THEWORST! This is the only place to eat in this terminal, and they are taking full advantage of it. If you can even endure the long wait in line, the food is not worth it!!! ATALL! We waited for 40 minutes in line, for dry stale chicken tenders & fries. Worse than frozen ones you get from the grocery store… Makes McDonald’s seem like fine dining! The price tag for 2 orders of chicken tenders, and 2 beers: $ 38+ Instant buyer’s remorse! *I do however feel sorry for the SOLE worker who tried to serve everyone as quickly as he could. Shame on management for not better staffing this place.

**DONOTGOHERE** This restaurant is the type where you seat yourself if there is room, or order to go if it is not. To start off, we waited in line for 30 minutes just to place the order, and we would have gone anywhere else had there been another restaurant in the terminal. By the time we were ready to order, a table had opened up so we walked over to claim it. The waitress ran over and yelled at us, because since we had started to order food in the other line she didn’t want to lose opportunities for tips(example of how this establishment is money grubbing and gives no thought to customer service). She forcibly pushed my family out of the restaurant and verbally harassed us, clearly these people aren’t hired for their social skills or professionalism. Once the food came out an hour later it was overcooked, low quality, and half of each order had been messed up or forgotten. In short, if you are hungry it would be much smarter to go through security twice to get food in another terminal, this place does not deserve your business!

Only came in because it is the only restaurant/bar in Terminal E and we wanted to watch the game before we took the rotator on our deployment. Our server, after we told her we would get food after the game started, didn’t let us know they were closing soon. Didn’t find out till we tried to order food they weren’t doing orders anymore. The manager(I’m assuming because I wouldn’t hire this person to do anything customer related) was rude to us as he told us he turned the fryers off. We asked them to leave the TVs on while they were closed and were cleaning up. They placated and left them on till«manager», after a profane-laden tirade because he couldn’t figure out till, turned it off with 20 military members trying to watch through fence. My rating should be considered high because I don’t have access to negative stars…

Don’t eat here. Ever. This would be a ZERO star rating if Unilocal allowed. It’s worth the time and effort to leave security, walk across the airport, go through security, eat, walk back across the airport, go through security, and catch you flight. They took over 20 minutes to get us water which I just went to the bar and got myself, 40 minutes for food, and the cheese on my cheese burger was served to me still in its wrapper. This also wasn’t an isolated experience. Every table around us had the same experience minus the cheese wrapper.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars to a place. This place is like a social experiment where you posit the question«what would happen to a business if there were no managers?» Passports is what would happen. We ordered four bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwiches: one came out in thirty minutes, two more came twenty minutes later and I’m currently still waiting for my sandwich. We all got orange juice that came out in tiny cans, smaller than what is in a hospital. We asked for waters, which were never delivered. The waiter gave us lunch menus and didn’t check back for fifteen minutes-it’s breakfast service. There’s no professionalism or respect for the customers. Screw this place.

I settled here an hour for my for international flight. After asking for the server’s recommendation, I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich(which he recommended). It came with a side of fries, which I substituted for a salad instead. Thankfully, I didn’t come during peak hours, so I got a seat and the food came faster than i expected it to, around 10 minutes. The side salad was alright. It was mostly just green and red lettuce with a few chunks of tomato and raw onion rings, with sprinkled cheddar on top. The grilled chicken sandwich came ten minutes later. Served in a brioche bun, the chicken was layered between two rings of onion, a slice of tomato, and lettuce, and was also okay — grilled well — not too dry, but it wasn’t mind-blowing. It’s your standard meh airport food with kitschy plastic cutlery. I was also charged for mozzarella sticks, which I didn’t order, but it was fixed quickly. Three stars because a) the service was friendly and b) I love brioche.

We attempted to eat here during a international flight. First of all, they did not have the situational awareness to be ready for the large influx of people coming for the flight out. Flights going out of the AMC terminal happen regularly and thus not hard to predict the busy times. The staff was running around like chickens with no heads. It seemed only the people ordering burgers got served. After waiting 40 minutes and alot of demanding, we finally got our food. We will not give this business our hard earned money again.
