Awful. Went in to get breakfast 30 minutes before my flight boarded. Order a water, coffee and an omelette. Water and coffee came right away and that was the end of that. Sat for 25 minutes. Server never came back, never explained to me what the hold up was, nothing. Finally I tracked her down and told her I was out of time. I left and boarded my plane.

A bad deal here. Showed up for a quick meal on a layover and we were told «fried foods only» and «it will take over an hour»
Not the positive vibe (and food) we were looking for. We grabbed a drink and will eat in the next town.

Service is quick if you sit at the bar, and Bartender Alana is pleasant and attentive.
Prices are as you’d expect from an airport bar. I paid $ 7 for 20 oz of Blue Moon. A shot of Tito’s vodka is $ 9, but if you get a double the second shot is $ 3.99.
They get huge bonus points for offering a to-​go cup for drinks you aren’t able to finish before you have to head to your gate!
I got a side of French fries for $ 3, and I asked for Old Bay on them. Unfortunately, they did not seem to season the French fries at all. :(
Overall, it was an above-​average airport bar experience.

As many have mentioned the staff is friendly, however service is slow and food is so-​so. I ordered the Crab cake sandwich and wasn’t much pleased with or, specially because it cost $ 14. Anyway, hunger and Tabasco can always make anything taste better. The fries were good though.
I’m rating 3 stars because there aren’t really any good dining options at BWI to compare Rams to.

Awful!!! I waited over 30 minutes for a chicken wrap that ended up being cold. Threw most of it away. The waitress was nice enough to pack it for me as I would have missed my flight otherwise. I travel through BWI a lot but won’t ever be stopping here again.

This place deserves its 2-​star rating. I have a dairy allergy and they snuck a bunch of cheese in my omelet. I have a flight to catch, and it was 40 minutes before I had it in front of me. My «4 egg omelet» was the size of a hot pocket. Home fries are actually French fries, I’m guessing from a freezer bag, cut in small cubes. Not coming back. The kind and patient waitress was the only bright spot.
OH, also, you get plastic disposable plates and utensils. What a waste.

Would not recommend this place. The waitress was good but the food was not. We waited over an hour for our food. It tasted and looked like it had been on the warmer for a few days.

One star Only because the fries were very good. Asked the waitress to being Caesar salad first then fish n chips. She didn’t get it at all! So tried to eat fish first while hot… The fish looked perfect on the outside but was undercooked, replacement fish was overcooked and tough. She blamed it on the new trainee cook. Would not recommend.

The loaded french fries are friggin amazing. Get them with extra bacon! The crab cake sandwich friggin amazing, full of crab meat and not bread. The drinks, omg on point. there is no skimping on on the alcohol here! Perfect first drink back on anerican soil. ALANA YOU ROCK!

Awful. Bad food, bad service.
It took over an hour for our order to come out. A wrap and a half order of wings. This is completely unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one that is in an airport! Our waitress did the bare minimum, we never even got a drink refill (we finished our drinks waiting on the food…)
The food all tasted as if it had been cooked and then re-​heated. It was absolutely not worth the price to go to this place. There are other options in the area, and I strongly recommend you opt for them.

Didn’t get a chance to try their food, after 20 mins and multiple pass-​bys from various staff, one did throw a menu on my table on their way by once, I had to leave.

Looks like this is one of the few recent good reviews of Rams head tavern.
So, I’d been in Baltimore for 4 days and hadn’t had a crab cake yet. So my last chance was here at the airport. I had the crab cake sandwich. Got it deep fried and it looked small when it first came out. But it was a really good sandwich. Awesome dressing to top it off. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Fries were so-​so.
Service was nothing to brag about. Waitress wasn’t overly friendly but service was pretty quick. Restaurant was dark but seemed pretty clean. Would recommend it.

Don’t waste your precious airport time with this place. Poor service, and food is either end of the extreme of stupid. Chicken wings are like microwave bat wings, while the buffalo chicken was unbearably spicy that is destroyed the flavor of the food. Skip this place and find a reputable chain restaurant for drinks and grub during your layover.

So the beer is not bad BUT the burger is horrible!!!
They serve it so late, the fries were cold, the bread was not toasted, the lettuce was old and dried, the tomatoes was f**ked up!
I returned my first order which was smokey some freaking buyer! I’m waiting for them to bring a new one.
I clearly told them «if the chef can make something better I will change it otherwise I will just take beer and you can take the food back!»

So another airport bar with a last call @ 7:30pm on a Friday night! Who hands out these jobs? Just an FYI folks, these jobs are handed out! They make enough money where they don’t care, it’s not about customer service. But watch employees get pissed when they get replaced by touch screens like they have in Newark!

Dinning room closes at 7 and bar closes at 7:30. WTF!!! At an airport none the less. And who doesn’t like the smell of Bleach soaked rags next to the bar and dirty mop water.

I actually enjoyed this place. They were really prompt in seating me and the waitress was very attentive. I had the crab cake sandwich which was really good. I would go back again no prob

Painfully loud music. I asked to turn it down and was told that the volume was controlled by a main office and they did not have access to it. Waitress acknowledged that she had had numerous complaints on a regular basis.

Hands down worst restaurant I have EVER been to.
We walked in and waited for a hostess, who never came. There were no signs directing us to seat ourselves, so we just decided to seat ourselves after waiting a few minutes. Once we sat down, we sat for about 5 minutes before our waitress showed up. The beers on the menu sucked. Our waitress told us they didn’t have a seasonal beer. It would have been nice to see local selections.
The worst part was probably the food. We got our drinks and 20 minutes later our waitress still hadn’t come to our table to check on us. I had to literally raise my voice so she heard me as she walked by. We placed our orders and 15 minutes she came back (not with our food) but to inform me they don’t have any more crab cakes. How does the only sit down restaurant in this terminal not have crab cakes when it’s in multiple dishes on the menu??! Our waitress also didn’t even suggest something else or show any empathy at all.
Disgusted in this establishment and will never come again.

Nothing like walking into an establishment seating yourself then watching a dozen customers fight with the waitress. Apparently there was a rush on the kitchen which lead to half of the restaurant canceling their order which had been about 30+ minutes in the wait.
Seeing this go down I called an audible and just ordered a beer and watched the fireworks go down. Ended up getting comp’ed one of the breakfasts that was walked out on.
Not a place I would expect good timely service or descent food but the beer is nice and cold.
