Decent and clean facility, not too busy with a nice front staff(the younger girl who works in the afternoon is especially pleasant.) I have been tanning here just short of a year and have enjoyed my membership until recently when I had to deal with some billing issues. My card on file had been stolen the end of February and I called to notify the salon. The girl on the line told me that I just had to come in and settle my balance for the month in order to continue my membership and gave no further instructions. Fair enough I thought. I would just have to put a new card on file whenever I got one. I went in today to pay that balance just to be told that even though I called to inform them my card had been stollen and I hadn’t used my account in over 2 months that they had continued to charge me. I asked for an explanation and told the woman that it didn’t make sense but Just became offended at how the receptionist in her 40’s explained Tropic Tans policies In the most unprofessional manor. Smacking her gum loudly, talking slowly and widening her eyes telling me «it’s like a car payment, you have to pay monthly no matter what, GETIT!?», I understand that I am younger then her but there is no reason to talk to a client like a child. I felt like I was talking to a valley girl not a professional or helpful front desk receptionist. I paid, I left, I am never going back.

Good, clean, modern facility. Don’t have to have a monthly contract. Walk in’s always welcomed.
