The fish tacos were awesome. I felt a little out of my element with everything in Spanish and the soap operas playing, but when in Rome. Everything was fresh, great salsa verde and roja. The carne asada fries are good as well.
I’ll be back here when I’m in the area.

The tacos are absolutely delicious and CHEAP! I also tried their shrimp cocktail and it was good but I’ve had better.
They serve you some chips and salsa while you wait for your food and their customer service is very friendly.
Seems like a very popular place since it was pretty packed when I went. If i’m ever in the area and feel like some tacos again, I would certainly return here.
