I never write reviews but this place was so terrible I felt impelled. We were staying in Bayonne for the long weekend and all 3 days they got my order wrong. Everyday I emphasized no sugar in my coffee. Everyday I got extra sugar. The last day I asked for 2 bagels, plain and everything, both w/​cream cheese. They put so little cream cheese on it was barely visible to the naked eye. By now I’ve had it and go back. They rudely replace the bagels for some reason (instead of just giving us cream cheese). We drive away and its two everything bagels w/​cream cheese instead of a plain and an everything. You almost have to work hard at being this bad. Never again.

I agree, this dunkin is horrible. I’ve been to many locations too. They served me a hot latte that was ice cold. The manager is rude and unprofessional. I will not be going back there. They do not deserve another nickel.

I go to Dunkin Donuts all the time, all over NJ, and elsewhere, and this place is horrible. This is the worst Dunkin I have ever seen. I was in July 22 with my girlfriend and the place was dirty, full of flies, and worst yet, the bathrooms. The women’s room door would not lock, and the men’s room door would not even CLOSE! Really! It would not even close! It was like warped off the frame or something! I was constantly waiting for someone to walk in! What a joke! Don’t bother going here.

Why is it that DD can NEVER get an order right! I ask for light and sweet and I get light and bitter. I ask for a bagel toasted dark and I get a bagel barely toasted. I mean the list goes on and on! Also, you go for breakfast for your co-​workers and you get a dozen bagels and you get NO cream cheese or not enough! I rather go hungry till lunch or not eat at all then go here and waste my time & gas!

Sausage egg & cheese on an everything bagel was scrumptious. However, place loses a star for overdoing it on the syrup in my sister-in-lawr’s iced coffee.
