Food was ok. Server was nice but not real attentive. Water glasses empty for awhile. Do not go here if you have a shellfish allergy. They grill everything together so couldn’t even eat a grilled chicken salad. So, we got the salad without the chicken and they still tried to charge us full price!

I’ve been to a lot of Hard Rock Café’s and this is the worst one by a long shot. Horrible food, horrible, service at a horrible price. Even the memorabilia at this location sucks. Would have been better off ordering off the dollar menu at McDonald’s then getting their $ 15 cheeseburgers. Only had 4 waiter’s and 1 bartender for 30 tables of customers.

Not only is this place dated and overpriced, the customer service is terrible. I was also overcharged by $ 30+ dollars on my debit card. When I called to discuss this the 2nd time(the problem was not addressed when I was told it would be during the first call), I was met with rude responses and no apologies. Do yourself a favor and AVOID.

Just what you expect when you visit a Hard Rock Café… great location on the Inner Harbor!

To be honest, after seeing the reviews and having been to other Hard Rock Cafes before, I didn’t have high expectations to begin with. Since this is in the Inner Harbor area, high prices are definitely expected– for both the food and the drinks. I was incredibly surprised and puzzled when I asked to have a mixed drink with the Low-Cal sweet/sour mix and I was told that they were out. How does a bar run out of things like that? It’s not like it expires for a few years, so why wouldn’t they stock up on it? Or if they knew they were low, why wouldn’t they be better prepared? The lack of management in stocking up on supplies is poor. On the food side of the night, I got the Cobb salad and was actually impressed. It was loaded with avocado, cheese, bacon, chicken, and all sorts of delicious things. But, they were stingy on dishing out the salad dressing for such a large salad, so I finished the cup of dressing before my salad was finished. I wouldn’t come rushing back here with better food/pricing just within walking distance.

Went with family. Had a great vibe, delicious food, awesome waiter, and some cool music. But the wait for the food was crazy long…

No hostess/host. The manager on duty sat us instead. Loved the music, but the atmosphere was definitely not worth it. It was too quiet and dead. Our waitress didn’t really seem to care about refilling my drink or returning to see how we were doing. My boyfriend really wanted to go here but next time I’ll be sure to visit Dick’s last resort. The burger was ok, not worth the price though. I ended up spending $ 60(tip included) for 2 cheeseburgers, Sam Adams winter fest bottle, and a Pepsi. Seems a bit much. Not to mention the merchandise was overly priced. $ 35 for a souvenir shirt? All because it’s in Baltimore, give me a break! Will not be returning.

Yesterday, after visiting the National Aquarium I decided to stop in the Hard Rock on my way home. Mind you, I’ve dined the at Hard Rock locations in Aruba, Paris, DC, and Vegas and this was by far the worst. We ordered the Local Burger, Original Legendary Burger, and kids meal fries and pizza. First, the kids meal pizza was a total TV dinner pizza and barely hot. Second, the burgers had NO flavor or seasoning on them. I ordered them medium and they were the most undercooked burgers I’ver ever had. They were definitely medium rare. The only good thing of the evening were the French fries. Unfortunately, I would not recommend anyone to eat here if you are looking for tasty food.

I wouldn’t come running back. 3 stars only because of the good music and the food wasn’t half bad. It seemed understaffed, the waitress seemed like she was in a rush to get to the next table. We didn’t get straws or napkins until the food was already out, even though the waitress kept telling us she would bring them over. The food was good, but nothing special.

Went here with my girlfriends. Took forever to get our water. Then she finally came back to order our drinks. The food was good nothing spectacular. We ordered spinach artichoke dip with ten chips. We ordered more and got charged extra. Got our check and left. Next time we will skip that place and go straight to Cheesecake Factory.

I actually loved the service. I’ve been to many and I love this location. I love the salmon, they always get it right… I’ve seen people having problems with their burgers and steaks but I don’t order red meat often. I love the book store next door so you can wait for your table in there.

