In 2010 I was hit from behind. I went to several repair shops and received estimates. I choose DeKalb Collision Center and I’m so glad I did. They repaired my truck in 3 days! They were fast! The customer service was great. My truck also was spotless when I received it. The paint matched perfectly. The lines in the truck were correct and the bumper was aligned perfectly. I pass by here on my way to work and their business parking lot is always full of cars. The thing I notice besides the volume they have is that they cars are always changing. That tells me they aren’t holding onto cars and are moving cars through their system fast.

I first used Dekalb Collision center five years ago, when someone hit my Lexus IS250 and the dealership recommended them. They did a fantastic job then, so when I had a bumper to bumper with the same car 4 months ago, I took it to Dekalb Collision Center again. Once more, excellent work and communication. They installed a new bumper cover and fixed a few other things. The initial insurance estimate didn’t account for everything that needed to be fixed, but I didn’t have to worry about dealing with the agency. They contacted the insurance, submitted the reports and received authorization to conduct the work.
With a brand new bumper cover in place, I noticed how many tiny chips my hood paint had suffered from 5 years of Atlanta’s highway driving. So, a week later I went back and paid out-​of– pocket to get it repainted. The paint job on the hood was perfect and the price fair. My car now looks brand new! I like that there is a car rental office a block or two away, because the first time I used them I was able to pick up a rental and go to work within minutes of dropping off the car for repair.
Their prices are very fair or better than other places, they are up-​front, and while working with my insurance they took care of everything, communicating every step of the way. Alicia Brown is the front desk person and she was fantastic. It’s a privately-​owned shop and it has been there for ages. They are very good time-​wise as well. Highly recommend them!

I’ve had my BMW repaired there 3 times. Every time, estimates were accurate and minor add-​ons fully justified and reasonable, work was completed when promised, and the results were perfect. I’m just not used to that combo from a body shop. Very pleasant and responsive people, too.
