I am a real true long time Del Taco customer. I’ve eaten at so many Del Tacos, everywhere in Socal and love most of them. The number one reason is VALUE and it helps that I love their food. It’s always hot and fresh and delicious for very little money. I don’t know how they do it.

Out of all the locations in Bakersfield, this is by far the best! The restaurant is always clean and the employees are always friendly. We usually come here when we are in a hurry and need to grab a quick bite or I come here in the middle of grocery shopping. The service is always quick and the food is always good (for fast food). The next time you come, ask for the small taco salad. It’s not on the menu, but if you’re a long time customer of Del Taco and you ever ate a combo cup, that’s what they now call it! I found that out years ago from am employee. She made my life giving me that little bit of info! It brings me back to my childhood when my mom used to order it and now I order it!

Del Taco serves the best burger I’ve ever tasted.
In n Out is delicious but it’s ruined by that lump of lettuce they plop on their burgers. I’m telling you: The Double Del cheeseburger is where it’s at and the lettuce and meat interplay are what make it. It’s delicious and to the point. Also, do yourself a favor and grab some of those delicious crinkle cut fries. They used to come in a large beverage cup with a hole cut out at the bottom, but they’ve since transitioned to more sturdier means of delivering their golden tastiness.
Service is what you’d expect at any fast food restaurant, but I’m a huge fan of their drive thru which is thorough and relatively quick.

This joint is really clean and nice inside! Food is always hot and fresh. Other Del Tacos in town are in bad areas and I will drive across town to go to this location. Can’t beat dollar half pound burritos & cheap tacos on taco Tuesday!!!

The nicest friendliest fast food store in town. Not the fastest, but you’re guaranteed to get your order just as you asked for. You get so much for so little! There is always a special price on select items. The strawberry lemonade for jus a dollar is an awesome value! Good food — great value!

If you like Del Taco, this is a great one. The lady that took our order was friendly, the order was fast & correct, the restaurant was clean, etc. Great service.
Having never been to a Del Taco before, I didn’t know what the food would be like. It was awful! I don’t really think they made anything wrong, but we just hated it. It didn’t taste good & didn’t sit well. Next time, I’ll either go for Taco Bell or some street tacos somewhere. Del Taco is definitely not for us.

While the food is what you expect for a chain restaurant I have actually never had any problems with this location. My husband and I were just saying how of all the fast food places we have frequented over the years this particular Del Taco always seems to get it right. Staff always is friendly and quick. Plus our food is always correct which seems to be a huge problem for other fast food chains in Bakersfield.

This is an above-​average Del Taco location in terms of food quality. Unlike typical Del Tacos where the food will be warm to cold, or the burger buns will be stale, they have none of those bad things here. I much prefer Taco Bell in general, but this place gives me reason to visit with the high quality, accurate, and hot orders.

I don’t frequent Del Tacos, but the food was actually pretty good. I was running late to cal state and had to get something to eat fast. This was on the way so I went through the drive thru and ordered three deluxe tacos. Total was less than three bucks. For about the price of a regular Taco Bell taco it came with everything. The pico de gallo and cilantro were tasty and much better than just tomatoes. Service was fast and friendly, think I’ll start eating more Del Taco.

Why can’t I write a review from the iPhone??? Anyway, really nice people, but EXTREMLY slow and inaccurate. If it weren’t the nearest Del Taco for several miles I would avoid it. Instead I just down a bunch of my grandpas blood pressure medication before I go.

There has been a sign for this Del Taco in this shopping center (Sam’s Club/​Kohls) for years, now it has finally been built and opened. It’s like most Del Taco food wise, good chicken burritos and all of that. I think this location is lacking in experienced staff. They often mess up orders and can’t seem to brew the iced tea correctly. It always has a bad taste too it, unlike most Del Tacos. If it wasn’t close to where I live I would probably avoid it.
