Stopped at this Wendy’s hoping that they would be as good as the old Wendy’s. I was so, so, so wrong. I ordered an Asiago Chicken Sandwich. Girl REALLY was pushing the combo. Finally got just the sandwich which I ordered homestyle, no bacon and cut in half. Being not a pork fan it was horrible to bite into bacon, not one slice but four of them — yuck. Not cut in half and not cooked all the way through so most likely not well down. I called while still driving down Rosedale but no one answered. Won’t be back

Saw their Baconator Fries in tv commercials. Had me craving for them. Have not been to any Wendy’s location in years. My first time ever at this particular branch. When I walked in, my first impression is that the restaurant appears clean. Staff was fine and efficient.
There is a sign that reads «Quality is our recipe.» Well, the food is not top quality. Burgers are better than most other fast food places. The Baconator fries were okay, but not as good as I hoped they would be. Commercials fooled me.
Happy to know that the Chocolate Frosty is just as good as I remembered from my childhood years. 5 stars for that! Otherwise, 3 stars overall.

The food wasn’t half as great as the friendly cashier Ashley! It’s hard to find people with such a positive attitude working fast food (I know from experience.) Thank you for treating us so well and making us smile! :)

Yummy food… horrible staff… all the females have long hair and its hanging everywhere. The cashier couldn’t understand that I needed my cheeseburgers plain. Then when the food came they were wrong. Also the music is so loud. Once they fixed my burgers the food was yummy. And let’s face facts… I only come here for the frosty. Lol

I had the apple pecan salad at a different location and it was wonderful. Pulled in today after morning errands.
Drivevthru packed walked in and out in about 5 minutes salad looks amazing. Time to eat

Went there for a quick dinner today. My wife and I ordered lettuce wrapped double cheeseburgers and fries. Half way through her burger, my wife noticed a long, 10 inch hair in it. We told the cashier and she asked if we wanted anything else and we had both lost our appetites and said no. We will not be going back to this place.

Just plain horrible. Management and training are a serious issue at this location. Service is extremely slow and location is understaffed.
Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with Wendys was at this location.

So funny. This woman just threw a fit because she was overcharged .20 on a parfait. So after the manager gave gave her the .20 she snapped «What about the tax!» We nearly fell over laughing
