Worst service ever. If you are a customer here, don’t think management cares about your business.
I’ve stayed here before but never rated it, and decided not to go back BUT not by choice… My reservation was SOLD to someone else without my knowledge and the MISTAKE was blamed on me. I was yelled it, called a liar and hung up on.
Plenty of other options! Just made my new reservation at the Bay Front Inn with friendly care and service!
