Dunkin’ Donuts

So i went there earlier this week at 3 pm to get 2 iced coffees. There is supposed to be a deal if you get an iced coffee between 2−5pm it costs 1.99. They lady puts one for 1.99 and the second one for 2.99. I asked her why amd she goes its one iced coffee per customer. No where does it say that on the offer. Nonetheless i went there tonight which is a tuesday night. I noticed the sign that says buy one sundae and get one free all day tuesday. I asked the clerk about the deal and he says between 2−6pm. And i pointed out the all day sign and just shrugs. I dont understand why you have signs up for deals and not deliver.

Since I come to this spot for the Baskin Robbins ice cream, I went for the doughnut holes today. I’m going to stick with just the ice cream.
I got three powdered doughnut holes (which Dunkin’ Donuts calls «munchkins») and two glazed ones, because I remember enjoying eating them as a high schooler. The powdered doughnut holes were stale and hard on the outside: after biting into them, I instantly knew they weren’t fresh. The glazed doughnut holes were slightly better: they were soft and chewy and reminded me of the glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts that I grew up loving back in California.
In terms of the ice cream: this place carries a banana split flavor (including some cherry glaze) that tasted artificial and too sweet when I tried it, so I wouldn’t recommend that. I often get a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream: it has ample chocolate chips, a light aqua green color with a tinge of mint you can sense when it gets on your taste buds.

can it be fake when i got it off dd website, dummy? i asked to speak to manager. I am the manager she told me, her nose in the air. fine, whatever, just give me a chicken sandwich combo. they gave me sandwich, which was ok, but forgot drink. i bought one across street at deli, much nicer there. im never going there anymore. worst DD EVER!

I came in here yesterday for a simple order. A $.25 coffee (part of the DD Perks NFL promo where if the Jets or Giants win, you get a free coffee but all they want is a quarter-​back (yuk, yuk, yuk!:-))Three people ahead of me on line, and the young man behind the counter is sweeping the floor. The other two are God-​knows-​where, but no one was paying attention to the line. They would take the order, and disappear while it was being made. Um, once you give them their change tell them where to pick up their order and take the next customer. There’s nothing I hate more than to come into a store where there’s no line, but they are more focused on cleaning the area behind the counter, or doing some other task while ignoring the customer. The only instance doing this type of task is acceptable is if there’s been a spill on the floor (either side of the counter) and someone could be injured. That’s a good reason to make customers wait. After they took care of the girl in front of me, and she walked away to get her order, everyone disappeared while I stood there dumbfounded for another minute before the lady behind the counter finally beckoned me forward. Meanwhile, the people who had come in behind me, ended up leaving (this happened multiple times) because the wait was far too long. It took me nearly nine minutes of waiting to get a simple cup of coffee and I made it a point to tell them that they were too slow. I asked them if it always took so long just to get a cup of coffee. I was really flabbergasted at just how slow these people were. She apologized, but I’ll never go back to that one. I only went there because I had just left the Bay Terrace Shopping Center and it was right there. I love DD, but will not bother with this one again because service was just too slow. Sorry, guys.

Filthy place! Watch for the prices. Worst D&D in NYC.

The service here is horrible, they don’t understand their own menu and they charge you extra by not giving you the combo prices. Please be careful and look at the prices posted and what they charge, most of the time they charge the items separately, thus not giving you the posted combo prices.

I’ve came here a handful of times because at the moment it was convenient. The place is nothing special, it mediocre. The staff is mediocre, where some are better than others. I wen to go put some quarters in the tip jar, and accidentally put a foreign coin in there that I wanted, So I told the woman that I’m pulling it back out, because it was a mistake. All I got was a dirty look, nothing else. (you can’t use it anyway lady)
These are one of the stores that get the delivery of donuts, the pastries are always fresh, from what I’ve seen, since I only went in the mornings. Most of the time I got the hot food combos. Sometimes they seem understaffed, where you wait a while on line, which as I can tell you is not a good thing when you need to get back to work.