This was disappointing. Don’t try the pulled pork sandwich. Although the jalapeños were good on it it was bland and not smoked pork. My wife’s burger was only cooked on one side and was definitely mooing. Barely saw our waiter, fries under seasoned something floating in the water etc. told waiter about the burger we barely ate and still got charged for it. Didn’t see the manager until we told them we weren’t paying for the burger. Music was good though so they got one star.

Did it rock my world? Yeah but the music is rocking outside patio not inside and you have to pay to dine outside. It does not matter though, because the place has a rock star interior. The food is a rock star too, perfect to invite the Pope if he’s up to this kind of rock-acholic star treatment.

Ate here alone with my 6 month old son and enjoyed a nice lunch inside. The waiter was outstanding and informative even letting me know where the restrooms were located(downstairs) and how to get there with my stroller. I ordered the margarita sampler that came with chips and salsa and it was yummy! For entrée I had the Cobb salad… filling and delicious! Enjoyed watching the music videos on the screens especially since j was dining alone.

The food was not worth the price. 16 dollar burgers that should be maybe 10. The service was terriable.

Seriously the best food I’ve had in the Inner Harbor. My brother and I both had the Texan bbq sandwich – the recommendation from the bartender. We both chose the chicken version and it was amazing. The Texan plus the mac and cheese… such a great meal. I’ll definitely be back.

I ate here for lunch while visiting from Atlanta and had a devastatingly delicious sandwich(The Texan) and some very friendly and knowledgable service at the super long and cool wraparound bar. My sister and I got caught up watching some 90’s alternative music videos on the flat screens and agreed it was a tremendously fun way to load up for our touristy day at the Inner Harbor. I’ve been to the Atlanta location many times and found this one to be cleaner and just as friendly and tasty.

Made an impromptu stop here on a Sunday. I actually was looking at the menu and the patio host sold me on stopping in. It was morning, so not at all crowded. I was able to sit along the water and get a great view. Service was also super speedy. I ordered the nachos and they weren’t anything to brag about. But, the service was GREAT. My waiter was super accommodating, even going out of his way to get me a beverage that was only sold indoors. He was also highly attentive — had refills before I needed to ask for them. I passed the night before and the atmosphere was nice. I’d definitely stop in again. It’s a great option if you’re in the area and want something other than seafood.

Came on a night when only the outside rock was open. Very disappointing. Menu was very limited. Ordered crab dip that came out cold on purpose in a container you could tell that was just pulled from a fridge. Service was lousy. Had to get up and get myself napkins and cutlery. Entrée was not correct(completely different burger than I ordered). Bugs were a serious issue. Maybe only come here when inside is a choice?

I went there because it is recommended by Expedia. The food is delicious, but it is overpriced. It is decorated very well. I like the fpod, the music, and the decoration, but not the price.

For the record, I love the interior, love the music, loved the service, and loved my cocktail. If it was left to just that I would have loved my experience. However the food was not good at all. I had the twisted mac and cheese with a «grilled» chicken breast. The mac and cheese was OK, but the flavor got stale very quickly. The chicken was rubbery at BEST, most likely poorly done, definitely not cooked properly. Made me feel ill shortly afterward.

On the medium side where Hard Rock’s are concerned. I love Hard Rock café for a reason. It’s just a darn great place. The menus vary seasonally and locally. We came in around 10(post kitchen closing) for cocktails after a disappointing experience at our hotel bar. We weren’t disappointed. Bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back!

Stopped in here for drinks a few weeks ago with my husband while I was on a business trip to Baltimore. It was a nice place — bright and cheery with lots of stuff to look at. The bartender was cool and the place looked like it has been kept up well in the ten years since I’d been there. Amazing how time flies — the last time I was at this Hard Rock was with my oldest daughter on her 8th grade field trip — and now she’s 24!!!
