Most of the staff here is pretty lousy. If I walk in and see a bunch of women staffed behind the counter, I’ll now probably just walk across the street. The women are always chatting it up, hardly paying any attention and they take forever… not only has my order been wrong but it takes a really long time to get it. I’m usually treated politely I suppose but geeez I’m not making a social visit. add a little pep in your step and pay attention the job shouldn’t require much else. Socialize when you don’t have a line of customers glaring at you and the orders might not only be correct but also completed quicker.

Time to give up. The franchise should revoke their license.

This place usually screws up the order and is always extremely hot in the summer. Pointless to even go there as most of the time the staff is joking around and taking their time to help me. Hopefully the corporate office sees this as a damage to their brand.

I enjoy coming here, but not on the drive thru. How can you mix up a large coffe and a plain bagel with cream cheese? We have a different experience when we walk in. I have yet to be disappointed at that end.

Dunkin’ Donuts franchises in Bayonne have set a very high bar when it comes to toe-headed customer-service, and the ability to misinterpret basic concepts(including the onion bagel: plain bagel paradox). Every trip here will lead to a game of «guess what we(didn’t) put in your bag», as the DnD rascals substitute your orders with the most putrid selections they currently have sitting on the shelves. Pack an Egyptian to English dictionary for your trip, as DnD assumes that the English speaking population of bayonne is quite small. If you have ever enjoyed your DnD visit, you’re obviously fat and stupid.

This is a dunks and like I always say you can’t go wrong with Dunks. Most of the staff is very friendly and you even get the occasional attractive cashier. They get my order right about 90% of the time which again is good for a north jersey coffee place. I like that is close to the light rail so while you are waiting for a train you can get a cup!
