I needed a notary right away and the place I usually go to was closed, the next one I went to wanted me to wait 45 minutes until they were finished with lunch and I made a quick call, was told the notary was available and to come on down. I walked in, was immediately greeted and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Very poor delivery service… Their keeping my package for 4 days already, (based on the tracking system) but still can’t confirm the exact delivery date. Told me to keep waiting when it’s going to be delivered. Well maybe they can deliver it after the holidays when it’s gonna be useless already. customer service said it didn’t fit in their truck… so funny, it’s not a big appliance or furniture, it’s just a small box as small as the rice cooker. They don’t know what to say and just guessing why they can’t deliver it.

I’m so sorry but one of the employee who works at this store is not helpful at all. We tried to process many next day shipments, and all he does is just slowing down our process. He was talking on the phone with a customer with an attitude for about 10 mins and just lay his fingers on the keyboard. Also there was a long line waiting for him. The UPS driver was way nicer than him, he told us that another driver will come to the store later. I don’t understand why people would hire such a person. Another thing is that he kept telling us that the UPS driver will not come. So I told him, it’s ok, let’s finish the process ASAP. Again, he went to the back and called someone else, I wasn’t sure if he called the next UPS driver to not to come to the store. I mean if he doesn’t want to help his customers then why work there. Remember, always put customers first!

very upset at ups I’ve been tracking 2 packages all day yesterday coming from the Baldwin park location. Received one then I see the other one is marked as
The receiver refused the delivery. The package will be returned to the sender. Not a chance I was at home all day yesterday. I call and they tell me the package was damaged? So they returned it to the sender. So if so why wouldn’t have they said that in the first place and not blame it on me. Super unhappy. Will be filing a complaint.

I’ve been using them to get all my packages delivered to this place rather than having the boxes sitting outside of my house while I’m at work. They offer great service and never encountered a single problem during the 1.5 years I’ve been with them.
Highly recommend them!

I am always so impressed with how helpful the employees or owners (not sure) are when I come here. They go out of their way to help out their customers. They truly understand great customers service.

Awesome people and services! Helped out with printing wedding invitation over a week of work. One employee even did a lil over time to help out:)

I have used this UPS store twice for their notary service. They are friendly, professional and fast. I highly recommend this store.

I love coming here to mail out all my stuff whether its for USPS or UPS. They charge a little extra for regular USPS postage but id rather come here than wait in the long lines at the actual USPS stores. They do everything here from printing, shipping, make business cards, fax, notary, and numerous other services!

2.50 to fax 1 page then $ 1.50 for each addt’l page. The only reason I used them was because I was too far from a family member’s house to do it for free.
I didn’t have a problem with customer service but then again they just put my papers in the machine, typed a phone number, hit send and took my money.
Regardless of customer service, I will not use them for faxing. I even found a mobile app that lets you take pictures of documents or anything else, scans it and turns it into a pdf for email use.

Ive been taking my shipments to this store ever since the USPS «lost» a couple packages of mine and not only am I worry free about my packages getting to thier destination, but also they always get thier on time. The staff is very friendly and outgoing and they go out of thier way to make sure you leave happy and satisfied. Prices are fair too! I will continue to ship from this store from now on. A++++++

Went in to have something notarized and not only was Oddy Chwa extremely happy to help me with a smile, but twice while I was in the store, I saw him run out to either help someone bring a package in or carry a package out for them. He’s adorable!
It’s a little hard to find if you aren’t familiar with the area… but it’s all the way tucked in the back by the 10 to the West of Walmart by Fitness 19. TONS of parking.

This is the second location that I called with no help whatsoever:
Garbage, with a capital G. This is the first place that I was directed to by UPS Customer Service: (1−800−742−5877) not this locations actual number: (626−814−6253) because there was an issue with a delivery. First issue is that they do not give you an actual phone number for the specified location, but rather a corporate number– Definitely failing in the logistics sector, UPS.
So here is the back story. The company that I work for sells crossbows, archery bows, garden equipment, etc. Given that we sell online, we ship out many items. One of our busiest times of the year is during Christmas. Not just because its Christmas, but because its also hunting season.
Long story short. We had a ladder arrive at a customers residence bent. Anyone with common sense knows that you cannot use a bent ladder, so we issued a return label. Due to high traffic, we did not file a claim at the time. We issued the label for the customer and she shipped the item back.
Usually the company tries to deliver an item 3 times and then holds it at the nearest facility for us to pick up. This time for some reason they scanned the package twice in one day (who does that?) and immediately sent the package back to the customer**.
**We were told that the label had shipping required, but we issued the label and I can assure you we do not do this!
So, the customer gets her –originally bent by the UPS– ladder and is irate! She opens up a case that negatively affects our business! All thanks to the UPS, and they don’t even bat an eyelash.
*** I spoke to 7 different people at different locations, at different positions in the company and they all gave me the run around. I will refer to this article in my following Unilocal posts.

FedEx
USPS
(a very distant 3^rd) UPS
A Disgruntled Customer

Best customer service, very friendly. I drive from West Covina to this one because of the excellent service.

I’ve come here twice to return packages, there was no wait, I got my receipt and I was on my way…
There is ample parking, this UPS Store is located near a 3 day suit place and Fitness 19.

i didn’t know there was a ups store here, i’ve been going to the wal mart right next to it for years and even when they told me where it was, i still had to watch for it, it’s way on the back side of wal mart, there are a few stores back there and a gym??? who knew? i HATE going in these places but this young guy who works there named Vega, i checked his name tag becasue he was so nice and helpful, i didn’t even have to ask, he just seemed to know what i needed, so cool!

Been to this store a few times. Every time I been there they have been friendly and helpful. One time I had a package that had to go but to UPS. They couldn’t send it back to UPS but they show me exactly how to do it.

Needed to ship a package via UPS and get some notary service. Found a UPS store that had a notary available today. Went in go the notary mailed a package what could be easier. Only complaint is dodging all those darn wallymart shoppers to get to this place!

I dont think Windella D. review should be for this store. This is Baldwin Park not Baldwin Hills. The 800 UPS number should have nothing to do with this peticular location.
I’ve been here a few times. Nothing but great service each time. They pack my stuff for me (with a charge of course) and they even helped me unload my car when I had to ship 4 rims out. Staff is friendly here! Ive never had any bad experiences here.
