I went in and this place did not even have coffee? I understand this is Austin’s not good part of town, but coffee is pretty much a basic I’m cool if they don’t have a place to sit/dine in. Fine I understand this(safety/security). I can take my things and leave. But they could use the extra space to add more menu.

Rude employees, all of the time. Today, I tried to alert the employees of the constant panhandlers that stand IN the drive thu route, who I almost hit bc he jumped in front of my car, and she straight up said K and shut the window on me. Not even concerned. And i always get weird textured chicken sandwiches that you can’t even bite through. I’m done with this location.

Can I give no stars? Horrible customer service. Got in the drive through about 9 minutes before they closed, and proceeded to wait behind some idiot who apparently could not decide what he wanted, even in the midst of ordering, until approximately 3:56. Upon finally arriving at the speaker, I was rudely informed that«they were closed.» When I tried to explain that I had been in line waiting, the lights were shut off in my face. Will never return to this location.

I work downtown and sometimes it’s the only place I can get to because of traffic. That being said, I’m posting this so I will keep to my word that I will never go here again. I can’t tell you how many times over the last 5 years they have gotten my order wrong. I tell them, all I want on my burger is lettuce and ketchup only. I’ve gotten everything from just pickles and ketchup to everything on it. Today was the best when I tried placing my order, I could hear the girl on her phone talking to someone on a personal call and just laughing away. And then when I got my order, suprise they added cheese to it and the french fries were dry and burnt. I can honestly say, I will never go to this location again.

Seriously, worst Wendy’s ever. There is always rude employees when I come through the drive thru. Always. But no big deal, I can put up with rudeness. Whatever. But there is always something missing or wrong with my order. Not to mention always having to pull up and wait 10 mins to receive my food. But today was the tipping point which is leading to this review. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and was rudely told there would be a «6 minute wait» for the chicken sandwich and if I wanted to wait I could or order something else. I thought yeah I’ll wait, atleast I know my food will be hot and fresh. I pull up, and the«6 minutes» turned into 15 minutes. The guy brings my food out and shoves it into my window. I say thanks and get no response. Whatever. But this is where I loose it. I get home to eat, and guess what?! That chicken sandwich I waited over 15 minutes for… Is a cheeseburger. A damn cheeseburger. I am beyond livid at this point. I waited that long for the chicken sandwich to be made, and get a cheeseburger. Seriously, someone needs to get into this location and turn things around. I can deal with things like forgotten fries, or them putting onions on a burger when I ask for none. But waiting that long for something I ordered and didn’t receive is just plain ridiculous. I will be going out of my way to another location next time I want Wendy’s.

Chocolate frosty Waffle cones. Only reason I come here. They’re a great way to chill off your day. 1.62 each. They’re greeaaatt!!! I on rare occasions get a baked potato, but they aren’t what I remember growing up near a Wendy’s.

My roommate and I went in the other night craving some good ol’ Wendy’s but was greeted with the worst customer service and cold food. This Wendy’s SUCKS ! Don’t dine in, Most of the staff was messing around, we didn’t get the attention we needed. The cashier messed up on our order, clearly the manager was right behind her but she didn’t seem to care. My roommate and I decided to take the wrong order because we didn’t want to cause any problems. But our food was cold, and it was just terrible services and food. I do not recommend this Wendy’s. WILLNOTBERETURNINGBACK.

I mean I don’t hate it, but I’ve had better baconators, better fries. Service is ok no issue with that it’s the food itself that’s just bland.

It’s nice that its so close when I need something quick. But the food is not always that great. This is the first one that I’ve seen that is just either a walk up counter or drive-thru. No place to sit down and eat.

Being so close to downtown, this is sometimes a necessary stop. However, it has never been a pleasant one. And I understand, this is fast food and I shouldn’t have high expectations. Interactions are kept to a minimum, so I shouldn’t be baffled if I feel a little barked at… But I have NEVER gotten what I have ordered. Once, following such an experience, I explained that I didn’t order chicken nuggets(or whatever their version of that is) but instead a sandwich. After being told that refunding the money onto my card was going to be such a large hassle for them, I was finally flustered enough to leave, only to find out that they never gave me my card back. When I called the store to see if they still had it, explaining, «I don’t think I got my card back,» the employee snipped, «Well, you never asked for it back.» I didn’t expect that to be part of the exchange of business. Thinking I had sworn this location off, I found myself taking my boyfriend through the drive through on the way to a bachelor party. My boyfriend, a picky eater to the core, wanted a plain cheeseburger with no extras. As I tried to order, the guy working the drive through cut me off, asking what I wanted to drink. I explained I was still ordering the food and repeated loudly and clearly, «I want a number one with cheese and nothing else on it.» Again, he interrupted me after I said cheese. Again, I explained that I hadn’t finished. He was so preoccupied with what soda I wanted, that was the only thing he got right. Again, I know… it’s fast food and in a downtown location. But it’s just the worst, worst place at night.

Holy cow. You have a traffic director to handle the lunch crowd. And yes, it’s a little weird that you are a walk-in counter/drive-thru/no seats place. But you’re fabulous for the office crowd who need a quick bite to eat. Super A++++ on your efficiency, you’ve *got* to be number one on handling orders and sending people on their way. Too bad it’s dangerous to walk from the west side of 35 to you, but hey, your 99-cent menu and delicious spicy chicken sandwiches are always worth it.

this location could eff up a wet dream.(and why not. everything in the W Cannon/I 35 area is the vortex of F-cked) i swear to god, it’s a marvel how they ALWAYS get it wrong. normally it’s minor things. this time i have the most DISGUSTING chicken sandwich i have ever tasted. did they dump the entire shaker of salt on it? ohhh, i ordered the baconator by the way. yeah, got the saltiest chicken sandwich ever made instead. i also don’t have my receipt so god knows what i paid for this drek(can you tell i’m hungry and furious???) this is why i do not do fast food anymore, but i was in a hurry. lesson learned
