My wife is a fan of their pieces and as such, I have shopped in many of their stores, here in the US and abroad. I have always found great service — but this store was wretched, the sales clerk was very passive, so the Manager jumped in and was totally annoying — Their pieces are elegant and speak for themselves, subtle enthusiasm is acceptable when selling but yapping and trying to steer me to see what I am not interested in is insulting. Finally, I chose the right piece, and had to stand there and listen to the sales clerks bitch about someone who hadn’t taken the garbage out a few days ago, the manager even chimed in a couple of times. Meanwhile, I was standing there in front of them waiting for her to ring my purchase, without even an acknowledgement of my existence. Now, don’t get me wrong, I am pretty secure and don’t really need for dismal clerk to smile at me at a high end store while I give her my money– But you know what? it is the right thing to do ! You don’t like it? fine … just find yourself a job elsewhere where service is not required.

I love the products that they offer and this is the reason they didn’t get one star. I ADORE the necklace that my hubby gave me for being his baby mama! Review based on service. It couldn’t have been worse. Lets see. I am dropping a minimum of $ 50 on something here, you would think that the people helping would be just a bit less… well… inert? I ask a girl who could barely speak English for something specific, again what is it with the vacant deer in the headlights stare we got today at Aventura on Mothers Day? Did Aliens come in and suck the brains out of the girls who were working on this day? The reason I say girls, is because literally all of the men who helped us today were not idiot airheads. So back to the girl. so I wanted a specific item, she points to a couple of things that were close(fine, I understand you might have similar yet not exact) to what I wanted or was it the fact that she didn’t speak English OR Spanish. Again I am GOING to buy something, its mothers day, I was told to choose a store and an item. this was my choice. A dude in the store decided she wasn’t helping and comes to obviously show her how to help a customer but at that point I had pointed something out and my hubby exasperated with her idiocy and had asked her to get that item. I didn’t know and was still looking around with dude when I realized he — my hubby — was paying. She and another girl were in an intense conversation(and by conversation I mean bitching about someone who wasn’t there) about who should take the garbage out, not once stopped to pay attention to the idiots(us) who were actually dropping money on her products and without even looking at my hubby puts her hand out and KEEPS on bitching about the garbage situation and gives him his card back. Oh yes this is after she informed him he DIDN’T want it wrapped. BADSERVICEBADBADSERVICE. Compared to the treatment we received in the Swarovski boutique in the Louvre in Paris which was flawless … this was a huge disservice to the product. Yes, I do have a thing for getting these products on important occasions. Next time guess who will just purchase them online?
