The hamburgers are great and cheap. Cheapest in area. I’m thinking the hamburgers may be better than Lucky Monks hamburgers. Ordered a salad for $ 1. Great cheap prices. Has bands for younger crowd on the weekends. Bartenders are good, service fair to fairly good. I used to play foosball here 1975 to about 1980 when John used to work the bar.

Wow I’ve been coming here for 32 years and Nena still works here. The foose ball table is long gone but this is still a great place to stop in for a beer or a burger. Great memories.

Good place to come and eat and drink in the area. they offer daily drink specials and the food is affordable and not bad for typical bar fare. They could invest in real silverware rather than plasticware though but that kind of sums up what to expect when you eat here it’s not fancy. Personally I always come on weekend afternoons so I don’t come for the bands or late nite so I am sure it presents a completely different vibe depending on who plays. But in general they get a variety of clientele from bikers to rockers to people that just want to hang and have a beer. The patio although not scenic offers a nice place to be during the warm weather months. Inside they have a nice selection of tv’s to watch sports but the staff seems to not be that aware of sporting events so you might have to ask them to put things on for you. Overall if I am the area I come back to penny road.

Nice place. The food is great(had the Caesar chicken wrap the other day) and a great place to see I’ve bands(good PA and lights). Nice small beer garden too. Plenty of windows so the place isn’t dark during the day. Plenty of parking too.
