I agree with the previous poster. The office is hard to find(in the basement of a hotel, in a shopping center??). I waited for 90 minutes before I was taken to the back, got my xrays, then waited for another 20 minutes for the dentist to come in and poke my gums for 4 minutes. NOCLEANINGSONFIRSTVISIT!!! WTF? Oh, yeah. For first time appointments, all you can do is leave a voice message. It took about two weeks to finally get a callback at a time when I could answer. I’ve been to several dentists over the last few years, and I’ve never been to one so shoddy! After my «service», I waited for another 10 minutes at the front desk just for them ask me to schedule a cleaning a few days later. Since I’d already taken over 2 hours off work for this crap, I said, «let me check my schedule and give you a call», then I went home and immediately started shopping for another dentist.

Seriously, this is like the Wal Mart of Dentist offices(and not in a good way). They don’t tell you this but, the first time you make an appointment they schedule you for 6 months later… you wait all that time and go to the appointment only to find out that they aren’t even going to clean your teeth that day! It’s simply a consultation, and then you have to make another appointment for 6 more months! Plus, you’re in a huge room thats only divided by curtains.
