I came here around opening/lunch time with friends and our waitress was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the medium boneless wings with two different sauces(Caribbean Jerk and Medium). However, when receiving my order, I just had all medium flavored wings. At this point, I was already starving and I didn’t bother returning my order. Nonetheless, the wings were delicious. I just wish they got my order right the first time. When I received my receipt, it does say that I did ask for Caribbean Jerk in my order. Oh well. On the plus side, they have many beers on a draft.

My experience at BWW was a pretty good experience. I have been to multiple locations of BWW and thus far this one is one of the better ones when it comes to food being brought out in a timely matter. We did however had to wait for quite a long time to be seated, but it was also during a game, so it made sense. Once seated, I noticed that it was quite loud in the place, I could hardly have a conversation with my mom, so instead we just watched a game. Our waitress was nice… well both of our waitresses were nice, I just didn’t know who to ask for a refill when they both walked by. I got mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, and they were really good. My mother got Asian sing and spicy garlic and potato wedges. She enjoyed them. I got medium and honey bbq. The one thing I noticed it’s almost all of the BWW places I’ve been to, is they don’t put enough sauce on the wings, by now I just know to ask for extra sauce, but instead of me always asking, it would be great it they would just add more. All I’m all I did enjoy my food there, and would come back whenever in town.

Was told that I would have to pay $ 60 to be seated at a booth for Super Bowl Sunday. Ridiculous, considering that the game was nationally televised and not a pay-per-view event. Opted to go elsewhere and did not have to pay anything for seating. I would have expected better from a franchise restaurant…

I have to say, I never review food chains. Rarely go to food chains. But am very thankful that BWW finally came into town. It has been my every Sunday spot to watch Bears games when they’re not televised at home. You do have to use common sense when trying to watch a game here or fight. This place does get crowded. Don’t give this place a negative review if you didn’t know any better to arrive early. They’re service for the most part has been consistent. Coming here very often its obvious the service may change. They’re food has always been on point. Mango habanero is the sauce of choice if you like spicy. I’ve tried their ghost pepper and ate with no problem. And I’ve also was challenged to eat a 20 piece mango habanero boneless. You should try it! Only thing I wish they had was pitchers of beer.

This place has gone down hill IMHO. Food is not worth what you pay for. Service was… Ok. I’m in no hurry to try again.

Well this place was really not good at all. Our first visit was confusing as we ordered and they assumed we were gettig a take out order. Hello can we get a table. So they offered to sit us outside they could cater to their football fans who sit and drink all afternoon. I guess it’s not the best place for a family of four with young kids. Then came our food which was the real disappointment. Dry burgers-no juiciness whatsoever. Overcooked chicken tenders. It’s like they were dried out and sitting at a grocery store deli for hours. I tried dipping them in their specialty sauces so Incould at least choke them down and the Spicy Garlic sauce he me like an assault on my taste buds, the Parmesan Garlic not too bad but not really a good fit with that style of chicken. My wife was unimpressed when she found a partially green tomato in the burger. It’s winter but you’d think for the price of the burger they could at least source some produce that was fresh. We live in California! We had to ask for silverware, then napkins. Our order taker, not really a waitress have us to-go cups to get us a deal. She said normally it’s like $ 4 for a drink so I’m glad we only got charged for the comparable 20-oz. soda in a plastic bottle. The atmosphere is loud at least when all the games are on so if you like quiet look elsewhere. I will stick to my favorite burger bars like Lengthwise Brewery who really does a much better job with their food and offers Games on TV too.

Come here all the time! But service today sucked!!! There’s this«new» girl they have usually as a host bringing out the food her name is Sarah! This girl has no people skills! She’s snobby and treats you like she doesn’t give a shit what you want! Shows no concern for the customer has no manners and it’s rude! I am so disappointed today! Specially because when we do come my fiancée and I spent an average of 200 when we r here, to be treated like this? Sarah! Maybe you r in the wrong business if customer service isn’t your #1 priority! You r rude and have no manners!

Walked in and there were around 20 people waiting for tables. There wasn’t a greeter in sight. Open tables were seen from the entry. Servers standing around. Finally we were seated and 15 minutes passed before being approached. We ordered some wings, fries and a couple of beers. Beers came fairly quickly and were tasty and cold. When the wings came to the table they were soggy and nearly cold. Fries never came and had the server take them off the bill. Nice environment, but customer service was pretty slim. Frankly, it’s my second similar experience, and I cannot understand the popularity.

Went to watch the 2nd half of a football game. Put my name and phone number in. Got my initial text that I will get another one when my seat is ready. Waited until after game then left to get food. Still one week later and no text that my table is ready. Very poor pr. Makes me not want to try to go again.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings but not this location. Each time we get a take out order we end up missing items. The last time our wings had zero flavor, and were soggy(we got the dry rub). I tried calling to let them know and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I eventually gave up and hung up and attempted an online complaint requesting a response, but I did not ever hear back.

