Hard to get a hold of, they told me I had an appointment, and when I called the day of to confirm, they had no record of my appointment. so many problems like this. it takes 12 phone calls just to get through to someone. don’t waste your time.

Bait and switch. Living Social Deal. The company makes you feel that it is local, however it is in San Diego, Ca. and uses subcontractors in the local area. When they arrive, you are told that what was in the Living Social deal is not what is they are there to do, and they try to upsell you a «Real Cleaning», even though the deal stated «Whole house duct cleaning» I read the fine print, and it made no mention of anything the technician stated. I filed reports with both the Baltimore Better Business Bureau and San Diego Better Business Bureau. The call number is just that, a call center where someone will have to get back to you. Buyer BEWARE!
