Ordered a pizza: veggie add pepperoni, extra mushrooms. No roasted peppers no spinach no provolone no feta no diced tomatoes. Ud think they’d just let me keep this since they made a mistake, but no after talking to them they said I have to return this just to get my right one. Don’t order online, apparently what shows up on their screen and what shows up on your laptop is different.

I had a great experience with my first on-​line order from this location. Ordered a hand-​tossed, pepperoni/​sausage pizza (at 6:43 pm on a Friday night) with a side of parmesan bites. I used the online «Pizza Tracker» and saw that within the minute my order was paid for, my pizza was under way. Delivery was within 20 minutes; the driver was clean and polite. Pizza arrived hot, and nothing was missing from my order. Dominos has come a long way from the pizza we used to order in college. I

After ordering online, it took over a hour and 15min to get my order. I called and they assured me it was on the way but didn’t seem to care about my concern. The delivery guy apologized in a kind of laughter way, and I told him it took over a hour and that that’s ridiculously long. After opening my order I had a missing item, which I paid for and so I called again. I told them it’s missing and the wait was horrible. She just said she can credit my acct. a whole 69 € but why would I order from their again. Horrible service.

I love dominos and there new crust, but honestly there drivers are idiots! it took a driver 45 min just to bring us our pizza, not only once but 3x the driver couldn’t find my address! don’t they have gps like all of us? and now I’m hungry!

I’ve been getting pizza from this location delivered for 4 years now and about a ¼ of the time it is under an hour a actually hot! But, most of the time it is cold and about an hour and half! I complain and even tipped the driver each time… tonight I didn’t tip and I’m done with this place. Cold pizza again, unconcerned manager not worth the aggravation anymore!

The website say open until 1am. I called at 1153pm and they wouldn’t answer. I drove by the restaurant and they were just standing around inside not doing anything. This is very unprofessional and these people do not deserve to be working there if they don’t want to do their job.

We ordered extra cheese and extra pepperoni and our 2 medium 2 topping pizzas came to $ 28. Pizzas arrived cold and tasted nasty and in not sure there was even any cheese on the pizza. Don’t waste your money at this place.

Ordered tonight online went and picked it up, told me 9 minutes I got there was not ready so they said I paid for it and went back in 5 minutes later grabbed the pizza came home with it. Okay I should of looked at the pizza before leaving the store my mistake, it was suppose to be bacon and pepperoni on one and cheese on half of the other and pepperoni. Hardly no toppings, no cheese, and it was cold I live 3 blocks from here!
I guess u get what u pay for but I have never had this problem with dominoes ever it’s always been good! What a disappointment!

Ok so after I ordered. I read all these negative reviews… and I was kinda worried. but the delivery was perfect! The guy came on time. all my food was there. I ordered chicken. pizza. and breadsticks. Altough they didn’t really put enough chicken on my pizza, everything else I ok… im ACTUALLY satisfied for once.

Cool phone app, cool tracker, but it is very inaccurate, pizza took over a hour to arrive and I’m less than a mile from the place. The tracker said the driver left the store at 1:27 pm it didn’t get to my house until 2:07. Very sad, I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

Omg. Wish I’d read the reviews prior to ordering. Will complain to corporate. The pizza was cold and delivered 30 min after the «driver left» for the second time according to the tracker. The lady was rude when I called to complain that the pizza was a cold brick and told me I am out of delivery zone. Bs. I am 3.4 miles away. How are they still open with such horrible service and pizza? Go somewhere else. No wonder the pizzas are half price for delivery. There are lots of pizza places in bako that are delivered warm or hot and service is not so bad.

Domino’s has severely let me down. Lying to customers is not the key to successful business. I will definitely write a letter to corporate about this location. There are far too many negative reviews on this establishment, and something needs to be done. My co-​worker and I ordered a pizza about an hour ago, the website gave me an ETA of 15 – 25 minutes. Our driver, Mary, should have left with our pizza at 12:35, but it is now 1:22 and our pizza has yet to arrive. My co-​worker called the location, and not only was the manager unprofessional, but she did not apologize for any delay. I am extremely dissatisfied and I will no longer purchase pizza from Domino’s.

Vile, disgusting customer service. Downright rude. Was told I was out of area for delivery, which is a lie. I’m 3 miles away. They tried to tell me I was in Rosedale, and when I tried to explain that I am NOT, in fact, in Rosedale, «I didn’t know what I was talking about» and I got hung up on. HUNG UP ON. It’s been a few hours and I’m still disturbed that an establishment has the nerve to treat customers this way. This is my second 1 star review on pizza places. Why do I even try? Maybe it’s the big guy upstairs telling me to get back to clean eating. Shitty pizza isn’t worth it when you get a side of verbal assault.
