My husband, daughter and I just left your Bartonville, Illinois location. It was a terrible experience. First we were the only people in there and it took us 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Then we ordered my daughter a personal pan pizza they forgot it! Let’s not forget we were the only people in there and the waiter forgot to put it on our order. Then they forgot to bring out our bread sticks. The waiter did not write down our order so he «forgot» and the manager told us it was not her problem because she was not there when it happened. Both were very rude. I am horridly disappointed.

i had a carry out order. the gentleman who took my phone-​in order (ty?), and gave my pizza to me, was very polite. unfortunately, politeness is not what i usually expect from the hut… thank you, ty!!!