I go this store often because it’s close to work. Their coffee with milk is good. I don’t find how you could screw that up. I’ve had the ice cream here. The ice cream is good but the waffle cones suck. The hot chocolate is sweeter than other dd. The flavored iced coffees are either too sweet or just bland. They can’t find the medium. Either get it sweet to the max or just milk and sugar. Munchkins are not fresh. They’re always offering a discount on them to get rid of them. Most things are okay, not too bad, not too great.

This location isn’t that good or bad. I have not had any major issues at this place so far. However, nothing is exceptional. Couple of things: sometimes the place seems short staffed and you don’t get helped as quickly as you want. The other thing is that every time you come in they try to guess what you are ordering. I guess it is good for those who get the same thing everyday, it might make them feel special. As for me, its funny because they never get it right. I don’t always get the same thing. It could be annoying for some people. I just find it funny how they never get it right.
Only Dunkin in the area, except for the one on northern blvd. If you like dunkin donuts it may be worth trying.

Probably one of the worst D and D locations possible. They do not know how to make their signature drinks, which I find odd.

I’ve been here about a hundred times in the past five years, and I have only had one or two annoying experiences. I have not ever had a bad cup of coffee here, so that alone is worth five stars. That’s something I can usually only say about Starbucks. They are friendly here, one server knows my kids and gives them free munchkins. The floor can get littered by midday but after the morning rush they clean it. It is the patrons that are really messy here. Sad.
I get regular coffee, iced coffee, doughnuts, egg and cheese wraps and so on, so I can speak for most of their menu. The food is merely serviceable. If you want a good hot breakfast, go to one of the many other choices on Bell.
There is a combined Baskin Robbins store at this location that has had fresh ice cream the rare time I buy any.
Compared to other Dunkins around Queens (the only fair comparison) it is easily in the top five. I work all over the borough and I know what I’m talking about. Many Dunkins in gas stations are horrible and the drive throughs are mostly hit and miss. Those are reviewed in their respective locations.
This is not a gourmet coffee shop. Even compared to one it comes out OK.

Wow, this place is DIRTY! I popped in on a Sunday evening to get a softy cone to munch on while i awaited for my chinese food to be ready for pickup. I walked in and there was only 1 patron, 2 people sitting at a table eating ice cream. The tables were disgusting dirty. Garbage strewn on the floor. I walked up to the counter and the indian lady was eating her curry meatball concoction out of a baskin robbin icecream cup. She saw me and she placed her food on the counter. Thank god she had enough sense to put a plastic glove before she got my cone! The other Indian guy, who was sweeping behind the counter, took my money. He then handed me my change and i could feel feel his hand/​fingers being sticky and clammy. I wish i could have just left the change behind… gross. As I was getting my change, the lady took her curry concoction and went and sat down on the floor by the stairwell behind the counter to continue eating. There is no standard of hygiene at this joint!

I usually come to this DD when I’m in the neighborhood visiting my boyfriend. I think that it closes rather early in comparison to the one in Sunnyside. Anyways, my coffee has turned out fine and none of the servers messed up my order. In fact, I recall that one day they ran out of medium cups and they gave me a large blueberry iced coffee for the price of a medium one.

It’s clean.
Service is good because they’re honest.
EX: they’ll give you an honest opinion about how certain things taste.
They don’t have a lot of variety with ice cream flavors though.

This dunkin donuts service is really bad. I get my morning coffee from here and it takes 15 minutes to get it. During morning hours they only have one person working the register and one making the breakfast sandwiches. One register is not enough when the line is to the door. Don’t be cheap and get more workers. Until the service improves, i am not going back. Sorry!

With Dunkin Donuts, it’s either hit or miss.
This location, it’s okay. Except one time when the teenage boy behind the counter got my order wrong. Probably because he wasn’t paying attention. He fixed my order, and then got off from his shift. I think his momma was waiting for him inside the place. No seriously, his mom was waiting for him inside to take him home.
All the other counter help, they look more sour than the milk for the coffee.

I gave it one star cause I can’t give it less. To describe it as a filthy place would give a bad name to filth. The smell is somewhat like raw sewage and is so strong you can taste it in the air. Honestly you’re better off eating from the trash cans on bell blvd. At least they get emptied periodically and washed a but by the rain!

Service is not great, neither is the coffee, and the interior smells.
