Grouchy cashier. Now I know that they probably don’t get paid much and you kinda get what you pay for, but a simple«hello» back would suffice. I mean, there were only three of us in line. It was definitely NOT rush hour. That being said, one star for the food. I got the plain bagel with reduced fat plain spread. My problem was they did not split the bagel evenly. One side was paper thin and with ALLLLLLL that spread, it was nauseating. I scraped some of it off, enough to use on another bagel! But aside from that, it tasted of typical Einstein’s. One more star for the employee who handed me the bagel. She actually said«you’re welcome» when I told her«thank you»…instead of ignoring me like the cashier. Even as I’m writing this, I feel as two stars is too much…

Bagel store out of bagels at 10:00 am??? Really? Guy making coffee started a bunch and then forget which was which and had to dump and restart. Management is obviously nonexistent here and should have their franchise yanked.

Attitudes terrible. No hello. No thank you. They make it clear they hate their job and have no intentions of even trying. If I was owner I’d be embarrassed and infuriated. Girl in front of me ordered iced latte. They made a hot one. Blamed her for it and then poured the hot one over ice. She was too timid to open her mouth to them and say make it again even though it was clear she didn’t want the crappy latte they made. I would have been concerned too as they probably would have spit in it. Terrible…

Probably the worst service I’ve ever received at any airport. I ordered a small coffee. The children behind the counter seemed put out by that. The one who was supposed to serve me actually walked off & seemed to be aggravated when other employees interrupted his session of playing with others in the back to tell him he had to pour a cup of coffee.

They were rude and yelling at everyone in the line and there wasn’t a terribly long line. Maybe 10 people max. We couldn’t hear the lady calling out numbers and we asked her to repeat it she snapped back about looking at your receipt. Please tell her we could hear her if she wasn’t yelling at the wall– seeing as how sound and acoustics work and all… Furthermore the guy in line ahead of me asked her tech her arm a little so he could reach his sandwich from her and she refused to so much as extend her arm over the counter to pass it to him and told him«I’m not bringin it to you»… So Einstein, how much intelligence and courtesy should one expect from an Einstein bagel maker? Please train your staff on customer service. I could’ve gotten better service from the kids at McDonalds. The only one with decent service skills is the young man on the register at 8:45a on 4÷8÷16. Good day. P. S. I’ll spend my money elsewhere next time I’m hungry at the airport.

Just had the worst experience that I have ever had in any food establishment. I am super positive and try to understand all sides. Perhaps the ladies are over worked. Perhaps they are not given the support they need to do their job. These are the frustrations I experienced. It was a very Long wait time from line to receiving the order. One of the ladies only took orders leaving the other lady to do drinks and make the food orders. The muffins were not even given out by the lady on the register. Uniforms were dirty and service was slow. After waiting for a good 25 mins for my order it was completely wrong. Completely. The slowness by the lady at the register continued as she did not acknowledge anyone existence as she scratched her eye. This scratching took at least 20 seconds. Then and only then did she said hi to the person who was standing in front of her. This was a very unfortunate experience front start to finish.

Like many other teenage girls in the late 90’s, I too swore off carbs so it’s been almost a decade since I’ve been to an Einstein Bagel Bros. Perhaps it’s just that absence makes the heart grow fonder because my toasted chocolate chip bagel tasted better than I ever remember. I asked for the honey butter spread on the side, which was a good choice because it was absolutely delicious and indulgent. Spreading it on myself at least have me some semblance of self control all for $ 1.65. Despite other fellow passenger reviews, my experience was that they were well staffed and I got my food quickly.

Unprofessional staff with sloppy service. The cashier was bubbly yet he could hold off on cursing in front of the customers. I asked for my bagel to be toasted, got it cold, asked them to toast it, no biggie. They made a new one, which wasn’t necessary… I just wanted the sandwich warm. I heard the coworkers snickering about having the sandwich remade. Mind you it’s an airport, there’s the counter and 5 feet of working space, so yes, we can all hear their conversation. The lady behind the counter had an attitude, and gave me back a new sloppy bagel. Cream cheese covering half of the bagel, meat on one side. Calm down guys… it’s just a bagel.

The food is regular like any other of their location, but the customer service is terrible. The employee’s are rude and have no people skills what so ever. One of the rudest places I’ve been to. Unfortunately people will go because its convenient since its in the airport, but management should show their employees people skills.

I love einsteins but this location is terrible. Ordered a bagel with lox and only half the bagel had cream cheese and there was a tiny amount of lox. Also the people here are completely rude. Don’t go here, go to potbellys or kraze instead.

Stopped here to grab a quick breakfast en route to our gate, but it wasn’t very quick at all. The line was long and moved at a snail’s pace. On the plus side, the food was good and the prices were reasonable for an airport. But once the breakfast sandwich was ordered, we had to wait a good 10+ minutes for it, making it take even longer. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry, but if you have some time it’s okay.

Eh… I guess it’s to be expected to have low morale and poorer service being operated out of an airport. 3 stars because all I wanted was a plain bagel, lightly toasted with cream cheese and a blueberry green tea. The woman at the register seemed rather short/fed up with me before I even ordered. since I wasn’t greeted, I wasn’t sure if she was ready yet. when I finished the first part of my order, she was trying to close the tab. when I asked if they had tea, I was given a dumb look and a head point to the little tea caddie in front of me. After ordering, I was asked if I wanted my 3 pennies, I said no(really doesn’t Matter to me as I’m flying). but I’m assuming she didn’t want to open the coin roll. After standing and receiving my «tea». I had realised it was indeed, self — serve. You get a scolding hot batch of water. then realized you need to run back over to the counter and get the tea. if you hadn’t already(I obviously didn’t figure that out). Yup, definitely one of the worst Einstein bagels I’ve been to… I’ve almost convinced myself to change the rating, but I’m way too tired. xD

Bad news. Ton of employees behind the counter, all carrying on personal conversations. They were loud and two of them were eating bagels. I wanted jelly with my bagel and they tried to charge me $ 1.50 for it! Got my food and walked 50 feet away to Pot Belly where they were polite and gave me jelly for free without even ordering anything. Crap experience. Enjoyed my bagel though.

I was hoping the one review on here was just a bad day for the workers or something. My husband and I were going to share a bagel, but there wasn’t enough cream cheese on both of our halves to cover one half. The employees weren’t overly rude, but not super friendly either. There isn’t much to choose from as far as breakfast is concerned in the C terminal, but it definitely got the job done for food and coffee. If you can, wait for food.

Zero stars. Horrible service, rude employees and bland food. While ordering the cashier continued to talk to her coworkers. We had to repeat our order numerous times. At one point the cashier just walked away. Finally ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 different drinks. The barista set the drinks down and we asked what was what. She told us she didn’t know and to smell the coffees to find out what they were. I do not recommend this place and I will not spend more money there next time I travel. Highly disappointed.
