I will never ever shop at a Papyrus store again as a result of the experience I just had at this location. I had signed up for their 10% off program a few years back. They apparently don’t honor it anymore. The rude sales clerk told me that my card expired in 2013& she would sign me up for the new program. I explained I just used it last week in Georgetown in Washington, DC(where I purchased it & was told it didn’t expire at the time). She said«no» you are in the new program now. You buy 3 cards & get one free. I pointed out that they always have that offer & she says«they will be adding new perks — $ 7.49» Needless to say I walked out and am DONE shopping at your store for life — way to go alienating a long time good customer! Good riddance

Since my 7⁄8 review, I contacted the store’s customer service and from then on out received the type of service I would expect from Papyrus. They were amazing. Oleg(Regional Manager) took the time to call me and apologize for my experience. I did not ask for money back but he told me that they would be refunding me and sending me a new frame. A few days later, Chad(Area Manager) emailed me and asked that I call him to complete the refund and to get my delivery address. So, I just got my new frame(and thanked them both for their great customer service) and couldn’t be happier! I can now return to Papyrus again, a happy customer :)
