Another of Staten Island’s numerous fine Dunkin’ Donuts’. The number of stores attached to and across the street from this particular one is a big winning point.

Poor service no one speaks English! Donuts are stale, if they have any, never seen a donut shop with no donuts? What happened to their slogan it’s time to make the donuts? Pathetic! Use to be nice years ago, what happened?

Not my preferred choice to stop and grab anything here. I would rather go to another place and drive the distance for the donuts or coffee. This place has a different taste and vibe when I’m there.

It’s a convenient location but… it is rated B. I assumed all Dunkin’ Donuts were the same. I went at 7:30AM before work, and it was empty. There are maybe two other Dunkin’ Donuts on Forest Ave that I’ve been to in the morning and they all had lines around that time. Not this one. There’s a Chinese restaurant two doors down and it is also rated B.

This location is horrible and the coffee is gross. I’ve been here at least 4 times and finally on the last order I took the iced coffees back and got my money back. I normally would feel like such a jerk returning coffee but I’d really had it with receiving super sub par coffee and paying for it. The iced coffee is so watered down and saturated with cream, although we specifically asked for very little cream. Donuts are nasty. Will never go here again.

The only thing that’s generally appealing about Dunkin Donuts is their coffee, so when I needed two Box O’Joes for a party at my house I headed right for this location. First, when I pulled up to the drive-thru the operator on the other end laughed into the mic before another worker stepped in. I placed my order and drove around to the window where I was greeted by a male worker. I had nothing wrong with him until he picked up one Box O’Joe that I ordered, shook it and said to his coworker«This isn’t full» and proceeded to hand it to me. I asked if he thought I didn’t just see that display and would accept a box that wasn’t full. He went and got a pot of coffee and proceeded to add more, then handed it to me with an attitude saying«is this full enough for you now?» This man was wholly unpleasant, rude, and unprofessional by acting this way in front of a customer. By looking through the window into the restaurant I could see boxes all over the floor and it did not look well-kept. A less than busy location is no excuse for this behavior. The whole location needs an attitude overhaul.

The staff has no clue whats going on, never get an order right and the donuts are always stale, they used to make their own donuts but now have them shipped in. Gross. They can’t even get a tea with no milk or sugar right.

This place is a joke. There’s always two new faces behind the counter, no one speaks English, no one knows how to ring up the register and dammit, they never have toasted coconut donuts. On average, expect to wait ten minutes for your coffee and God forbid if you ask for a latte or cappuccino. And there’s ALWAYS a different, very RUDE Indian woman asking you if you’ve paid for your order. Also, watch them when they’re picking your donuts from the pile. Almost every time I’ve been here, they’ve touched my donuts with their fingers. These bozos need to shut the place down.

First, I grew up with Krispie Kreme donuts, so take that in account. One morning I thought it would be great to get a dozen of mixed and since there are nothing but Dunkin Donuts on Staten Island, I thought I would give them a chance. These were really bad donuts. For a donut shop, they had very little variety. What they had were stale, lacking in taste and felt like a lead brick in my stomach. We ate 2 of the dozen and threw the rest out. Additionally the service was really poor. Now when I get a craving for a donut, I go to the Pathmark’s fresh bakery case. Their lemon filled donuts are surprisingly good and relatively inexpensive.
