I love this very clean restaurant. Delicious fresh food and friendly waiters. I have lunch at Nueva at least 3 – 4 times a week. The chef created a special dish for me called the «Cassandra Special» consisting of the Cajun chicken, savory rice and steamed vegetables. Something to die for. When I leave the restaurant I feel like I’ve had a tasty and healthy meal. The Cajun Chinese Chicken Salad and the Cajun Chicken Salad are also winners. My hats off to the chef!

Seafood/​chicken pesto. Not a true pesto. More of a cream sauce. Pasta needs salt and sauce extra garlic. Otherwise fair.
Seafood puttanesca. Good. Sauce was yummy but needed more garlic and pasta needed salt.
Rule number one in cooking pasta. Salt the water like the sea.
Go back. Yes. Calzone pizza and salad. The pizza crust is yummy.

This restaurant Hasn’t changed and hadn’t Improved. After several months we decided to give another chance to this restaurant. To start we asked for a coffee while we wait for the order. We drink a lot of coffee and what we were served, we couldn’t figure out what this was. We asked for a T-​Bone Stake plate and we were served a steak almost one third thick of what other restaurants would serve you. The meat was very dried and no flavor.

OK. So plain and simple, the food is great and will not hesitate to order out. The only draw back is if you try to dine in. Everything is… green. The walls the seats the lighting. Worst color to have for any place to eat. I wanted to have a birthday for my brother and this came to mind but I have to pass. Dine in — No. Take out — Yes.

This place is seriously awesome! I’ve almost had all the salads, they’re all amazing. They also give you really good soup and bread as an appetizer. This place better not close down or I’ll truly be sad.

I came in today with my two daughters and ordered the mushroom and artichoke fettuccini. The service was great we were served complimentary bread and soup. And the waiter was very attentive. The food portion was a perfect amount for the price. As for the quality, it was alright the the artichokes were canned but I didn’t mind because they they were deliciously acidic which lightened up the heaviness of the sauce. The sauce was what you would expect for a fettuccini sauce, creamy thick and a nice Parmesan taste. But it was terribly under seasoned. But because it’s a sauce dish you can just add salt to your liking. I would not come here again because the food didn’t wow me but to each their own

I give this place a 5 star rating ! Never have I tried italian food this good! Absolutely pleasured with they’re service and the way they cook. Very clean and organized environment. You can sure tell the cooks are legit cooks. 5 STAR RATING WITHOUT A DOUBT!

Horrible Food… don’t spend your money going there go to Olive Garden 100% better. I ask for calamari friti and they serve me fried squid. My boyfriend ask for fettuccine alfredo the sauce taste like mayo and ketchup the noodles was uncooked also my halibut filet smell like tuna. Yuck! Thumbs down :(

Picking up lunch. I love the specials they have here… I had to wait a couple extra minutes, to my amazement they gave me a free bowl of chicken tortilla soup. A for customer service. Their ingredients are always very fresh and just love the lunch specials. It is a must try and a hidden gem.