Wings are normally great but everything else is hit and miss, sometimes the food is cold or soggy fries but one thing is always the same the service is poor takes forever to get your order and food and refills I don’t like coming because service is always horrible but sitting in the bar you normally get better service then out on the floor but all around I’d just go somewhere else well worth the money and wait to go elsewhere

I’m only giving a 5 star because of the service. I came in on a Sunday just before last call and was immediately greeted, served beer and told the happy hour specials within my first 2 minutes of walking in. I ordered wings and fries. Food was not that great but the atmosphere was nice. A little loud but the bartender put hockey on for me so I had no complaints.

So I haven’t been here in over a year because I finally gave wing stop a try. And have been hooked on wing stop. I finally went back to BWW only to regret it. I found out they discontinued jammin jalapeño, which was the only sauce I liked. Instead I got garlic Parmesan which turned out to be soggy. Wing stops garlic Parmesan are CRISPY. If you like soggy wet wings then this is your spot. But if you like crispy, well done chicken then you need to go to wing stop. I promise you will not be disappointed. See ya in another year BWW!

My visit was OK. I liked the zillion TV screens with a variety of sports and games; that was why I came. I dined alone. The food was average. The garlic wings were WAY too spicy for me and I did not want to finish those. The mozzarella sticks were great. I was a little disappointed, because I had heard the wings were amazing. I will try this place again before I give up on it, and I’ll bring someone else with me. It seems to be more of a group hang out than a place for one diner.

Very disappointed. we have been trying for months to try this place and finally got in with out a wait. only to realize that we would be waiting at our table. ordered a appatizer that took for ever to arrive, we no more received the appatizer and are food arrived. my wings were not wings they were chicken bites that were over cooked and hard. could have gotten the same thing at sonic for a 3rd of the price. We ordered 2 kids meal cheese burger sliders that were dry and over cooked, the kids wouldn’t eat them. we also had a burger that had so much sauce on it all you could taste was the hot sauce, we ordered tea but had to ask for sugar or sweetner, never received or were offered refills. only saw or waitress twice, once when we ordered and then when it was time to pay. music was so load people were shouting to talk over it. total waste of money, we will never be back.

Fyi, I’m not a pro. I’m just a normal guy who loves to eat. I started Unilocaling so I could help others find delicious places to eat. Buffalo Wild Wings is usually my spot to watch sports and eat shitty food. Whenever there’s a boxing match, basketball game, football game, etc my brothers and I usually come through to BWW to grab some wings or happy hour sliders and mozzarella sticks while enjoying the game. Usually Tuesdays and Thursdays are the days we come here because of the wing specials. However, we will still come any other day between 3−6pm or 9pm and later for happy hour deals. The environment is pretty much the best part of coming here. There are TVs everywhere and people are not shy to cheer on their team. I like that they pretty much have all sports playing including some futbol. The waitresses here do a decent job for how packed this place can get sometimes. However, there are a few who are lazy. They don’t hustle, they forget refill/condiment requests, etc. In general they do well, though. At times I feel they are understaffed on really busy days, which isn’t the waitresses faults but management’s. I want to give a shoutout to two waitresses who always do an amazing job, Eula and Leah. Great job, girls! The food usually takes forever to come out and it is not of the highest quality. Especially since most of their food is fried. Shouldn’t take much time to rip the bag of wings, stick them in the fryer, and serve them. The food is shit. Everytime I eat there, I regret my decision. Their food is nowhere near amazing. It’s bar food. What do you expect? I only go there because of the happy hour pricing. I guess you get what you pay for. This place definitely has room for improvement, but it’s okay for what it is. I will continue to come here.

Eh this is the smallest BWW I’ve ever been in. After coming here for a Broncos game the other day I’ve decided I am probably not going to be coming back. I came in at 530. Took until 7pm to be seated. I know it was a full house. But there are other locations that are huge!!! It just takes way too long to be seated here. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue either. The waitress was way overwhelmed. Took forever to get our food/wings. Beers sat empty. I could have easily had a $ 100 ticket if she would have came by more frequently to waitress us. This is just wrong at a place that claims to be a sports bar. Sports bars keep the wings and beer coming! Not impressed. BWW, 2 stars!

Wasn’t impressed. Seated rather quickly, but it took FOREVER to get our food(and a second drink) almost 45 minutes. It was so busy on a Friday night; and I’m thinking they didn’t have enough staff or something because it was pretty ridiculous. The wings were good, the veggies were crisp, and the ranch was delicious. Drinks were made a little weak, though. I had two and I felt like I paid for expensive cranberry juice. I’m going to give it another shot soon, at a less busy time.

The wings were ok and the dessert nachos are my favorite. But my husband said the beer was flat and it gave him a stomach ache

Great place to eat, they are real good about letting you try many of the sauces to get a real idea of what you want. The teriki sauce was way too ‘Soy saucy’ but they then redid the order. But the weightier was new so when the bill was wrong I had to point out the problem. However the young man did have no issue fixing it several times. Would I go back, yes!
