Fresh Grill

FRESH GRILL. i have never been here until today, it seemed like a cheap viable option for a weird midday craving I was having. We got in, counter service was friendly and the suggestion for the philly, I took it. However, there really isnt a wow factor to the food. Maybe its just barely above the casual grill section at your workplace cafeteria.
All in all for the asking price and the product delivered and the service I give it 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Great burgers. Waffle fries are the best side. Pretty quick. We had 12 people ahead of us but got our food 15 minutes after ordering.

Burger was on point. You could immediately tell the freshness was no joke. This places ingredients are fantastic. Pretty damn fast for made to order as well. My only reason for taking one star away. That burger needed a little more soul man. Don’t be afraid of those seasonings! So next time I’ll ask for extra seasoning.

The BEST burgers… and even better philly sandwiches! You can tell everything is fresh and top notch. This is no 5 Guys, this is what fast food should be! Can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu.

Nice. I only had the guacamole burger, no fries or anything. It was very good. Can’t prove it, but I believe the guacamole was fresh, just the right kick. I’ll stop here again. I’m a killer burger fan, so I always compare burgers to them.

This place is ROCK SOLID !
Cara and I stopped in last night for a burger and YEP wait for it a MILKSHAKE. Yep I said it we wanted a milkshake.
We roll in have a great counter server named Jennifer who greeted us friendly and with a smile. We ordered and we had tons of options. would you like grilled onions yes would you like fries yes what kind of fries etc. Then we sit down.
We got our order in literally 5 mins everything the way we liked it hot fresh and the greens and tomato still crisp and cool so it was real real fresh.
Jennifer actually hand made the Shakes and did a phenomenal job.
We loved it and we will be back.

I’ve been here so many times, I’ve lost count. So, if you’re like me, make sure you get the rewards card, because you’ll be back.
The restaurant is always really clean and the staff is friendly. I’ve never had them mess up my order, but I have no doubt they would have no problem correcting it if they did.
This is one of the few places I can get a gluten free bun for my burger, and it’s a pretty good bun at that, and I’m pretty picky! The fries are really good, sometimes a little overly seasoned, but dip them in the ranch and it’s just downright delightful.
It’s a good old fashioned style burger place with lots of different burger options, and I think a sandwich or two, as well as fried shrimp, real ice cream shakes and they also now serve some breakfast options. Price-​wise, you’re paying about the same as Burgerville or Red Robin.
Tasty, friendly, quick.

This was a nice surprise. The burger was excellent, fresh ingredients, fries were super tasty. Over all a great meal.

The food is average if you actually get it in your order.
Upon after-​purchase communication, everything can be improved upon. Directing derogatory names at your customers will only yield much larger problems for your business in the future. A business owner should know better. And if they don’t, they’re about to learn a hard lesson.

So, they get a second 1 star review after I received 3 emails from the owners. The first two were from the wife (not professionally written, but at least polite and acknowledge that the order I verbalized was not entered) and then one from the husband where I was betrated and called an idiot for posting a Unilocal review… I will post a screen shot of the email in the photos (names etc blanked out as a small courtesy as undeserved as it may be)… You can’t train customer service to your staff if you have no idea how to handle issues in a professional manner yourself… Just yikes…

The burger I had was good but not great. The price was a little high. Customer service was okay. I’m giving them a 4 star instead of a 3 star because their waffle fries were amazing.

Restaurant: Clean, well-​stocked, brightly lit, booths and tables.
Service: Friendly and efficient (not too much talking but very polite).
Food: Holy mother of yum! Quality ingredients, fire-​grilled to order, no frozen anything! Fresh costs more and the price here is well worth it! Arrived fast.

