Kohl’s

Had a great experience today at Kohls in beavercreek oh. Brought my son in for work clothes and it was super busy due to coupon s recently sent out. We went directly to the jrs dept and searched for denim. I noticed an employee folding clothes and then in the dressing room. After a few failures. The employee assisted us in finding several more pair with more failures then finally 2 that fit. She was great! Rosatio, thanks for not giving up on us! Our son is at his new retail job tonight. Hopefully he learned a lot about customer service through our experience at Kohls tonight!

The store has gone through some remodeling. Customer service, where you can do returns and whatnot, is now in the front of the store instead of the back. Very convenient. Dressing rooms have been centralized (one big one in the middle of Misses dept., one in the middle of Juniors dept, etc.) and are more spacious and have more mirrors. The bathrooms have also been redone, and for that I am especially thankful. They were pretty disgusting before.
As always, they still offer the same good deals, Kohl’s cash and pick-​your-​days, etc. only now the store feels a little cleaner and brighter and easier to shop in. Yay!

Kohl’s is awesome! I really do like this store, while it is nothing over the top, it is mellow, cheap and offers nice stuff!
I had to buy some newer jeans since I ate a little too much this winter and tight jeans for men are not very popular in Ohio.
So I stopped by in Kohl’s for the 2^nd time.
You can read my overall positive opinion for this store on my 1^st review but I must say that I really liked the fact that there were barely other shoppers in the whole store (weekday noon).
Still same great sales.
They got an OK verity of men jeans, yet, there are only about 3 brands worth buying (the other ones got a weired cut).
Best brand they got is Levis, booty looks the best in them!
That’s what I got.
Booty. I mean levis.
My only few complaints are:
A) Please remodel the place a bit
B) While remodeling add a bathroom at the men section of the store, I had to look for it all the way on other side of store.
C) Once again, lack of signage, I had to look for men fitting rooms all the way near the far bathrooms while they were hidden at the men section.
Goofy me, finally, I decided that I would be wearing the jeans I picked and left them on me.
The nice cashier scanned the bar code on the new jeans that I was wearing.
Finally after paying (got $ 10 coupon with my receipt) the cashier was asking what we’ll gonna do about the alarm device attached to the bottom of the jeans?!
Ooops! Didn’t think about that one!
Yes I’m a dork!
Anyway, I apologized to all other 8 people in line while positioning my leg and foot on top of the cashiers table for her to deactivate the device.
After few failed attempts, the poor cashier succeeded in her mission and freed me to return home safely!
Success!

Stopped in here with a friend over the weekend. Even on a fairly busy Saturday afternoon, it didn’t feel too crowded. The racks were well organized and the store was pretty clean. We spent most of our time in shoes… not too many boxes out of line. Check out was friendly & fast. As always, combining Kohls’ sales (which happen constantly) with coupons (which are easily available if you are a cardmember) leads to huge bargains. My friend got a pair of sneakers for $ 20.
The only oddity I found was that they don’t carry hats. Most Kohl’s stores have at least a small selection of women’s hats. Oh well…
