Food is always on point and so is the coffee. I love the Ranchero Wrap, it’s always spicy as advertised. it is NOT expensive here. Between me and my girlfriend, I spend about $ 10 – 12 and we leave full. We both have something to eat and 2 drinks each.

Not a fan of the bagels at all. I ordered a bagel with egg, cheese and Taylor ham and I felt like I got 1 egg, ½ a slice of cheese and 1 measly piece of Taylor ham… With coffee it came out to about $ 8. Save your money and go to Wonder Bagel in Jersey City and you can get a much heartier, belly filling meal for that price!

I don’t know what happened? they started of with great staff who knew what they were doing but not now. I order the café chillers most of the time there’s a girl there who makes it awesome. One time ordered it and I literary had to teach the guy how to make it… Then when I came in to order it another time another girl who was by herself asked me to help her make it and snapped at me when I refuse reasoning that it’s not her fault for … I’ve also seen from time to time the staff grabbing a handful of the foods from the food tray as they make the bagels and eat it(their hand touching their mouths) then go back to changing without changing their gloves. Ridiculous! overall an and horrible inconsistent costumer service… Need a well trained staff that is supervised with managers…

Food was OK& Delivery guy is super nice, which are probably the only reasons I continued to order from them for so long. I have been ordering breakfast for delivery to my job every day for about 4 months for me AND my 3 co workers. They consistently mess up our order! They never label coffee,(which is important because I drink decaf) and they have never once put sugar in any of our coffees & most of us order light and sweet. Most of the people who work there have attitudes. The absolute last straw for me was seeing 2 «miscellaneous» charges which totaled up to $ 6 on my receipt. Being that it was my first time looking at my receipt, because it was the first time I actually received one,(they always say their receipt printer isn’t working right now) I felt as if I had been ripped off and I feel like they have been adding«miscellaneous» charges to my bill the entire time I have been ordering without my knowledge. I would rather leave my house early and go to wonder bagels before work.

It’s my first time coming here and I like how friendly the staff is and how you can order anything off the menu even at 7 am. Have to admit the prices were very reasonable and the food was great!

Bagels are not real. They taste like imitation. Lenders bagels are better and have more taste. I will not be going back here. The name is the only thing they have going for it.

This is a pretty good chain bagel place. I tend to avoid chains, coming from Bayonne I’ve grown up spoiled by Broadway Bagels, but this place has great service(the owner who makes he food is super friendly and fast!), strong coffee(never watered down!), and delish bagels with the food customization and memory of a small business bagel shop(I tend to customize my breakfast sandwiches and they remember my order, which is awesome). It’s a treat to come here when I have to wake up early to go to the laundromat. Keep up the great work!!!

It’s a chain bagel store. Nothing more, nothing less. The coffee is really good here, especially when you’re in a town filled to the brim with Dunkin, QuickChek, and 7-Eleven(still praying for a real Starbucks). I only really come here for the coffee and their bagels with cream cheese. I loved my everything egg bagel with bacon cheddar cream cheese. Something different in town is nice. This store is owned by the Einstein Noah Company and is extremely similar to the Einstein Bros Bagels chain, which is on my campus back in CT. Overall, decent place.

This is the closest place to my house, too bad it’s awful The so called fresh orange juice doesn’t seem all that fresh. $ 6 for the most mediocre blt of all time. Horrible bacon, ice cold refrigerator tomatoes and a head of lettuce. What a rip off! Wonder bagels is far superior.

One of the things Bayonne lacks is non-Dunkin Donuts/7−11/Quick Check coffee. Sorry if I am a jerk, but D&D does not make a tasty espresso or latte and the thought of walking into the Stop & Shop for Starbucks at 7am to be greeted by their lifeless barista is horrifying. Enter Manhattan Bagel, THEYHAVELATTES and tasty coffee that is not watered down. There are always boys in blue in here in the early morning hours grabbing a cup of joe. The coffee is priced fairly and they have a variety to choose from. The woman who works at the counter in the morning is more pleasant than some of the other places in town I frequent. Sometimes I just can’t wait to get to Bridgewater for my Starbucks and during these emergent situations I will stop on Broadway at Manhattan Bagel for caffeine. As far as food, the bagels are tiny. They are a little harder than Wonder Bagel or Supreme. The cream cheese is kept too cold. It’s like biting into an icicle. But they do have yogurt cups which Supreme does not carry. Wonder Bagels is out of the way on the way out of town in the morning. Also no specialty coffee there. I’ll continue to stop here for coffee in the AM. Also, expensive? Come on. This place is less expensive than it’s competitors for basic breakfast bites.

Came in at 9 and everything was cold. That’s a sign of a place that needs to cut costs. As a place that has only been open for less than half a year, there should be more regulars forcing them to bake more bagels after their first rush. My order came with at least half a dozen coupons, but I don’t see anyone here using them… I think Bayonne just has too many Bagel shops, and trying to break that market without local brand name association is just not going to work in this economy. It doesn’t help that this place plain isn’t that good.

Overpriced for sure! Okay, the bagel is $ 1 but even that is that same price I pay in Manhattan. The dough is too sweet for my taste. They want $ 2 for a bialy which is the same size as the bagel! Forget this place.

Overpriced and not my cup of tea. My previous review was written when they first opened, and unfortunately they hadn’t put in the proper address, so it was credited to a place that now says«moved.» Make no mistake — that review was for this place. The pictures listed on that page are of this place. I was right about one thing, the crowds have died down now that the place has been around awhile. It was dead when I went in. The bagels weren’t warm or fresh, either. There were only two people behind the counter, and they seemed bored. I have other favorites in town and will go back to them. I gave this place two shots and it’s just not worth it.

I want to like this place. For the most part, I’ve had positive experiences here. The staff I’ve dealt with have been friendly and efficient and the bagels are pretty good(but not great). Unfortunately, while a number of the problems that were present at launch and noted in other reviews have been rectified, others haven’t. The ordering process is still a mess when there are a lot of people(just want a coffee? Wait behind the bagel people, or maybe not? *shrugs*). The coffee itself is only average, and even the expresso drinks, one of the things I was excited about since there aren’t a whole lot of places to get those in town, don’t especially stand out. I continue to come because I’m still getting a pretty decent breakfast sandwich with a smile. That said, the fact that it’s on my way to work and that I was one of the lucky ones to get the«breakfast for a year» promotion at their grand opening don’t hurt either. I hope that they’ll continue to improve. (This was originally posted on their old Unilocal page, but they seem to have moved to a new one, so I just wanted to make sure the review could be found.)