Love their new pulled pork sandwich. i was gonna get their philly today but i saw they had a pulled pork sandwich and i love bbq so i had to give it a shot and it was so tasty. nice and tender and smokey and had a great bbq sauce on it. very delicious

Overall, the food is decent but grossly overpriced. You’ll pay the same or less going to little big burger and leave satisfied with your meal.
Starting with the burgers: The burgers are decent, but obviously the ¹⁄₃ pound of meat is before cooking, and nearly half fat. Don’t get me wrong, the burger taste good, but for $ 6.99 I expect more than what I got.
The fries: they taste decent, but came out soggy and unimpressive. It’s $ 3.29 to add fries and a drink and the price goes up from there. You want onion rings and a drink with your meal? That will be $ 5.99 on top of the $ 6.99 basic burger. Specialty burgers range from $ 7.50 to $ 10.

Fresh Grill has a great rating and amazing reviews, exactly the reason I decided to check it out, however I must say I wasn’t terribly impressed.
Located in an odd strip mall across from Washington Square Mall, Fresh Grill offers a simple menu, very diner style. My husband and I both ordered, he a regular burger and myself a veggie burger and we shared a basket of fries. Everything just came out so-​so. Nothing was terribly flavorful or tasty. If I’m going to spend a bit more for a burger and fries, I would have rather gone to Burgerville.

I was craving a burger and this was close by and looked good. We walked in on a slow Wednesday night and were not greeted at all. We checked out the menu and walked up to the counter. There was a woman making shakes who looked over at us but didn’t say anything. There was a guy walking around the dining room and 2 people cooking. We just stood at the counter waiting for someone to help us or at least acknowledge us. We stood there for another couple of minutes before the guy that was in the dining room came around and took our order. He wasn’t particularly friendly, it seemed more like we were bothering him, which kinda sucked.
We sat down and our food came out a few minutes later. The food was actually good. I enjoyed my guacamole burger, it was cooked well and really flavorful. The fries and onion rings were also good. We were really into the onion rings, I would definitely recommend them.
I would put this a small step above Five Guys or similar burger joints. The burgers are bigger and it’s nice that the ingredients are fresh and organic, although you will see that reflected in the price. I took off a star for the poor service that we received. There was really no excuse, they weren’t busy, they just seemed unhappy. I’m not sure if we would return, but the food really isn’t bad for a fast food burger joint.

I had the western BBQ burger well done. It was well done which is what I like, no pink at all! The BBQ sauce was perfect and the burger was so fresh! I’m not a huge meat eater but i would go back for another burger.
The waffle fries were good, just your classic deep fried waffles. Nothing crazy. If you need a quick meal check this place.

I gave this experience three stars because it met my expectations and it was good enough to go back here some time.
When I walked in the door, I was greeted but I couldn’t tell who shouted «hello,» so I wasn’t sure who to say hi back to. It’s nice that they make an effort to greet people.
My dining out options are limited because I have to eat gluten-​free and I was pleased that they offer a gluten-​free bun or they will lettuce-​wrap the burger. I am a sucker for waffle fries, but I was told that the only gluten-​free fry options are the shoestring fries. These are not super skinny shoestring fries. They are slightly thinner than McDonald’s fries and they really weren’t worth ordering. It’s not that they were bad, but they were under-​salted and not particularly special.
There is no additional charge to have jalapenos or grilled onions added to your burger the basic burger comes with pickles tomatoes and raw white onions. The burgers are made to order and I requested that might be cooked well done. It was pink in the middle but not so pink that I couldn’t eat it.
The burgers come without condiments and they have a condiment bar with various versions of ketchup and mustard. I enjoyed adding some Red Hot Siracha to my ketchup for my burger and fries.
I arrived at 6:20 and wanted a booth. The only one available had crumbs on the table and the seat was warm, so someone must have just left before they could wipe it down.
All that being said, this was a decent place to eat and I was happy to find something gluten-​free and fast to eat.

I was out last minute shopping with my family. After waiting outside Nordstrom rack for a long time and then browsing through Bestbuy I was really hungry but the shopping spree was going on still. I spotted this burger joint and wandered there to get some food.
I was pleasantly surprised that they have really good burger choices and they use grass fed meat. I had the chicken sandwich combo and loved it. I would visit again.
